Horrible place. Been to several discount clinics because of my rare conditions and inability to work, San Jose is by far the WORST! They are "volunteers" but none of them seem to know what they are doing and maybe the only way they can find work is to "volunteer" at places like San Jose. Pharmacy services are a joke. Doctors are booked for 3 months which is enough of a pain but then the pharmacy would only give me 12 days worth of insulin at a time. I've have bloodwork done 3 times now at around $35 each time and as someone else stated, you never get to see your results from any tests. First visit with Neurologist took 3 hours. They wanted to try a new medicine and schedule tests so they insisted on seeing me in two weeks. When I got there in two weeks he cancelled the medication and I guess he decided he didn't care once I left the building because he never even scheduled the tests (MRI, EEG, Idk what else). They act like they want to help and some probably do but you will not recieve any meaningful care. Now they seem to be referring me from one department to the other until my eligibility runs out (6 months). AVOID SAN JOSE CLINIC!

I waited a year and a half based on a referral I had while in the hospital. I have had other health issues and had been uninsured. Due to Covid I qualified for Medicaid. They called for an appt and then the day off called to cancel saying that because I have insurance they can’t see me. That they are a no insurance clinic. Way to go letting people fall through the cracks after making them wait a year and a half to be seen.

I have never had any real issues with San Jose. They will tell you up front they do not provide emergency services. Once you are enrolled and understand how the system works they are the easiest people to work with. They have rules and regulations they must follow and they do that scrupulously. I have been treated with respect and kindness every time I visit. Yes I have had disappointments every now and then but nothing out of the ordinary. They are good people to deal with. But - - that is my opinion. I know others will see things differently.

This is a good clinic I honestly expected something different , but I felt that they had good covid-19 control Dr. Deroth is great she explains very wells I felt she cared about my concerns. I just feel that someone should be answering calls or retuning them , that needs a little work, When I had my appointment, in the register area the phone kept ringing and ringing and ringing. I remember when I was trying to contact them and no one was answering.

The clinic does not have an Electronic Medical Record System, so it took 3 weeks for my results to be mailed. I would have expected a call for follow up a few days after an ultrasound instead of a letter that took 3 weeks to arrive. My labs and ultrasound were abnormal, yet I never received a call.

I couldn't even contact them. They will always put you to voice mail. If you want to contact them, you better walk-in!!

I had an appointment at 4pm when I went to the clinic even 10mins earlier before 4. The registerer told me that I missed my appointment it was NOT 4 BUT 8AM ON the same day. When I showed her the text about the appointment that I confirmed too. She pushed it for a month later. Other than that the doctors are good and professional. But there is a staff at the front disk who is disrespectful and gave my time to another person She is

Update! Please listen to ur voicemails! Please call back in a timely manner. This new phone system does not work properly with out those in your staff working with it.. Does not answer the phone when you call and doesn't respond to your messages in a timely manner 👎

I can tell good things about San José Clinic only. -the application process to be become a patient was smooth and easy... I wad approved the next day -scheduling appointments on medical and dental was the same way, smoothly -All the staff starting with the security guards, administrative, medic assistants, dentist, are very kind and professional -I am very thankful to San José Clinic

I have nothing nice to say about this clinic. I don’t recommend anyone ever coming here. They’re just full of volunteer doctors who don’t actually care about their patients, make you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about, but yet somehow this place is still open. VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I love the staff and the dentist makes you feel like you are important and deserve new teeth I would recommend anyone to get help with dental work.

I have no complaints about the clinic, very friendly and everything is very good on the second floor, but I went down to wait for my husband on the first floor and an old rasista took me out just because I was breastfeeding my baby

Sent in all my paperwork got a call saying I had insurance already which was not true just kept getting the run around wanted tax forms from 2020 everyday was something different not helpful at all

Great first visit at the dental office there . Seen very quickly super nice staff and very nice dentist. The dentist explained and answered every question . Hopefully the next visit goes the same way !

I had a lot of dental work done here this past year. Very affordable copays if you qualify for their financial assistance program.

This clinic is ridiculous. They do not help at any point of your medical needs. 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. Your always seeing a new doctor, you have to qualify to see a “specialist “. This isn’t charity it’s a joke.

Not sure why it has taken 3 weeks ….still no help. I have sent in personal information. Seem to be dealing with people who don’t truly want to help. I am fresh out of the hospital from a triple bypass surgery. I need follow up visits to a doctor. Also, my diabetes is proving very difficult to control, even with insulin. On top of that, depression has set in strong (I have a history of this). I guess it truly is hell to be poor. I have been in this country my whole life….English speaking only….no illegitimate children….white male. How can I be seen by a doctor while I am down on my luck (unable to work for months)???????

I helped a friend who was not feeling well enough to drive go to this clinic. I had to leave a great review because this place is ran like a well oiled machine. The appointments were kept in a timely fashion and from what I saw the Doctors and the rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive to the patients needs.
