My wife's engagement ring needed repairs. A couple of small diamonds had fallen off, and she was worried about wearing it. I'm so glad I took it to iTouchDiamonds. Not only they found the perfect diamonds to replace the ones lost, but the meticulous attention to detail that they used to repair the ring was extraordinary. Mathew also made casual comments as he was evaluating the ring that made it evident the in-depth knowledge and passion he has for gemology. They also re-mounted the rest of the diamonds to make sure that they would not fall off, cleaned the ring and polish it. All this at a significantly lower price than the other bids I had gotten. As if this was not enough, the day I went to pick up the ring Mathew looked at my own wedding band and said: "give me that!" He cleaned it and polished it on the spot at no additional charge. Now my wife and I wear a pair of 20-year old wedding rings that look like new. I was very impressed. I am now a customer for life.

Fabulous experience! As I’ve aged my knuckles have gotten bigger. This made my wedding ring way too tight and it had to be cut off. Wow! Great & amazing service! My big sister recently passed away and I’ve been wearing her college ring ever since.
