I’m extremely happy with my first ever Rolex and I feel extremely lucky and fortunate for it to be a Wimbledon. Called Thomas Markle Jewelers if they can verify a Rolex Sea Dweller 43mm for me that's up for sale in Facebook Marketplace. The owner of the watch is willing to go everywhere to get it verified without a problem. Off course I have to pay more than the retail price even if it's used. Mr. Eddie Ponce ask me if I can come to their store and maybe he can help. I really hate paying over the retail price but it seems to me it's close to impossible of getting a Rolex sports watch nowadays, even put my name in Rolex Boutique for their waiting list for two years now and wonder if their waiting list really exist at all. But Eddie kindly ask me if I can come to their store and look what they have. The following day I come to their store and Eddie ask me if I like the watch, I said Absolutely. Eddie then went to the back room and bring the new watch and size it for my wrist and just like that, they sold me the watch. I had my engagement ring’s prongs re-tipped. The treatment from the very beginning to the end of the service was impeccable. Victoria Baker, the repair coordinator, was amazing! Every time I called the store, she was kind and knowledgeable. She was super helpful in writing an itemized receipt letter to my insurance, besides the regular payment receipt. Not mentioning that the estimate she gave me was enough to have my insurance claim accepted without them calling the store for that! I’m so grateful and satisfied with the service!
