I was referred to Pineforest Jewelry by my jewelry warranty company for some repairs on a few of the rings I purchased when living in a different state. I also had two rings that were my Grandmothers I wanted to create a new ring with. From the moment I stepped into Pineforest, I felt at home. Everyone there has such a welcoming and warming presence about them. Danielle was amazing in guiding me and helping decide what setting to go with for my Grandmothers rings. The ring they put together is amazing, beautiful and everything I could have hoped for! Everything was so easy with Pineforest. They worked very well with my warranty company, and are creating a whole new ring for my husband since his ring was damaged beyond repair. Highly recommend! Everyone here was incredibly nice and so easy to work with. They are so efficient. The week of my graduation photos, I broke both my favorite necklace and bracelet. Fantastic! I brought several pieces of sentimental jewelry here to be repaired and cleaned; a watch, necklace and two pendants. They were very welcoming from the time I walked in the door. The jeweler fixed my watch immediately which was great. When I picked up my necklace and pendants I was amazed , it was beautiful and I had never seen it look like that, I was brought to tears! Went in because the clasp on my necklace was damaged and also took a couple watches that needed battery replacement. They were extremely kind and provided me with a quote prior to doing any work. Their process of documentation makes you feel assured your valuables are in good hands. They also tested and cleaned some silver rings my mother had. This was my first time having jewelry worked on at Pineforest. All diamonds are special but to me, my diamond engagement ring is beyond special. Because of COVID I never got married so I’ve been holding on to my ring in the wrong size for 3 years. I finally gave in and let the folks at Pineforest handle the job. Trusting anyone to size-down a ring with diamonds nearly all the way around isn’t the easiest thing to do. This is how you lose diamonds, by compromising the integrity of the setting. They sized it down perfectly and they were so sweet and gentle when it came to understanding how I felt about my ring. They assured me all would turn out well and it sure did.
