Really a miserable experience all around. Misdiagnosed medical issue. 4 months on the wrong prescription med. Minimal and inadequate attention with a doctor. Long hold times. Unfriendly staff. Bungled appointments. No communication. Have to wait 2 weeks for test results to come in the mail unless you call-in and go through the gauntlet of holds only to leave a message on voicemail. Awful. Really awful.

Dr Khatri is an excellent physician. She is professional, attentive and caring. She spent good quality time with me during my visits and made sure she provided the information I needed. Her staff were excellent and professional as well. Returned my calls and responded to my requests promptly. Highly recommended!

Incompetent billing department. Continuing to get bills in the mail for services fully covered by my insurance policy due to their negligent billing practices. Then they reply to this review- I call. Still no resolution. It really feels like they are trying to steal rather than advocate for my needs as a patient.

First things first wonderful service from Candace the nurse for being very attentive and through with her work. Has an amazing attitude and personality. Second Dr.O'Brien is genuinely cares about her patients and actually tries if not solves any issues you come with she's always very polite and attentive. Last but not least is her secretary Jessica is so sweet and caring that she's calls to make sure I'm doing well after my visit, also to to remind me to schedule my follow up. I highly recommended it and definitely coming back. They all the highest pay they deserve for their hard work and dedication they do for the company

I don’t understand what is happening with this office. I became Dr. Krug’s patient last year, and my experience with her was overwhelmingly positive. After my initial visit and a mammo, I didn’t need to see her again until I got Covid for the first time in November. I called and was directed to Dr. Krug’s secretary’s voice mail. I asked for a call back to see if I could be prescribed antivirals. I never received a call back. I see that another person left a review saying the same and the response from the clinic is that there were issues on their end that had been resolved, and I quote, “all calls have been returned.” This is entirely untrue as my call was never returned. Fast forward to last Thursday and I again fell ill so I called to try and make an appointment. Again I was directed to Dr. Krug’s secretary’s voicemail and AGAIN I never received a call back. I ended up having to go to urgent care on Friday due to being so ill. I have never had a doctor’s office not have an appointment person who can be reached by phone. It’s not just inconvenient, it is dangerous and irresponsible. I am now looking for another doctor even though I would prefer to see Dr. Krug.

Dr. Tran is very attentive. She actually looks at you while you speak. She addresses every concern. She treats me for Lupus. She has steadily monitored me. Her treatment keeps me out of bed, and enjoying my family. She takes my condion personally. She strives to provide me with the best well care.

I've been a Medical Clinic of Houston patient for over 25 years. I am confident I am getting the best medical advice and care available. Dr. Guss listens and is incredibly supportive of my concerns, providing comfort and solutions. The doctor's assistants and technicians are helpful, kind, and considerate, and arrange all my appointments on the same day minimizing my time in the medical center. I am fortunate to have this relationship.

I initially went in for kidney pain on Wednesday 11/16. The nurse was very nice, I really liked her. Dr Bodani was a good listener, i was hoping to keep her as my primary physician, but after my experience I don’t think so. She ordered lab work because I needed it (haven’t had labs in years) , urine culture and an abdominal ultrasound. I was under the impression that the u/s was for my GI issues, but I wasn’t clear on that. I was told by the ultrasound tech that someone would reach out with results Monday. It’s Wednesday 11/23 and I haven’t heard anything although I tried calling a couple of times. I finally got a hold of someone and was told that my results would be MAILED to me and the receptionist wasn’t sure if that included my ultrasound report. I’m upset because no one followed up with me, not even a courtesy call to say my labs would be mailed. On top of that, what is the next step after the ultrasound and lab works? No follow up? I still have kidney pain. If you are looking for a place that has great communication, this is probably not for you. I’m extremely disappointed because I thought I’d found my primary doctor here, but it looks like I might have to continue looking.

Called my doctor 5 times leaving a message. I had tested positive for COVID and needed a course of action. No return call at this most crucial time . Don’t count on this clinic. To say severely disappointed is an understatement.

I have gone to this Clinic for over 27 years. Upon arriving the valet service is warm and welcoming. They are always prompt and courteous. I especially appreciate how they help people in need of extra help. I have witnessed them take all the care In the world to each and every person that comes to the clinic. I have seen several doctors over the years. Some are no longer with the clinic and some have moved onto the concierge model. So Hence, I am being seen by Dr Jennifer Guss. She is always prompt and courteous. She takes time to review your case prior to meeting with you. She seems to generally care about your health but your overall well being. She orders the necessary test to help you maintain your overall health. Her office staff is gracious, friendly and books your appointments to work around your schedule. I always say the sign of a great doctor is one who keeps the same office staff. I love that they email to confirm your appointments and text to remind. I love that feature. I also appreciate having all the services available at their location. Wonderful place to receive medical care.

The staff has no training and no understanding of anything. They make you overpay for procedures covered by your insurance and they take months to refund your balance. You have to keep calling and no one is able to resolve your problem. They take too long to find themselves and solve a problem. It does not worth the headache...

Dr.Mona is the best! She validated my 5 years struggle. She listened, took time to analyze and asked questions, examined me properly! She did all necessary tests and accepted my request of adding some more. I feel proud to feel safe only with female doctors who are smart, compassionate, dedicated, and updated. Thanks

Doctor on-site provides efficient and quality service but the billing process is a complete mess. The service was for regular Annual preventative physical exam. 1st set of charges through multiple claims was rejected from insurance, resulted in multiple calls trying to figure out what's going on. 2nd set of claims insurance deny 4 claims, seems like the doctor/clinic submitted a few non-preventative service that insurance company does not cover.

I had a fantastic experience with the doctor. She was very attentive, asked valuable questions and listened information about my body. I appreciated her understanding of health history of Black patients given the differences of how medication impacts us differently. I would highly recommend her to any patient seeking new help. The facility was set up well and I cannot believe I was in and out in 30 minutes. *A lady at the front desk on 5th floor needs to be more cognizant of how she interacts with patients such as informing me of the process for check in and not getting upset when I went to sit down and fill out paperwork.

The staff was very friendly and organized. Dr. Radoff was great - a very funny conversationalist but also a very competent doctor. He was willing to take the time to listen to us, talk through our concerns and about any recommended treatments. We never felt rushed or ignored. My husband and I would return to this doctor and clinic for future primary care needs.

My friend recommended Dr Wolf to me as a GI doctor for my 89 years old mother who has chrohn’s disease and dementia. It took a couple of months to get an appointment to see him but we saw him today. Dr Wolf and his staff were very prompt and patient with trying to understand her case. We discussed a new treatment plan that would include more coordinated care with his office and also gave her a referral to see another doctor for an issue he observed. . I’m feeling confident that Dr Wolf and staff will be a great team for the care of my mom.

The doctors and staff at Medical Clinic of Houston are so professional and helpful. There was no wait time and an easy check out. There are many different professions in one building so it is easy to follow through on all needs and referrals. I would recommend the Medical Clinic of Houston!

I feel so fortunate to have Dr Meyer as my doctor. She focuses on my concerns, explains her findings well and is very patient. In spite of her busy schedule, I always feel like I’m her only patient. Her staff is wonderful-my messages are returned in a timely manner. Wait times are minimal.

The office scheduled my follow-up appointment promptly. Dr. Goldfarb spent time reviewing my chart and new conditions and was very helpful with recommended treatments and referrals. The office staff is courteous, responsive and professional. It’s nice to be treated as a fellow human!

Love Dr. Meyer. She takes the time and has endless patience for any question I might have. Definitely the most thorough physical that I’ve ever had. Great doctor with a hard working staff, would definitely refer friends or family to her practice.

I’ve seen Dr Dawn Stoecker-Simon for twenty years. She is great. She listens and tries to help. I’ve had several serious medical conditions.. really too many to mention. I’ve always found her advice to be good. The facility is good. I only have positives to say.

I had my elderly mom in the hospital and left 3 messages for Dr Barbandi who was her hospital physician. I live out of town and rely on communication by phone. He never returned my call which I find unprofessional and unacceptable. They discharged her without any communication with me as her daughter.

A family member of mine recommended I go to Medical Clinic of Houston. My doctor, Dawn Stoecker-Simon is an amazing doctor. She is so sweet and kind, I have been seeing her for over 5+ years. I highly recommend you try it out for yourself. Not only is she a great doctor for routine checkups, but also has successfully helped me in my weigh loss journey. I had my yearly physical with Dr. Jennifer Meyer yesterday. Dr. Meyer has been my internist for a few years now and she has always been a wonderful physician. Dr. Meyer is always very thorough and easy to talk to. I put my complete trust in her. The staff at Medical Clinic of Houston are friendly and very helpful. Her assistant Alyssa is really great and very efficient. It's very convenient to be able to have your medical visit and most required tests at the same location. I highly recommend Dr. Meyer and staff.

Only for Satellite Clinic. Appointment 1pm. There 10min early checked in calling posted number and no one answered phone asked to leave message which I did. Still no one. Left second message at 1pm. No one. Called again put on hold. Guessed very busy hung up and waited for someone to respond to my messages. Called again at 45min mark finally got someone. No record of messages. After 50 minutes finally in my way.

My husband and I see Dr. Goldfarb. He his very thorough and makes sure to answer all your questions before seeing next patient. 😊 My late grandfather Dr.John G Hull was one of the founders at this clinic and would very pleased to know Dr. Goldfarb cares for his patients as much as he did. You're treated like a human, not a number. 😊 I live in Clearlake and always enjoy driving in seeing the beautiful old live oaks, shopping at the store 'Surroundings' (directly across from clinic) and heading to Pauline's poboys off Holcomb and Bellaire for lunch (nextdoor to Molina's) ! You can make a doctor visit day a fun day! I sure do! People need to be grateful that Houston has top notch medical care and to stop complaining about how much parking is, or a staff member wasn't sporting a Colgate smile like June Cleaver or Mary Poppins. Staff members are humans too, and the negative patients on here need to understand that everything they are complaining about is so ridiculous. We need to be grateful we aren't living in a third world country!! The staff member who wasn't friendly might've had a bad day because maybe someone died in their family , or spouse lost their job? As for insurance billing...dealing with insurance companies will always be a challenge for every provider. Be grateful your doctors actually takes your insurance instead of complaing about having to pay a few extra dollars. You're investing in your health .should be worth every penny. 5.00 parking is worth it! Your car is secured from thieves plus they have security cameras. Also, understand valet parkers have to work in Houston heat , so if they appear rude.. they are probably hot and thirsty so offer them a water instead of a complaint. Kindness is contagious!

Today, I needed to talk with Dr David Wolf’s Med asst, Maddie. What a delight! She is very personable, professional and, best of all, kind and caring. She is the perfect person for this position!! (This is not my first contact with Maddie. She’s a keeper!)

I've personally been a patient of their practice (Dr. Schatz and Magid) for over five years. They're incredibly efficient at the practice of medicine, yet helpful and compassionate. I have not experienced the billing problems that other reviewers have. I understand their ire, and I get the impression that such things are endemic in the medical industry---especially for more complicated procedures. I just haven't had it happen yet here, for either me or my fiancee (knock on wood.) I'd recommend them unhesitatingly to anyone with a PPO, and looking for a new GP. Though definitely double-check what's being ordered on your behalf.

Dr. Hoermann and her staff are incredibly attentive, caring and responsive. I have called from out of the country and received immediate assistance. I can’t say enough about the professional care I have received from MCH for more than 30 years.

Great Visit! Dr. Cook is thorough, very knowledgeable, inspiring and very concerned about his patients. He goes over every report and test and encourages the patient for any additional questions or input. His Staff, Brenda his Nurse, is on top of her Game. Raquel will be assist with any issue and responds immediately. Everyone is in so kind and pleasant. I thoroughly recommend Dr. Patrick Cook.

Convenient beautiful location away from the busier part of the medical center and a beautiful office and waiting room atmosphere. The staff is always very pleasant and I really love my doctor and her assistants. They are always very attentive and on top of making sure I get the care that I need right away. I’ve been going there for years and they are always in a great spirits. My doctor (Doctor Munsyac) and her assistants are always happy to see me and make my experience a great one. Convenient when needing other medical services on different levels in the same building. A nice vallet service is offered and good security is provided to make me feel safe. Everyone there always makes my visit pleasant.

This was my 6 month follow-up visit with my Primary Care Physician, Dr. Russell Radoff, Medical Clinic of Houston. Dr. Radoff has been our family’s doctor for over 20 years. He is an excellent physician who genuinely cares for his patients. He always takes time to listen to any concerns and answer any questions. We are very thankful for him. He is the BEST!

I scheduled new patient appointments for my elderly in-laws, who just moved to Houston. Dr. Krug was extremely patient and unbelievably sympathetic and compassionate, even though one of them was not feeling well. She was very kind and empathetic and validated their feelings as the move has been difficult for them. I appreciated her bedside manner.

Such a unique clinic for many reasons that as a patient for many years will never consider going anywhere else : 1- Location away from the congested Medical Center . 2- Size:compact with every department is just feel steps away. 3- All specialists are located in one building . No tunnels or different buildings to go searching!! 4- I found everyone is polite and welcoming the second you step into the clinic doors. 5- finally the 5 dollars covered unlimited time parking!! Now where can any visitor find that anywhere else in Houston.

I really like the doctor I have and the ability to get things done quickly. However, I am deducting a star because the x-ray tech was careless and had to take a repeat x-ray. This is the second time that this has happened to me. I recommend better training of these technicians. Thank you.

Dr. David Wolf is a phenomenal Gastroenterologist. After a year and a half of suffering from malnutrition, pain and unexplained weight loss, myriad of physicians, a PCP that said drink Ensure and see me in a few months I found Dr. Wolf. Straight off he listened while I explained what was going on with my body. I offered what I thought was wrong and he still listened. He offered diagnostic tests and solutions! It is hard to find a Dr. that has empathy, knowledge and a genuine resolve to find out whats wrong with a person. His office staff is remarkable from Serena at the front desk to Maddie the nurse. They are friendly, helpful and have great communication skills. I drive 100 miles to this practice if that tells you anything about the extraordinary care I receive fromfrom Dr. Wolf and his staff!

Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor. She’s extremely intelligent & her bedside manner if terrific. She gets 5 stars. The practice is overwhelmed with too many clients. This is a concierge service. I can’t get a same day appointment & the receptionist is so weighed down with trying to make everyone happy that I feel it is unfair to her ability to schedule appointments. After waiting 2 days for an appointment, I waited over 1/2 hour in the examining room. It’s not anyone’s fault. They just can’t accommodate the amount of patients. This is a huge problem. I plan on keeping my spot because Dr. Shah is worth doing so.
