Awesome clinic! We are visiting from out of town and had to do a walk in for my mom. They were quick, courteous, and accommodating. All the staff: Ericka A, Cecilia Z, Christine M, Vincent S, Tera C, Alondra G, Nancy C, and Dr. Grinblatas are all superb! Everyone seems real happy to work here and help patients get well soon! Installations are top notch too!

Absolutely amazed at how fast they took me in and cared for me. I came in unable to breath right and within seconds I was in a room with 5 nurses attending to me. My technician was a sweetheart knew that I couldn’t walk a lot without getting short on breath and brought a wheelchair for me. Everyone there was very attentive, caring and kind. Even the paramedics were amazing. Totally recommend anyone going to urgent care, Signature is definitely the best in the Heights! Super clean, fast and amazing service.

This is a great place. Very friendly faces and the staff actually take the time to listen to you, to better take care of you .Dr.Thomas and staff' the Tech: Elaine, the Rad:Ivette, the RNS: Richard and Joseph,and also the Reg:Leslie was a really great team. They came to check on me, they communicated with me ,and over all there was not a long wait. Sending great shots out to your team.

It’s always scary needing urgent care and I’m not one to regularly visit doctors. This location made me feel so comfortable and cared for while genuinely helping me. My situation was urgent and could have been deadly if not handled properly. The nurses & doctors took such wonderful care of me! They made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I’m thankful they were there and happy that my situation is under control and being monitored now. Thanks guys! Sincerely your HIGH BP Nosebleeder. 🤣❤️

This facility is top notch. Customer Service is amazing. Also super clean establishment. The nurses & Doctors really care & it shows. Thank you for taking care of me & super fast care. Love this place & I’m Terrified of hospitals. Not here.

Quick , fast and professional. They will check you in quickly and they do have wheelchair ramps inside and outside. The entire staff is very friendly and focused on helping you with your problem. If you need a great urgent care this one is definitely it.

I went to this ER around 3am in the morning due to dehydration from nausea and vomiting all day. Starting from the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the front desk Leslie D. She was very quick in signing me in and getting me the help I needed. I was then welcomed by another male nurse I didn’t get his name sorry who took me back to the room. After I went back I was met with Nurse Kelly Ann, Radiology Tech: Ivette G and Dr. Thomas, DO, Jasmine they were all really sweet and kind and made sure I got the best treatment to help me gain my energy back. I highly recommend signature care 24 hours emergency room if you are looking for the best treatment from start to finish.

This place deserves 10 stars. I walked in with my 4 year old who wasn’t feeling well. I spoke to Ericka A at the front who was so kind and provided us with mask as we did not have any. Checking in was quick and easy, we waited no more than 5 minutes to be called. Katrina A was our nurse and she was so kind and sweet. Dr. Pham was also amazing he came in shortly after the nurse and was very knowledgeable and kind. Michael M was also really awesome he did my daughters CT scan. Over all everyone was very kind and sweet. Definitely recommend to anyone.

My experience tonight was excellent. The entire staff, Margarita, Richard, Elijah and Dr. Do were very attentive and listened to my concerns. I was able to get blood work done as well as a CT scan. Highly recommend this place.

This place is absolutely amazing from the nurses to Dr Daniels. I think we waited from start to finish around and hour & some minutes to be called to back for our sons X-ray then we waited for results to come back so we came in and out within about an hour & a half time . It’s way more convenient. & my son had a fracture so the time was absolutely reasonable. Everyone here is so nice I will come back for future occurrences.

I just want to give a shout out to the radiology tech David, out of the rest of the staff he made sure I was comfortable. He covered me with 4 blankets and sheets including a warm blanket to keep me warm, I stayed warm the rest of the time there. I had chills and cold sweats due to kidney stones and no one took care of my needs but him and I can’t thank you enough and he even said a prayer for me which I highly appreciated. I was in a horrible state of mind and a lot of pain and I didn’t need pain management when it came to him. Thank you David you are greatly appreciated!

Just absolutely awesome ‼️ Everyone was truly passionate about the level of extensive care they were providing. Most importantly they worked as a team and we don’t see that type of engagement environment in the community of employees quite often. It was so impressive. The nurses, doctors, technicians.,.,. WOW ‼️ I truly believed I was in good hands. I left truly grateful and thankful. I worked in healthcare seventeen years so I knew if protocol was being followed and procedures were to be administered. It was a lovely experience. Thanks to you ALL.

Waking into the Er I was greeted with nice warm smiles from Christina and Maribel. Not even 5 minutes past and Nurse Elizabeth called me to the back. She was so friendly and straight to the point. The service was quick. I got treated for what I came in for and was out the door less than a hour. Great ER.

Thanks to Tori she was the best nurse hands down I wish I could take her on every dr visit she was so attentive she made sure we was comfortable and taken good care of Elijah also did a great job special thanks to okarys Travis Heidi and Jaber for making our stay at signature care a pleasant experience when we needed it most thanks Guys

I want to say on behalf of myself and my brother, what a wonderful job everyone did in helping taking care of my brother tonight. Everyone was so courteous. Ms. Erika A. was wonderful at the front desk and got my brother in super quick! His nurses, Joseph, Kelly and Taylor - exceeded expectations in caring so much for him. RAD tech, Micheal, took his x-rays - in no time to make sure he was comfortable while having breathing problems. ER Tech, Elijah - made him feel at ease and calm while explaining to him what's wrong. And the Doctor that night was Dr. Weibel - super knowledgeable and caring. If you are looking for FAST, CARING and WONDERFUL care - please come here!!!!

Christina and Maribel greeted us with a nice and friendly smile. Once in the room Nurse Elizabeth treated us nice with a warm smile. The service was really fast. The establishment was nice and clean. I will definitely be back.

I came to this ER with debilitating back pain and was treated quickly and warmly by all of the staff. Dr. Grinblatas was so compassionate, attentive, and listened to all of my concerns. Oftentimes I find that doctors are dismissive, but Dr. Grinblatas really made me feel heard and cared for. Elizabeth and Audrey were both the sweetest nurses and so considerate of my pain and informative with medications and procedures. I had tests and X-rays done and was out within an hour and a half. Thank y’all so much for taking such great care of me!

I've had a great experience. The check-in process was seamless. The entire staff have been super professional. Lonnie made me feel really comfortable during the CT process. Dr. Do is wonderful. He took time out to thoroughly review results and educate me. I highly recommend Signature Urgent Care Heights location. .

When I walked in Cecilia and Okarys helped me at the front desk and explained the paperwork. There was a little wait but they let me know what was the reason and I will be seen in a few minutes. Stacy was nice and informative. Dustin took my X-rays helped me position myself for the X-rays, he was nice. Dr. Lindsey was helpful and he was very kind and knew what he was doing. This my go to emergency center if I ever need medical help.

The kindness and respect that I received here makes me want to come here again. especially their nurse Gina Allen she attended to my every needs. I would love to meet Gina again just because of her personality. She deserves the best award or title. Overall great ER and even better nurse

Amazing experience! From Giselle & Cecilia from Registration to Dr. Do & Nurse Amanda they all took great care of my father. Not only provided the best course of action for him but went out their way to transfer him to the best hospital close to home. I’ll forever recommend Signature Care on TC Jester. 🙏

My care team including the nurse, the technician, the rad technician, and the provider was excellent! All of my issues were addressed and I definitely left feeling much better than I did when I arrived. All of my test results were explained to me before departure. I would definitely recommend Signature Care to my friends and family for their ER needs!

I actually wasn’t a patient here, had to take my friend to get stitches. The process was very quick and easy. Facility itself was spacious and clean. No long wait when we arrived. Dr. Dustin & nurse Gina were extremely professional and caring. Thoroughly cleaned my friend’s wound and explained the whole process to him. Took no longer than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place!

The staff are WONDERFUL! They always make you feel comfortable in your somewhat fragile state always tending to your every need. I have been here at the sight a few times and never regret going there. They put medical care that is not surpassed by any other. 2 vigorous thumbs up for the folks at Signature Care - Heights on TC Jester.

Every time I come to SignatureCare, the staff are very friendly. Ericka ensured my paperwork process goes smooth as possible for check in and check out. Nurses Christine and Vincent and Taylor attentive. Dr. Grinblatas answered all my questions I had. The wait time is also minimal to be seen by doctor compared to other Urgent Cares in the area. They answer any questions you have, and strive to provide best customer service possible.

I honestly love going to the 24 hour emergency care facility. They’re always so nice and friendly no matter what time of the day it is. The doctors and nurses are really helpful and even the front desk staff tries their best to make you feel comfortable. I always recommend my family to go here. They’re super quick too!

As always, the best care! From the moment I got here, Erica and Gissell got me quickly checked in and Christine, Michelle, and Timothy got all my info and vitals. Valeria made me feel comfortable while taking X-rays. Dr. Baugh was quick and thorough.

Best clinic I have been to in the area. Super efficient, and had all the necessary facilities for the emergency care that was needed. The doctor was very nice and made sure the treatment my daughter received was working before discharge, along with follow up care instructions in the event she needs further medical care.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in great hands! The front desk staff were extremely kind, the Radiologist Tech was also extremely kind & listened carefully to my reasons for being there. Both the nurses & doctors that saw me went above & beyond with care. I left feeling like myself again. Definitely a wonderful team & I would absolutely recommend them to anybody! Easily a 10/10!
