    Its been an entire week and I still have not received my covid results. The lady who did my nose swab over at Little York and airline was really rude to everyone walking up to the stand to get information. There were no distancing at all at this location. Website should be updated that its taking longer than the average 48 hours. The website is saying information is uploaded into the portal in 48 hours however that is not valid information. Now its impossible to get anyone the phone.

    I’m trying to be considerate of most of the staff I dealt with by giving three stars. The pros of this hospital are friendly staff that seem competent in their jobs, and even though it’s an old building, it’s relatively clean and well maintained as one would expect from a hospital. The cons are a quite inconvenient location, depending on what part of town you live in, but regardless one worries about the safety of themselves and their vehicle because of the neighborhood. My main complaints are because the first time I was sent there for a pre-operation screening, they waited until I had fasted for a full day to call me and say my procedure was cancelled for the next morning because my COVID test was “inconclusive”. They could have had me come back in a few days earlier and did the test again, because I did not have COVID. I rescheduled and had to drive across town again to get tested. It was negative, so I went this morning for the procedure. My appointment was at 8:30, procedure scheduled for 9:30. I didn’t get taken back until 11:30 and wasn’t released until almost 1:00. 4 1/2 hours for a routine procedure that I was told would take 20 minutes once I got in the O.R. I was told that one of the doctors was late, so it’s difficult to know where to lay the blame. Another problem is they forced me to have someone available to take me home, due to getting sedated. My son drove me there and they refused to let him sit in the waiting room, even though it was empty. I live almost an hour away, so he had to sit in the parking lot for this 4 plus hour ordeal that was supposed to be over after 1 1/2-2 hours. A very inefficient operation, in my opinion, and far more worried about themselves than their patients well being. I would never go here by free will. By the way, my doctor’s office was in the medical center, but this is where they do the procedure. Cutting costs, I’m certain.

    Very rude nurse's in the ER department Alma for one she talks to patients rude no respect and those old doctors need to retire Walk them out the door with security... Let's not forget about the unit secretary Lashanda that think she a nurse or a doctor get rid of her please, many more to name but I'm going to keep it sweet and short

    This place does not even deserve a one star because it violates human rights and does not follow the medical guidelines along with being defunded by CMS , Medicare and Medicaid contract terminated. PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONE AND KEEP THEM AWAY

    Came up here earlier today around 10ish because my wife was in pain because she step on a piece of glass they did a X-ray on her said they didn’t see anything and sent her out the door with any kind of medicine for pain. Has to be still a reason why she in pain

    My experience with ummc at 510 west Tidwell was fantastically great I couldn't ask for better service from all departments nurses radiology dietary environmental services cardiology ray with ultrasound I want to pour out my heart to you all.i couldn't have asked for better. You definitely deserve better please keep up the good work.people need not judge before they try . Also don't let me forget my Doctors.i love you all Thank You All So Kindly. Ms DEBORAH .

    Called to ask a quick question who ever Jackie is answered as soon as I asked if they accepted my insurance she hung up on me. I called back and said I think the call was dropped she groaned and sounded annoyed I proceeded to ask about my insurance she grumbled yes then hung up again. Super rude and honestly she really needs a reality check. Super rude. I’m sorry That you’re miserable Jackie do better

    So far pretty bad. I’m Boyfriend and I went to a pop up testing location. He got his text but when he tried to follow the directions his name etc does not work with the link. I never received my text and have been on hold now for 21 minutes. This is a very important test!! No one answers the phone and there is no other way to contact this company.. I canceled my appointment for today at another drive through as I was expecting my results to be in in 24 to 48 hours. Very bad service for those trying to do the right thing.

    This is the worst hospital experience the doctor ralph dale was the rudest doctor I have ever met he’s a white old male in his 60s he can’t even hear or knows how to do his job I was explaining my pain but he just shrugged me off telling me that I should have went to a clinic instead of coming here can’t believe he still has his license I was struggling talking I have a lump inside my throat and he still told me why are u even here if I’m able to talk and breathe like ain’t this a godamm hospital for sick people DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL they will shrug u off cause they don’t wanna deal with you.

    I went there very sick burning up with fever i was dizzy and nauseous , i was in pain with chest pains .they had me sitting in the lobby for an hour and a half did no service not even vital signs took my insurance card and billed me a emergency room visit . I received no service.. they are rude slow and unprofessional

    I did COVID testing on Friday with UMMC at the Houston Community College - Southeast Campus location. They said I would get results within 24 hours, but we’re going on 48 hours and I’m still waiting to see if I have COVID. Completely unorganized and unprofessional organization.

    Worst place ever! Took my mother in law there for an emergency and they didn’t even want to deal with her. They never paid attention to the monitors. She coded and we had to tell them to do something! We had to beg them for a transfer which took hours because they didn’t want to take the time to find somewhere to transfer her! I wouldn’t take anyone to this place at all!

    I don't know how this place is still running the only doctor there and he doesn't want to deal with Spanish speaking patients, my mother went with shortness of breath and she is barely eating and all they said is that she is fine and to do a follow up with your doctor. I mean are doctors now a days not even trying anymore?

    Most unprofessional organization I have dealt with. I got tested and waited 48 hours for result. When I got the text I go to check the site states my dob or last name incorrect, ok no problem mistakes happen so I have been trying to call them for hours. A friend who tested at the same place called and they had her last name wrong. She then asked them why I could not access mine and they told her my dob is wrong. HIPAA went out the door I guess. She tells them my correct information and I try again and still the same issue. The person then told her my results are not ready. These people are a hot mess.

    Nurses that turn away the sick because they “too busy” is beyond sickening. Locking their doors so others wont come in. Its sick. Dont even think about this as a hospital. Go somewhere else. This place does not exist. Its terrible

    Alma the nurse from the ER is very rude. She think she’s higher than anyone. Ugly attitude. Not friendly to the patient. Mean and rude. I have a bad experience with her 2021. She always give me an anxiety. I don’t know why she become a nurse because she has no heart and compassion to her patients. I don’t know why they let her continue to work here. Also nurses are mean and rude especially the nurse from Camaro. I thought nurses are compassionate. I don’t feel it here.

    Please don't go to this place at all even for emergencies. The staff is rude and don't actually address the issues you were their for. They misdiagnosed me and could have potentially permanently disable me. I went in for a broken leg and was told I was lucky to not need surgery and that all I needed was a cast. If they did cast they would have put one on me but that they would refer me to someone who does. I never got the referrals and went to a different doctor where I found out I needed surgery and had they casted my leg, my leg wouldn't of healed and it would have permentily disabled me because my ligament where torn and I had 2 not 1 broken bones. Over all staff is rude and this is a horrible place to receive care from.

    I had a hard time finding the right suite on Monday October 31st. It’s in Suite 160 in bldg 509 not 510. For free covid testing the lady stated i would get my results by text on the following day which was Tuesday November 1st and i didnt get anything. This is a waste of time if their not going to give the right information. And not professional.

    They threaten me. They Said if i left. And didnt let them make the most of it. they would blame me of such things. And put complaints and reports. To hpd. And cps. And get officers to arrest me. And aggress me. And endanger my child. And didnt let them. Make the most of it. Thats all they want. To make a dollar.

    I was treated like a person and they didn't an amazing job when it came to explaining the process and updates. I was treated great, although my results to my covid testing wasn't rapid, it took a few days to get back yet overall they did good.

    I came here today 5/13/22 to get covid tested. The lady that greeted me was very kind! What caught my attention was that the clinic smelled extremely clean and is clean. I stepped in to get my test everything was sooo clean! I walked out and seen the lady sanitizing everything. There was only 2 of us in the clinic. The cleanliness is the way every hospital and clinic should be!!!! It is the cleanest clinic I've been too. And I've gone to specialist all over Houston, even the woodlands! I truly give their customer service and cleaning a 10!

    Absolutely horrible treatment But your racism was recorded today!! Their "supervisor" Aaron. Reviewed the video and said that he was going to report this because she was being judgemental And racist. Then came back and said hospital policy trumps law. So i can't record. (I started recording after tge nurse racist remarks) Had security come to escort me out but not before Threatening me with the police and demanding me to delete the video. What crime did i commit that warned the police? Ill wait...

    If I could leave no stars I would. I showed up to take a PCR, was told it was free and I would have my results in 18-24 hours. It’s been 24+ hours, still no test and they told me it won’t be for another 72 hours even though they guaranteed 18-24. They put my birthday in wrong so even if i wanted to use the test for travel, it wouldn’t be valid. Customer service was very rude. Do not go here.

    I waited 2hrs in line on Dec. 28th with a few friends of mine and till this day I have yet to see my results, even though they received theirs after 2 days. I've called numerous times for some assistance and they kept telling me to wait. After numerous days, someone finally advised me of an email I could try. I have yet to receive an email and am still awaiting a response.

    Was recommended the clinic at this place by the Nurse Practitioner Janette, awesome person. Someone give her a raise, great bedside manner. Huge wave of relief for me and my wife getting checked out and treated for our COVID to make sure things were progressing smoothly and not getting worse.
