Hidden gem of Spring Branch. My night time view so I won't say more to keep it hidden :) *Edited February 2021, this place has lost its luster. The property hasn’t been kept up like it was before. There is also unruly children who take fun in tossing the large rocks surrounding the stream that feeds the pond, into the pond itself. We also can’t keep a steady manager to save our lives and the influx of recent tenants shows a relaxed judgment by management. Since covid they have only been responding to emergency service request so they say. When my AC was leaking enough water to fill the light globe in the restroom as well as the bulb in the socked it was not seen as an emergency until I had to contact the city although it was clearly a fire hazard. Professionalism has taken a backseat to petty grudges and biases from the office that should have a hand in making the Lofts feel like home. It’s sad to watch a gem depreciate in value before your eyes. *Edited November 12, 2021 @ 11:20am I just want to see if what I believe will transpire will actually come to fruition by the close of the day. I can't honestly say I have much faith in the team here but I will be completely transparent with the turnout if they do prove my initial belief to be in error. In the subsequent update I will add additional clarity to what exactly you are witnessing in some of the pictures I've shared as well as add additional photos in support of some of the things observed in my ongoing review.

I went to tour the Lofts at Spring Lake and immediately fell in love with the property and staff! Tamara was VERY helpful and friendly. She made it an easy decision to decide to make this place my home. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

It’s a great property they have a beautiful lake view on the back, when I have a problem with maintenance around the house they are always quick to respond and come on the same day. The manager is very sweet very good vibes and it’s a really quiet neighborhood never had a problem. I love it here <3

AMAZING STAFF. Maintenance works quickly ! Requests get completed at reasonable times and Tamara is very helpful :)

Great community to live in. It's a small property with great residence. Back side of the property has a Lakeview where the sun sets beautifully. It's under great management and Lilly takes great care of her residence as well as the property.

Awful, I saw 2 rats on my mom’s porch and immediately freaked out, I couldn’t leave to go pick up my children from school since I was afraid if they were going to get in or even bite me. Ughhhh what an awful day.

Alondra is very professional and friendly She actually help me with the move in process took het time to explain every document of the lease. Also I love my unit

Beautiful property! The leasing lady, Alondra, is such a helpful person. I had so many questions and she was able to answer all of them with such professionalism. I like that the property is small and well kept.

I recently moved in to the property and I am absolutely happy in the property very calm property to live in, and so many parking spaces! And Alondra in the leasing office is very nice and helpful! I recommend the property to anyone looking for an apartment.

I've lived here for a little over a month and I do really like it here. It is a calm neighborhood. Everyone that I run into is very friendly. Also, Alondra the assistant manager is very helpful when it comes to getting things done. Thank you for all you do.

The lake is very private and exclusive. Great place to spend the morning.

I went in for information and the staff was EXTREMLY rude, asked to speak to the manger and she was even more rude. What a joke, ill just take my money elsewhere.

Really great place to live in very spacious Super great Customer service the leasing agent there Tamara she is super sweet and nice was very helpful she gave me so much information very detailed and everything that I needed to know to be able to look for my apartment. 10/10 recommend

I've lived at quite a few different places but never have I met a team that was so welcoming and helpful in the transition of our move to our new home! Andrea in particular was so positive from day 1 and made sure my family and I had everything we needed and were satisfied. Great job Andrea and keep up the good work! Moved here with my family last year, great apartments.. Though there are many roaches in here!! my daughter loves to bring her friends over because they love playing outside for hours! 😁

Very beautiful townhome , very spacious and fancy kitchen marble backsplash , breakfast bar and a big patio for your bbqs . Love how calm and safe the neighborhood is , my daughter loves riding her bike around the neighborhood. Highly recommend !!

My family and I love living here. The community here is quiet and very kid friendly. I feel comfortable coming and going with my kids. Very nice place to live!

Just move in this week and Liliana welcome us with a move in basket that was full of treats and needs for the apartment. We are off to a good start. My application process was smooth and fast.

It’s hard to find apartments/ apartment managers as nice as the one here. Super nice. It’s quite and clean and above all else, Liliana is very helpful with anything that I need. 10/10 would recommend

I have been looking for a new place and today I decided to check out the lofts at spring lake and let me tell you they are beautiful, the manager Lili was super nice and welcoming, she made me feel like i was at home already. She is the nicest person ever. I will be moving here very soon! 🤗🤗

I be leaving at the residents for about 3 years now i have no complaints the management is amazing. When ever i have a issue with maintenance around the apartment they are very quick to response and fix the issue. Is a family friendly neighborhood for my kids. Manager also has really nice events thought the month my kids and I love to attend.
