Literally changing PCP TODAY!!!! Each time I visit It is an issue. Nearly 2 hour wait because doctor was late first visit, over a hour wait 2nd visit because doctor is going out of order, sent blood work results to total different clinic….I can go one and on! Do not book here! Trust me!

We went to Eldridge Family Clinic for our Covid PCR tests required for overseas travel. We signed up online and were contacted immediately (at 10:00pm). Although appointments are not given Eldridge Clinic staff provided prompt, courteous service and made us feel like family. Our results were sent to us within the time promised. I was referred here by a friend and thankfully she did because they are just incredible! Very friendly, responsive, and caring staff. I live far from this clinic but my kids and I will make the effort to drive all the way there because that’s how respectable they are. The other clinics near my home is not even close to their level. A clinic that can take great care of my kids and I definitely deserves a SUPER review! I wish there is more like them near our home

The facility is welcoming and staffing shows they care. I asked if it would hurt, and the nurse stated, no ma’am. I felt confident in her enough to trust her, and she was definitely right. I did not feel no pressure of pain. I appreciate the honesty and her reassurance there’s no pain. Thank you! The process was clear and to the point as to filling out the application. Once I was completed with the form, it was minutes later I was seen by this caring nurse. Definitely no wait time. Great job ladies, I truly appreciate you showing you care. It definitely shows. I will definitely inform family and friends to visit this location and recommend to be tested. Enjoy your day and please be safe!!

NP Margaret N was Amazing but the front office is terrible especially when you try to call them. It’s sickening how you can never get her to transfer the call to someone else even when she’s not sure or informed about what you need. I just had to call my insurance to change my pcp cuz communication shouldn’t be this hard in this century. Hopefully I get to meet Margaret someday in another clinic

The staff was VERY EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. The wait was not long at all. The receptionist, Nutah was VERY KIND and COMFORTING. The Assistant , Lubna took time to explain the different types of options in getting a Covid test. I am glad that my daughter recommended me to come here.

The whole staff was friendly and very competent, from the front desk to the medical assistant and the NP. The physical was more thorough than the last one I had with another provider. I left feeling well taken care of. I would recommend Eldridge Family Practice.

My friend recommended this clinic to me and everything she said was on point. Very friendly and respectable staff. I saw that they go the extra mile for everyone which tells me that they really care about their patients. I also recommended this place to my family and other friends and they all said the same thing too. The fact that they are this consistent definitely deserve for an outstanding review!

I needed to get COVID testing done for my son. I tried several places but it wasn't easy. When I called Eldridge Family Care, they were able to accommodate us very quickly. Staff was really nice, knowledgeable and courteous. I was able get my COVID rapid results very quickly (~15 minutes). I would highly recommend this place.

This evening I really needed to see a doctors for my daughter. They got me in and was very friendly. I’m grateful because I live in the neighborhood and don’t have health insurance and it was an affordable visit. This is my new go to when my child is sick. The doctor was friendly,patient,understanding, and very helpful

After calling several places all over Houston to get a PCP test on a Sat, I was highly frustrated to find out most places were either closed or said it'd take 24 Hrs. to get a result. Ms. Ishpreet, front desk, had the INITIATIVE to get online while on the phone w/ the airline and was able to figure out that I could use a "Rapid Antigen" to get into Colombia, which neither the Airline or the info online I read made very clear. Eldridge Family Clinic came very clutch and saved my day. Thank you!

It’s been 9 days and I still have not received back my lab results! Very unprofessional facility. There’s never a MD on staff who will see you. It’s always a nurse practitioner or a nurse who is clueless in their treatment. Their office is geared more towards weight loss treatments rather than a medical treatment center.

I’m so glad I got the courage to schedule an appt and see them. The office is clean, everyone is nice and well informed, and very prompt with seeing me at my scheduled time. Nena greets you at the front desk and got my paperwork and insurance situated. Lubna is great at listening to my concerns and personable. Runjt is fantastic with the needle I didn’t feel a thing. Lastly Dr. Tenu is gentle and addressed all my concerns. Glad I found my family doctor office.

Staff was prompt with calling me to the room, everyone was nice, and I was in and out super fast. A+ service. Huge shoutout to the providers for helping me with my weight loss, not done with the course yet, but looking forward to the results.

I love going into the office! They are so polite. I went for an appointment for a mild issue and the Dr. Was able to help me. They listened and took their time. Most places just see you as a number and here they don’t! Super impressed

We are so fortunate to have found Eldridge Family Clinic! They’re conveniently open 6 days a week and you’re seen in 15-30 mins! Dr. Margarette diagnoses you and clearly explains what medications you need. Then your off to the pharmacy. You and your family will be feeling better by the evening! FACTS!!

I have been there twice ans I regret it. Bad vibes, unorganized. High prices. Covid test 150$ and they tell you that your insurance doesn’t cover it. 2 hours to take an appointment. It is clear that the ladies on the front desk are overwhelmed.

They are the only one who were open on 1st January. My family could do the covid test as they are traveling on 2nd . Thanks to elridge clinic. They provided the result on time as promised .

I had to a PCR covid test before my flight and this place was amazing. Lubna was the one helping me. She was kind and took good care of things.

My wife showed up to do a simple PCR , since she was exposed to conformed covid case , she was denied because of insurance is EPO and they only accept PPO , even for a covid test ....Wish some one of your management give me resonable explanation .. !

My daughters did a PCR test on 1 Jan 2022, and was supposed to fly on 2 Jan 2022. The results were supposed to release to us by the Lab but until 2am, there was nothing. So I called the Eldrige family clinic staff at 3am in the morning and after a few tries she replied. She managed to help us secured the reports at 4am!

Every time I come they give me exceptional service, all the staff starting with Mina, the nurses and Dr Margarette are highly professional, kind and meticulous. I love your professionalism. And they are always willing to help you. A thousand thanks to the entire Eldridge Family Clinic team 😍😍🤩🤩
