I enjoyed this airport, it’s top tier airport experience. First it beautiful. As you are walking through you feel as though you’ve happened upon - one after the other high class exhibits or museums, which I appreciate. It speaks of how they understand the large amount of time people spend in the airport but they are making it a quality and enriching experience. Excellent and even occasional legit healthy food choices as well. These are great cuisine restaurants you would have visited even if you weren’t in the airport. Great job Houston!

Super nice airport with plenty choices to eat from. Easy to get around by walking or tram between terminals. I would make sure to plan accordingly depending on layover time if you have a connecting flight it does take some time between terminals.

It used to be a great super easygoing and simple to navigate leaving or coming back but unfortunately it’s been a while where everything is messy and so unorganized! I understand the urgency and complexity of construction, new addition or remodeling but what is not acceptable is the poor operation and unorganized functions outside and inside! Not sure if it’s the overall airport operations or construction management but overall it’s still a terrible experience until they finish this mess. In addition to the previous review this airport police that control traffic on terminal E arrival is so corrupted and unprofessional. I never faced such a rude attitude! Public servant should be polite and respect people! We should be humiliated coming back home and in addition you cannot pull cars in to the handicapped area as you pleased or if you know someone! I have everything on tape and shame shame city of Houston, shame Sheriff department!

Nice airport with plenty of dining options. Easy to navigate with the tram or walk between terminals. Plan accordingly depending on layover time to connecting flight as it does take some time between terminals depending on whether you're walking or riding the tram.

One of my favorite airports to fly out of. Although there is a lot of construction the detours are easy to follow. The cell phone lot is very accommodating should you need a few moments prior to pickups/drop offs. Parking garages are very well kept. The inside is usually immaculate. Can’t wait for my next trip ☺️

Excellent airport! Easy to navigate. It looks intimidating but just follow the signs posted on ceilings and walls and you'll be ok. Love the United Club. Great food and fantastic coffee! ☕😋🤘

George Bush International Airport is a large airport. Probably one of the biggest airports if not the biggest. With different terminals A,B,C,D,E. You can easily get confused or lost finding which terminal you depart from. Other than that, air was nice. Hallways were clean, can’t take for granted the hard work the cleaning people put in. If not, there would be trash all over the airport.

Parking is fantastic and very simple. Only suggest that would make it dummy proof is arrows on the floor how to get to an elevator. 😆 The airport itself is great and friendly. TSA is also friendly. They felt me up for free. No lunch or dinner on them, but I did get a "random" pat down after my screen was green and said clear. They get 5 stars for going above and beyond. Can't be too careful these days right.

Very nice and clean airport. It’s very big very good staffs work here. Make sure to reach the airport two hours earlier because they will not let you go in. I had to reach one hour earlier, but they did not let me check in so I basically missed my flight and lost $2000.. it’s a very busy airport. The baggage collection is a bit far from where the flight lands.

Flew in to drive to Galveston and my goodness did I fall in love with this airport! This airport made me feel like I was in a park! It’s so lush and green, very well taken care of, and super easy to navigate. I had no issues getting to my rental or getting back later at the end of my trip. Big airport with friendly staff! There is some construction going on too so check your flight status and set up alerts!

Excellent airport , we used domestic gates on arrival and on departure which is arranged to be for Alaska airlines. They’re well organized. Luggage claim area was clean and close to exit doors. Passenger pick up area is divided into 4 lanes which accelerated the pickup process without any traffic.

IAH is a very large, somewhat confusing but clean airport. Due to construction, some areas are inaccessible or only accessible from other terminals. For example, for all flights departing from E gates, you need to enter through Terminal D. The rental car center is about 2 miles from the terminals and the only way to get there is on a shuttle bus that runs every 6-7 minutes. There is a good selection of nice restaurants and bars.

No dedicated TSA in terminal d. Only two lanes open and VERY SLOW. Terrible IE no organization. Peak hours are insanely congested with both people and vehicle traffic. The rental car center shuttle bus driver didn't take us to terminal C just said to get off and take the train unless we wanted a long wait. Toilets are nasty in terminal D KLM lounge and the AC in half the C and D building doesn't work well. Feels like a 3rd world airport aka the old la Guardia

Massive airport. Lots to see an do, we got here early and explored. Definitely got our steps in. I'd eat at the more affordable food places like panda express. Since it can be pricey at other restaurants.

Flew in and out of terminal A. Coming in I got a rental car. To get one, go to baggage claim and exit Door A-115, then you take the shuttle to the rental car center about 5 min away. On my way back, I dropped off the car and took the shuttle back easily. Make sure to take the shuttle to your terminal, as they are far apart. I noticed the security check point line on the north side of terminal A was significantly shorter than the south side and you can get through to either side once you clear security. I also only saw tsa precheck on the north side. I took pics of the shops and gates on the north side. Enjoy.

It's a big airport n has different terminals like A,B,C,D,E. The idea is to reduce the crowd, once checked in all the same places, well maintained Airport n very strict security check, very spacious, all basic amenities well maintained...many duty free shops available. Well many hotels n shopping things are there. Well free wifi also available. Toilets are well maintained...Overall a good airport...

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is one of the busiest airports in the United States, and it has played a vital role in the growth and development of Houston for over 50 years. Since IAH first opened its doors in 1969, it has undergone a number of transformations, both in size and scope. The airport has expanded to accommodate millions more passengers each year, and it now offers direct flights to destinations all over the world. IAH is also home to a number of innovative features and amenities, including a state-of-the-art international terminal and a variety of dining and shopping options. Despite its many challenges, IAH has remained a world-class airport, and it is a source of pride for Houstonians everywhere. The airport is a vital economic engine for the region, and it helps to connect Houston to the rest of the world. As a Houston resident for over 30 years, I have witnessed firsthand the evolution of IAH. I have seen the airport grow from a regional hub to a global gateway. I have also seen the airport adapt to changing needs and technologies. The airport is a testament to the resilience and ingenuity of the Houston community. It is a place where people from all over the world come together to experience the best that Houston has to offer. Ever-proud of our beloved airport and proud to be a Houstonian.

I really love this airport. Airport clean, very nice staff, very organized security at each concourse, and awesome selection of food at the United club, and inside the airport. And very easy to get to the rental car shuttle. I flown here since 2016 and especially with the road work, I have 0 complaints. The elevators are in an EXCELLENT condition as well. So, all in all, AWESOME airport. My #1 favorite airport out of all the rest. Solid 5 stars.

It’s big but clean. It didn’t have pre-check the time I came, but you also didn’t have to take off your shoes, which is a nice compromise. If you had electronics bigger than a cell phone, those needed to be taken out of your carryon. I read that there is a hotel at this airport - what a great idea and option. Everything went seamlessly. It was pretty organized.

Two words. Arrive Early. George Bush is an absolutely massive airport with lots of places to get hung up if you’re not careful. Be sure to arrive early in case there are delays from the construction going on (2022). Make sure you check ahead of time which terminal you are in so you arrive at the right place and don’t need to make the trek from one side of the airport to the other. Other than that it’s a nice airport that is becoming even better with all the improvements they’ve been making. If you have a choice between here and Hobby, Hobby is much less busy and easy to navigate so I’d probably just go through Hobby.

Coming from Philly, this is a real beautiful airport. We arrived from Galveston five hours early as we disembarked from our cruise early in the morning. There was much to do here in terms of food options, places to sit comfortably and charge electronics. The whole family boys and girls ages 8, 12, 18 and 40 didn’t complain about the wait once

International pickup from terminal E is horrible these days 8-2021. It takes good 1 hr to reach at the terminal via line 2 lanes. Terminal D and E park at terminal C and its good 15 mins walk from there to terminal.... still same issues 2-2022 arrive 3 hrs early for international flights

I use this airport frequently any usually get through customs quickly. Unfortunately, it seems every restaurant is owned by the same company and there is not much variation between restaurants and choices of food or drinks. It is ocr scan and it takes you to same order page regardless of restaurant.

Dear all. I would like to bring an important thing in your knowledge that it's compulsory to fill in the "Pass Track" app for traveling. The irony is that lots of people take it casual and get stuck in a very precarious situation at the airport check in and have to suffer. So my request is that fill it before you come to the airport. The app is not very user unfriendly. It works better on laptop on website. Remember that it supports jpeg format of passport and pcr and covid certificate with low kb value pictures to be uploaded. It doesn't let you upload high mb value photos. So please please please do it before coming to airport to avoid problems at the airport. Best Regards

Beautiful and modern airport. The only bad thing is that the security checkpoint is so slow , maybe needs more lanes for the quantity of people in this airport. So if you gonna travel here, consider the time in the security checkpoint for avoid delays in your trip
