I came here with a prepaid labeled package. Not only did I have to hunt down the location in the third place of the hotel, once I got there I was informed there would be a $10 service fee for using this location (apparently this service fee changes and it's based on weight). Absolutely ridiculous !

Was quick and easy to send package, had already printed a label on it. Took a little while to find the place, it was located on the 3rd Floor in the hotel. Second trip back, staff was super helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a little hard to locate. You will find it on the third floor of the Hilton Hotel.

Had a terrible experience. I went to print some files and printer did not work but it still showed that I will be charged $4.67. When I checked my bank account I saw that they charged me $10. I wanted to print receipt so that I can show it to the staff member it did not even print the receipt. When I talked to the staff member she said the manager will get back to me but never did. Do not recommend using this place for your printing needs.

LOVE this place! I went in to get my resume printed and the man working upgraded the paper for free! They offer a ton of different services from basic printing to photos and posters. So happy this is so close to my place!

Isn't overnight delivery what FedEx does? They didn't have any legal size shipping envelopes. The scanner wasn't working, and the employee didn't know how to enter things manually. Didn't FedEx used to be good at what they do??? Stick with UPS. Oh, and you have to pay for parking.

The lady Tierra that works there provided excellent customer service. Very beautiful and personable.

Drove here to mail a prepaid package. Clerk tells me it is $10 for a convince fee. The only convince I had was walking around the hotel to figure out the fedex office is on the 3rd floor.

BEWARE SCAM. We ordered a poster to be printed here for an absurd price of 180$ online. They called us to tell us they do not have a printer and sent us 30 minutes away by car. The price online for this other place is 70$. We will be disputing the charge.
