The Jadok’s, along with Uchiko, and Rumi's Kitchen are not good neighbors. As a concerned neighbor, I believe it is important to shed light on the negative impact these establishments have had on our community. From the moment Zadok Jewelers began their construction, it became apparent that they were not considering the well-being of their neighbors. They had an opportunity to make design choices that would have made them good neighbors, but unfortunately, they opted for a path that disregarded their neighbors entirely. The construction of a store, restaurants, offices, a cement parking garage, a workroom, and the addition of a staggering 11 A/C units adjacent to our condos has not only obstructed our once-beautiful city view but also introduced a constant barrage of noise pollution into our lives. Zadok’s blocked our view, and their building design flaws are creating 24 hour noise. Currently, the AC units are making a constant background noise above the city bylaw accepted level. They have just added 8 more AC units for a total of 11 units to service both Uchiko and Rumi’s Kitchen. The 24 hour per day disturbances we face are relentless and have robbed us of our peace and tranquility. Uchiko's cars racing in and out of the parking garage at all hours, the constant noise emanating from the work/garbage/old cooking oil room, the disruptive sounds of restaurant workers and building janitors in the adjacent break area, the persistent use of pressure washers and leaf blowers, and the blinding lights that invade our living spaces at night have all become unbearable. Despite reaching out to the City of Houston and lodging a complaint, we were met with a disheartening response. While they acknowledged the sound violations, they dismissed our concerns, suggesting that nothing could be done about the situation. This lack of support from the authorities further amplifies the sense of helplessness we feel as residents affected by Zadok's choices. These establishments have proven to be poor neighbors, demonstrating a complete disregard for the well-being of the community. Their actions have not only disrupted our daily lives but have also adversely impacted our property values, making it nearly impossible for us to sell our homes and move away from this nightmare situation. I haven’t bought anything from Zadok yet but I have been there couple times to look at watches. Elvis was the sales associate helping me both times. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Knowing I wasn’t going to buy a watch during the visits he still took me around the store and showed me no less than 10 watches I asked to see and answered all the questions I had about the watches and the store. I will definitely buy my next watch from them.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting Zadok and had an absolutely wonderful time. I was helped by AJ and he was incredibly accommodating and helpful. I was not looking to make a purchase, but I am a watch enthusiast with not much access to more high end pieces in my area, and AJ saw to it that I could see any piece I was interested in, from Tudor to Lange and all in between. Because of him and his outstanding service, should the day come that I am in the market for a high end piece, I will gladly make the four hour drive from my home city to purchase from Zadok.

Outstanding service including handling an issue that came up. Purchased a pre-owned automatic Bell and Ross watch from them online. It was shipped immediately and arrived as described. A month later it stopped holding power reserve for more than a few hours. They offered to take it back as a return but I wanted to keep it so they fixed it at no cost under their 1 year warranty despite it ultimately needing to go to Bell & Ross which I'm sure cost them $. After losing 2 watches from other companies thru silly internet communications, I picked up the phone and spoke with Abby at Zadok Jewelers. Abby was very friendly and helpful. I went in to upgrade my Diamond previously purchased from Zadok through their Diamond upgrade option and the final product exceeded my expectations! Ask for Stacy! She is absolutely fantastic to deal with! She assisted us when we bought my wedding band 5 years and remembered us! It is not often you find someone to remember you after years, specially in such a high volume store in the heart of the Galleria so that meant a lot! I went in during busy times but Stacy and the Zadok staff always made sure I was taken care of. The Diamond I found had to be ordered and she got it in quickly. I wanted to keep my setting and she knew exactly what needed to be done. They replaced the head to make sure the new Diamond fit flawlessly and when I saw it I almost cried. It is a dream come true! We have been customers of Zadok since 2015 because they have the best customer service and the workmanship is beyond amazing!

This was one of the nicest stores I have ever been into, if not the absolute nicest. I went in about 50% sure I was going to buy a new timepiece, but within about ten minutes knew I was leaving with something. I was told by a friend to ask for Jonathan Zadok. My wife and I spent a few minutes looking around and he came over as soon as he was free. He introduced me to his salesperson, Maria, who was ridiculously patient as I probably had her open about seven different cases for me to try on different brands, including one or two I let her know ahead of time I wouldn’t be buying but still wanted to try on. She was happy to show them and answer all of my questions. I narrowed it down to two pieces and went with the Panerai after she confirmed it comes with a rubber strap, which is something I’ve wanted. After the checkout procedure Maria showed my wife some jewelry and Jonathan came over to talk with me a bit about watches further, and I tried on an additional few timepieces which I’ll consider in the future. Another salesperson, Frank, was showing FP Journe to a client and welcomed me to sit down and play with the watches as well. He treated me like someone who has spent a fortune in there even though I’ve only purchased one timepiece. The entire store was just impressive. I was dressed quite casually but all the salespeople I interacted with treated me like I was a VIP even though I had never stepped foot in there before. Everything was clean and nice, and their associates were all excellent. On top of that, they have some brands which I can’t find at many places (Breguet, Piaget, Journe) all under one roof. I will definitely be a repeat customer. While I can highly recommend Maria and Frank, I feel there’s no going wrong as long as you enter their store.

It is hard to put into word the quality of service Zadok's provides. Nancy was the representative who was helping me every step of the way. My girlfriend (now fiance) and I had gone to a few other jewelers, but always walked away feeling like they were just trying to make the sale and didn't want to help us find the right ring. Nancy took the complete opposite approach to the situation. She listened to us and our preferences. She brought plenty of rings out to look at and even brought out raw diamonds to show us. Wanted to get an amazing necklace for $3k but unfortunately lady was quite old and slow, not knowing enough about diamonds and sapphires that I gave up. Buying diamonds should be amazing, luxury experience but this was not professional enough for me.

Went to utilize the IWC trade-in program; as they're a registered boutique. I received an insulting lowball indication on a brand new, never worn, never out of the box IWC Pilot Chronograph with all the papers. I received an offer roughly $1,000 higher from another jeweler. Needless to say my watches and jewelry purchases will be made elsewhere.

Great time and an Amazing place to find luxury...

Bought a couple nice goodies here today. We had a very pleasant experience. Ross helped us with our purchases and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us as we looked at different things. The ladies up front helped us with a repair. Everyone was warm and friendly and not stuffy at all. This was our 2nd time to make a purchase at this store. It is nice to have a great variety of items to choose from, with friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Zadok has by far the most beautiful jewelry store in the Houston area. Super clean and very friendly staff. I mainly go there for watches and their collection is fabulous, never left without a good deal. 5 stars, the best!

I cannot believe how much these is to know about watches. She educated me in every aspect, was very patient throughout the process and was very attentive. I e been in the business of sales for a while now and I recognize when someone truly loves what they are doing by how they treat you. It’s a hour drive to her location and I’ll be doing it again. Zadok Jewelers epitomizes everything you would expect from a family owned and run jewelry store. My husband and I purchased rings for our 25th anniversary and mine didn’t turn out as anticipated. Luis, a member of the Zadok family and an extremely talented jeweler went above and beyond to make sure that I received a new ring that I was enthralled with. My family has been going to Zadok's for years. The store is beautiful, and the employees and the owners are delightful. My grandfather bought a number of pieces from them years ago. They made my gorgeous wedding ring and engagement ring. I have also taken things to them for repair and sizing over the years. The workmanship is exquisite, and the prices are fair. I consider them to be our family jewelers. Highly recommend!

I found Zadok from a simple google search. I went to sale a gold bracelet I received as an inheritance and was pleased to get a check within less than a week. The facility is top tier and workers are very nice and patient! I will be a returning customer and tell my friends to go here as well.

Excellent service and products! I ordered a Tudor Royal from them and they shipped it to me next day with zero issues. I would highly recommend the store and their sales professional Ross. I will 100% shop here again.

I had the pleasure of working with Ross at Zadok. He is a knowledgeable consultant who went out of his way to find a timepiece for me. Ross actually drove to the fedex distribution center to pick up a watch to make sure they would have it at the store during my visit. It is rare to find someone willing to put in the extra effort, especially for a stranger. Additionally, he patiently worked with me for over 2-3 months to resolve a few concerns I had about particular timepiece. If you are looking for a place that has a great range of watches (IWC, Grand Seiko, Omega, ALS, etc) then this the place to go in Houston. You can't complain about an establishment that has a great selection of watches and fantastic service. You won't be disappointed.

My first experience at Zadok was a memorable one! My fiancé flew me down from Wisconsin to buy a wedding band and was previously working with Nancy. Nancy was a pleasure to work with! I was amazed with her talent and her expertise! I came in with absolutely no knowledge on jewelry and/or what I wanted! She was very patient with me and gave me her honest opinion! The experience at Zadok is absolutely fantastic. Not only do they carry tremendous brands such as A Lange & Sohne, Vacheron Constantin, IWC and many other top quality brands, the customer service is exceptional. Frank and Elvis have been especially helpful in guiding me through decisions. They are honest and trustworthy and are great ambassadors for each brand they carry. They view each customer as a long-term relationship, not a short term transaction. I’m grateful for the relationship with them and would highly recommend Frank and Elvis to anyone considering purchasing a timepiece or jewelry. They are consummate professionals and the store is first class.

Purchased my and my husbands wedding ring and bands set from Zadok and we are so happy with our rings. They were helpful and creative from the start and I love love love my rings. We have worked with several different sales people and have always been well served and guided. They are never pushy but always helpful. Thank you Zadok!!

They do amazing work, but some of the girls in the service area come off as rude and judgmental. I had my wife's engagement ring in to get sized. We decided a long time ago on going with a lab diamond for a variety of reasons. As we were picking up the ring, the associate helping us loudly questions, "You know it's a lab diamond, right?!" As she shoots me a look of disgust. My wife and I are not ashamed of our decision, but I will likely not return after picking up my other ring from service. We're judged enough in society; I don't need to be judged when I'm giving someone else money.

At Zadok's, I worked closely with Stacy on several watch purchases. Aside from the fantastic selection and elegant environment, Stacy deftly made recommendations that would compliment my personality and build a nice collection. I'm thrilled with the watches, grateful for their willingness to accommodate requests, and that the whole team patiently treat me with respect and as a valued client. If you are in the market for a quality watch, I strongly suggest you stop into Zadok.

I visited the store a few weeks ago looking for a wedding watch and I had the pleasure of working with Rachel. She lead me and my fiancée around the boutique and it was overall a very pleasant and good experience. I wasn't looking to purchase a watch that day, but she was very accommodating and allowed me to try on the watches so that I could get a feel for each one. My fiancée and I both like that she took her time and didn't rush us. I also really enjoyed talking to her as she was very knowledgeable about these brands and she even asked questions about my run of the mill Citizen collection. Now you maybe wondering why I gave them 2 stars...While their in person etiquette is world class, their phone customer service was lackluster, at best. I called them a few days later and was transferred to a sales representative who was condescending, unprofessional, and seemed to be annoyed at my simple questions. It seemed like their tone changed once I mentioned I was about to purchase a watch through a local private seller. While this might be one of the best stores in Houston to browse high end watches, their poor phone customer services left a bad taste in my mouth. It's simply something I would not expect from an establishment like Zadok. That being said, I will probably visit again in the near future, but depending on how I am treated the next time I call in, I may or may not purchase from them.

Had a great experience today with Nancy at Zadok. She helped me with multiple watches. The only thing that stopped me from making a purchase was my own indecision. I will definitely be back.

Took my chronograph watch in to get the bezel fixed after it fell off. When I got home I realized it no longer rotated like it did before, it then fell off again four days later.: UPDATE…Zadok promptly reached out to me after seeing this review and resolved the issue. they clearly care, and the watch is good as new.

While we didn't end up purchasing from Zadok, I can’t thank Stacy P. enough for her help (and patience!) throughout our engagement ring search and all her efforts behind the scenes to find us the right diamond.
