I really have to say that, I never believe latte drinkers when they advertise a coffee shop because coffee flavored milk is hard to mess unlike espresso. And to my spoiled by one year in Italy life it is one of the best (and the cheapest) in Houston town, $1.84 per double espresso. Chocolatey, smooth, not bitter or sour, just perfect! They need to invest in their outdoors and I will not go anywhere else...

Super nice and clean store. Amazing bakery. It's whole foods. Never a bad experience.

Typically, the Whole Foods experience is prim. I popped in for a quick bite after work. I grabbed a slice of pizza bc I didn't feel like dealing with the salad bar. Nonetheless, the hot and cold foods bar looked fresh and the salad spread was colorful and robust. This is my first time at this location and it's smaller than the one off of S. Post Oak near the Galleria. It still had the open airy feeling of a Whole Foods market, yet a little more condensed. The sitting area is right in front (only one floor here) near the large windows, with plenty of space. I love the fact that there is a microwave and ice water station (this is hottie Houston 😅). The in store lounge is right next to the Amazon drop of/pick up area so there is a lot of traffic coming in and out. This location isn't super busy yet there is a constant flow (feels more like a stop and shop vs. grocery store, if that makes sense). I had a question and someone was available without needing to search. I asked about the Monday special, which is 30% off Tea. The employee didn't really know what I was talking about so I had to show her the sign. They have a special every day of the week, one I remember is the $10 whole pizza on Friday. The team member then directed me to a tea station that appeared to be closed, so I was kinda bummed after she stated that it was closed. A nice community staple, this spot I'll return to with the free wifi and super cold AC lol. Of course, there are top notch products available which is the cherry on top 😉

This a smaller Whole Foods . It does however have a bakery , butcher cafe, and fresh vegetables and fruits full wine selection. Lots of parking and helpful staff. It’s all available just on smaller scale. they have Amazon lockers if needed.

I got stuff on Whole Foods products when I visited my first market in Austin Texas while on a law conference attendance. The produce, especially the sweet juicy peaches just naturally intrigued my taste buds, that I could have kissed granny from the Beverly Hill Billy show. Oh, but when I came back to Houston, the store on W.Alabama street was my go to store, and please stay away from the bakery, you'll never leave, anyway, hi ho silver!

I’m going to give this store 5 states solely off the strength of Allen. I’ve been in a lot of groceries stores and manage in retail and I WISH I had at least one of him. He was amazing ! Very polite and informative. He adds a special touch to the place knowing how long he has been there. He helped me and my husband out a lot with the supplements we were looking for. If you come here and out too sure about what your grabbing look for Allen he actually puts good energy into helping others. I am glad I came across him and another customer he has previously helped. Very nice guy. Promote this man and let him continue to do what he LOVES and ENJOYS

I was met with an unexpected situation. The women's restroom was out of order, and I was there with my toddler who needed to use the facilities. Out of nowhere, a knight in shining armor emerged in the form of a Whole Foods security guard. Without hesitation, he checked the men's bathroom to ensure its suitability and then stood guard at the entrance to ensure privacy and security, allowing my little girl to use the bathroom without any issues. This act of kindness is a testament that chivalry is far from dead, and that exceptional service still exists. Kudos to Franklin and Whole Foods for exemplifying what true customer service looks like. Highly commendable! 🙏

The most unpleasant grocery store experience I think I have ever had? I rolled up to the nearby Trader Joe’s on a Saturday & when the line was far too long at TJ’s I gritted my teeth and decided to be okay with giving Jeff Bezos a piece of my hard earned teacher salary. Big mistake yall…. The clientele was the most unpleasant part of the experience- everyone in there is snippy, impatient, and wearing ugly loafers that cost more than my rent (you know the vibe). Though, rather mercifully, this particular Whole Foods is not Hypnotically Caucasian, it does however have the proverbial “overpriced chocolate milk that is surprisingly easy to steal” (another one of God’s little tests etc). Checkout was also a misery, but only because the workers are probably traumatized by the aforementioned clientele. Will never be going here again.

Just because of the bakery. Terrible customer service in person and on the phone. I went in on a Saturday to ask a question and it was as if I was bothering the lady I asked. I was inquiring about putting in an order for today she said they’ll be open for that tomorrow. I call today to make the order, now they’re short staffed & can’t take fruit off a cake? That’s it. Sounds like the same lady & I just think it’s ugly for that to be the experience with a Bakery. I let my friends know & they weren’t surprised, said the better bakery was Midtown location. Guess it’s no secret but my hope is that you’ll gain positive communication skills both verbal & nonverbal. Try to help don’t continuously dismiss a customer’s needs.

Ordered online and it was ready faster than my pick up time. Brought out fast and put in the backseat. Had no problems!

Overall decent experience. I came here for an Amazon return. I was in and out in less than 60 seconds. I grabbed a tea and it was discounted because I’m a prime member. Parking is ample. I like the multiple self check out stations available. I’ve eaten here a few times too. It doesn’t disappoint. I didn’t give 5 stars because I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and I made eye contact with at least two staff members.

Pricey but absolutely beautiful. Staff is helpful and the produce and flowers are gorgeous. Shop the sales and get some superior products at bargain prices if you're a prime member. The fellow at the fish section gave me the VIP treatment...cut a piece of wild caught salmon for me...even though I only needed half a pound AND removed all the bones before wrapping it well. My neighbor WF isn't quite as luxurious but I can bike to it, so this store will only be an occasional treat, but a treat it is!

Great whole good location. Smiling staff. I was offered assistance a couple of times as I shopped. Got this beautiful cake. I didn’t compare grocery and produce prices versus other grocery chains. Would recommend if you like Whole Foods. Also there are some discounts if you’re an Amazon Prime member.

Whole Foods is always my go to. The choices they offer are some of my favorites, especially the hot bar choices. And of course, the bakery, there's so many options to try, I could never leave th bakery without getting something delicious, & "sinful" If I know there's a Whole Foods near me, I'm there!!!!

Great Macadamia cookies. Bought 12, ate 8. My spouse only got 1 after baby. Next time, I have to buy 24+. 5 🌟 store.

Nick is likely the reason I’m giving this location 5 stars. He went above and beyond in assisting with a pick up order. I have a new born at home and he saved my bacon (literally!) Thank you, Nick! Outstanding customer service, very much appreciated ❤️❤️❤️

How can you not enjoy Wholefoods,?... literally EVERYTHING in there either tastes good, makes you healthy(er) or is fun or cool. Yes, a little pricey sometimes. Been going for 25 years + Great Staff, Chill Vibes.

Best food and fresh produce selection that is not the same old brands you are at other food stores. Fresh baked goods, sushi, deli, fish, meat and dairy sections really well stocked.

I had to have the Berry Chantilly cake in my life. My taste buds first encountered said cake when catered at my job. I had an extra slice to share with my husband and son. Unfortunately the slice did not make it to the house, so I ordered an 8inch for Thanksgiving for them to try. Yes this cake makes me become greedy Greta. This is a must eat.

Rude and inefficient order pick up. I have placed and picked up 3 catering orders and 2 grocery orders here because the food quality is excellent. Each time the pick up process was a disorganized mess even though I followed all their directions. Each time I was treated with a rude attitude. The ordering was easy. The food was excellent.

Excellent Service! They know what they did for me. They truly care about your well-being and your experience as a customer. Special thanks to the Manager Chi/uma! Glad to have this Whole Foods as my neighborhood store.

Whole Foods itself is amazing but decided to give a review today because of Katie! Was searching for a specific item and was under the impression that it was out of stock. However, she quickly to the back and grabbed exactly what I needed. Had already been to 3 other Whole Foods so Katie was definitely a life saver.

This is a great Whole Foods Store! Everyone was very helpful and kind. I had a lot of questions and each employee was able to either assist me or point me to the person who could. In especially an employee named Joseph who help me decide on some Veggie chips, this gentleman had excellent customer service. Best Whole Food Store!

Amazing products and variety. I wanted to try something new to eat so I checked out the prepared food section. And I am glad that I did. I got the chili sweet salmon which was moist and tender. Very well seasoned and great proportion. I also got the tofu which was delicious and well seasoned as well. But the thing that took the cake was the pasta salad. It had cheese, tomatoes and vegetables etc. It looked good. But after tasting it I have to say that it was the best pasta salad I’ve ever eaten I my life. Brought a tear to my eye, it was so good. I have to give compliments to the chefs. They are awesome. I’ll definitely start eating there more often. Great job!

Went to the coffee bar. One person working, clearly overwhelmed. All the coffee servers were empty, and they weren't going to get filled anytime soon.

Excellent atmosphere, has a full body dark roast and reasonable priced breakfast food, This coffee shop is better than Starbucks.

I thought it was a coffee store I just realized it was inside the whole food when I arrived, no matter what the capuchino with almond milk is super delicious

  • 5/5 Katherine A. 3 years ago on Google
Here they not only make great coffee but also have sandwiches, salads and pastries, so it’s good for lunch as well. It can get crazy busy sometimes since it’s quite popular, but that doesn’t scare me when I want a nice cup of coffee.
