    I just picked up coffee for my sister from this location, and she ordered Grande, but when I gave her the coffee, more then third of coffee was missing, its ridicules, especially when they are charging $6 for it. I should've check before i left but I never had this issue in other Starbucks's. This happened today 3/18/22 around noon, just so you know the crew that work there. I got it through the drive through.

    If this is the future of starbucks i see future competition as this place was terrible. No furniture to sit at no condiments no bathroom no thanks. My niece and got stuck there while we waited on repairs to our rental. If I am paying 4 dollars for a drink part of what i have come to expect is clean place to sit relax and enjoy my beverage. Take that away ... i can make good coffee or tea and i have two ex sbucks baristas in my family to show me.

    On 2nd floor at Randalls Market & Pharmacy, downtown Houston, TX. 2225 Louisiana St, Houston, TX 77002 Features indoor tables, or elegant outdoor shaded balcony seating. Use the elevator within Randalls, or take the stairs. This is a mini-Starbucks kiosk, but offers most of the food & drink menu, just like a big Starbucks. You can order ahead for pickup. Some Starbucks mugs, tumblers, travel cups, etc for sale here. Staff was very pleasant & helpful, bring some cash for the tip jar!

    ☕️ ORDER IN APP FOR MORE OPTIONS Tall Decaf Cappuccino w Oat Milk, Extra Foam please! I love ordering from the Starbucks app (nearby tab). The app shows all options of sugar and dairy alternatives. Order once and save as your favorite. Next time, order and pay with 3 taps. This Starbucks handles mobile orders beautifully. Very fast, and my order has always been correct.

    Cyntane took my order .Almost 30 minutes in,my order was not ready so i told her to cancel it.She said ahe had a skeleton crew and could not do it.When she finally went to the register,common sense would be to do it since she was already at the register.Still,she did not and it's another thing to be short staffed with a good attitude,it's totally unacceptable when you are rude,short with a very nasty disposition..Does she feel 5his way on payday?. I went back 4 hours later and ordered a pumpkin spice latte for my child who desperately wanted one.They had the order in an 8oz cup and not made to order

    I call this the mini Starbucks drive-thru because there are no indoor seating areas but they're still a drive-thru for service. I kind of like these types of locations because it can offer a quick takeout experience if the drive-thru line is too long.

    I have been drinking startbuck since I was in high-school and now am in my 30's. Today was the first time I have ever been told I couldn't get my drink how I wanted it. Very let down. Plus it wasnt made well at all regardless of the extras I wanted.

    Time to change the pics on the google, no seat inside and outside even not a bench for the costumer wait for uber or run go away, no station to add sugar to your coffee, no restroom even. Post pandemia way to save money and dont care fo costumer

    I ordered ONE latte... Waited for 30 minutes, & had to cancel my order b/c they still hadn't gotten to my order. Otherwise, I would have been late for work. There is no reason I should have waited that long, & still walked away empty-handed. When I left, there were still about 10+ people waiting in the lobby, & a long drive through line. They need a better system b/c what they are doing isn't working efficiently. Especially for people who are stopping in fro coffee, before work.

    Stopped by this location on a blistering day to grab a few of the Lemonade refreshers and some hot water to heat up our babies milk bottle. They would not give us a cup of hot water and stated it was their policy for safety reasons. Explain how your business is making HOT drinks, but you can't give us a cup of hot water?! We offered to pay for it and ended up ordering a hot tea instead. Same results, just pointless waste of a teabag and time. We've never had this issue at any Starbucks anywhere period.

    I mobile order at starbucks, and i have been for years. This location does NOT get the mobile orders done in time. Every single time I order AT LEAST 10 minutes before I get to the store, and every single time the order is never ready. Thus defeating the whole purpose of mobil ordering. This morning in particular, i cane in and said i have a mobile order that i placed 15 minutes ago…. (It should have been ready before i got there) the barista gave me so much attitude. Unnecessary and uncalled for considering my drink shouldve been ready way before that. This location is awful if you are a timely person. If you have all the time in the world to stand around and wait and get attitude from baristas, then this location is the spot for you.

    I used come here everyday but they can’t make a drink consistently at all. Specifically the brown sugar or milk shaken espresso and flat white. And a couple of them just have the absolute worst attitude no matter how nice you are to them.

    Apparently it's company policy that STARBUCKS as a franchise, doesn't fill the cups up when you ask for no ice. Instead when you ask for no ice, your cup is given to you 3/4 full. Which is funny because monday, april 10th, i stopped at this exact store and bought a cold brew no ice. And it was filled to the top. she told me they stopped flling up the cups 2 weeks ago. She told me that it's company wide. Well, as a consumer, customer or whatever you want to call it. The least a mulit-trillion dollar company can do is spare another 1/4 cup of cold brew. It's sad, because I'm paying for the product, not the ice. So charge me extra to fill it. It wasn't offered to me. Either way, it's all about portion control and how much goes into what so it evens out for them. Just shows straight greedyness from a prestigious company. The Manager, who couldn't give me all the answers, directed me to to talk to cooperate. My question is, if you're overseeing a that store, how can you not help the customers. How are you managing a store is all you do is tell them to go to cooperate. So if a STARBUCKS COOPERATE Representative sees this, please reply your policy here so the whole world can see it. Thanks.

    This place can get pretty busy because it's the only location downtown with a drive thru. Love this location because they're open earlier than any other location. they can get a lil sloppy with your order mid-day when they're slammed and the line is out the door (and it really will be out the door). apart from that, they're great the employees are great and great service

    This Starbucks used to have friendly people, but today the young female with glasses at drive thru, no type of personality extremely non-caring for anything trash service.. I told her thank you have a good day, but No smile no response just a whatever look.. I guess I have to start looking for more options when I need a coffee for work and of course there are plenty of them now, dang Starbucks you guys are really dropping the ball… coffee was good tho that’s a plus

    Me and my husband walked almost 20 mins to this Starbucks . Made it there a little over 30 mins before they closed . The door was locked and we were told to use the drive through . Obviously we were walking so we couldn’t ! What if I had a pick up order ! The lobby should still be open if they are not closed and they don’t specify that the lobby closes at a certain time !! Definitely made me frustrated .

    It's too busy for its own good. No indoor seating stinks. And, because there's no indoor seating, they don't do refills on tea (they can at least make peach green tea correctly tho).

    I created a mobile order at 7:37 and finally made it to this Starbucks at 7:50. My mobile order was not ready at all, they told my bf the order was currently being worked on. That definitely was lie because they started giving everyone their drinks that was in the line. Meanwhile a bunch of angry customers that purchased mobile orders had to wait for their drinks to be made. If you are trying to order ahead I definitely don’t recommend this place.

    I place a mobile order and I was going to the rest room and I saw there was a code on the door. I ask for the code, and they told me that the restroom is not available for the public that is against their policy. What kind of Starbucks is this that you can’t even go to the restroom when you even place a order? I totally understand about controlling maybe homeless people to try to use the restroom but when you purchase something they should not neglect you from using the restroom….unbelievable…

    Very small Starbucks with NO SEATING inside. The staff is so-so. Not the friendliest, but not the worse. I never get excellent service when I visit this one. And I try not to order from here unless I am out of other options.

    Just ordered a caramel macchiato with extra drizzle , they gave me some sort of iced mocha with toffee nut syrup, I asked the girl if this was the “macchiato” she said you ordered a mocha… then proceeds to tell me she was present while I ordered and argued with me telling me that was what I said , never In my life have I ordered a mocha . That would would have never came out of my mouth. Get better listening skills . And let’s not have bratty workers try to me and said they heard me order when that girl was clearly not even present . Thanks anyways . Will not be back. I don’t need sarcastic attitude from a coffee worker.

    Wanted to come here and sit in and have my drink but dine in is not available. Not even the outdoor chairs were out. Ordered an Apple 🍏 Crisp Oatmilk (replaced it with coconut 🥥 milk) Frappuccino and a double chocolate brownie.

    The way Ashley spoke to my sister was beyond disrespectful and VERY unprofessional. Ashley was very rude and her customer service skills SUCK. Never again will I support this Starbucks location until you quit employing people like this.

    This place will randomly decide to be walk ins welcome or drive thru only. There is no perk to doing mobile pickup because you can’t walk in to grab it and have to wait in the long drive thru line!

    Located inside of the Randall's market. It is located on the second floor. It is a Starbucks. The product and service are consistent worldwide. Plus is they have balcony outdoor seating. Minus is it is housed on the second floor. It is accessible via lift.
