I used to absolutely love Panera bread but I am so disappointed at the quality of their food that I don’t even want to bother going there anymore. I had the half soup and salad, but a good portion of the soup was missing even before I opened it and then my salad wasn’t fresh as you can tell by the photos. There needs to be some sort of quality control in place before food is given to take out orders because this is unacceptable. When I actually tried to taste the salad, it smelled like something was spoiled. I’m not coming back to this location ever again.

I don’t know what they are using to mop the floors but the tile in a large area around the beverage station is always sticky (so sticky in fact that it is hard to walk). I came in today and the floor there was visibly filthy with 2 employees sitting nearby and on their phones. Several of the dining room tables also needed to be wiped down; I made do at a dirty table. An employee could also be seen eating a the customer side of the pick up window today. Location is convenient for the area but the wifi here is tremendously slow; often does not load web information (repeatedly problematic.) Recently, I modified a food item and found several of the modifications not on my sandwich on that evening—I don’t know if they had the ingredients or not but if so they certainly never made their way to my sandwich. Another thing that irks me about this location is they keep the side door locked. I thought fire safety code requires that a second door (not just front entrance) must remain unlocked during business hours. As a bus rider it would be much more convenient if I were able to use the door which they keep locked. Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes when I walk in the cashier just looks at me and I have to greet them first which is awkward. The food is nasty. Today I had a half sandwich, half salad combo, and an orange scone. The chicken had a weird texture and some pieces were slimy. The chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich had no flavor. With the salad, the lettuce was brown and soggy. The only thing I would order again is a beverage or pastry because the scone was good. I would not recommend this location but maybe the quality of Panera Breads meat and produce are just bad in general.

Posted time of operation not same as what the staff decided. Lady working there not so nice. Maybe Boxing Day interfered with opening. Idk. Needed to discuss my pick up time for online order. Website changed time of pick up time. Orders were almost $200. Would have been nice to have had some good customer service. Management needs to look into this and the way the customer was treated. I told her I just wanted her to write my pick up times correctly. She refused told me to come back at 10:00am Employee smoked cigarette but won’t help customers with orders

Just don't go to this location! Trust me, this was the only meal I ate on Sunday. And I've been suffering from food poisoning the past 3 days! The following morning I woke up with nausea & diarrhea! I'm exhausted! I know it had to be from this place. My husband and daughter are here too they didn't get it but I was the only one who ate their salad. Try a different location please.

Let me start off by saying there are some great employees here - but 90% of the time customer service is awful. This place does not reflect what I know and love about Panera! I only frequent here because of its close proximity to where I live but I am often reminded why I dislike this location so much. Many times they’ve been out of what I tried to order, the kiosk is useful tool but you still have to go to front and wait in line for drink cup and pastry (defeats the purpose -no?), and today I decided I would have cashier take my order rather than use kiosk and my order was wrong. The “corrected” order was wrong again. This place just can’t get it right. If you frequent Panera I’d recommend skipping this place and going to another one.

Order a bowl of Thai chicken soup. $8.50. First I was brought a cup. When she delivered the bowl, I was astonished! A very small plastic spoon. There was barely any chicken in the soup and the chicken pieces were extremely little. Plus the bowl was half empty. I just left. Walked out. If I ate that I'd be hungry in 30 minutes. Went to the new Cafe Express for a real meal. Never going back.

This was a great place but unfortunately not anymore. The waiting time is endless, the tables are not cleaned, the food is coming in a bag not in the plate with the excuse that dishwasher is not working. All the time they will bring you something different from what you ordered. Still after complaining they will bring your order without pickles or chips. Fix it or close it.

Best Panera location! We love coming to this location. The staff is always friendly and courteous and the restaurant is always well maintained and clean. The food is great too, portion sizes are great value for your money. Nice, quiet place to have lunch.

So I frequent this location a lot and I tried the charged Strawberry Lemon Mint lemonade today and it's OFF THE CHAIN! Best location in towns at least in this Midtown/Downtown area! They also have a dog-friendly patio as well.

Quality of food and service keeps going down. I’ve been a frequent customer for forever, and… well, the photos speak for themselves. Mini sandwich!

I'm really not sure how this place has 4 stars...I speculate whoever owns this must have some influence to ask people to leave positive google reviews. If you'll notice, most of the reviews that are positive are brief and aren't detailed. Most of the negative reviews are from people who have gone multiple times, and have lots of detail. Again, this place sucks. Don't buy the good reviews. They're likely not real.

One of the computers didn't work but food came out before I could sit down and service was wonderful. Very friendly people and delicious hot food. Plenty of parking and pretty building with tall glass windows.

I stopped by this place during my trip to Houston and I must say, I was impressed. The inside was spotless and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My food came out hot and fresh in no time. And the outside of the restaurant was stunning too! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I ate Panera Bread for the first time in like 10 years at this location tonight. What happened?? Lol, it was awful. Just bad all the way around, from the service to the food. It just wasn’t good. I got the turkey bacon sandwich, I asked for sauce on the side. It came with sauce… I don’t know, it just tasted generic and cheap. I can’t see myself ever going back.

I’m very disappointed! Really? $4.75 for this bread. Overpriced with nothing in it. Never going back to Panera bread. Should have went to chick fil a.

I always like eating at Panera, it’s a great place for lunch. My only complaint was the poor attitude of the person who took our order! A simple smile would’ve gone a long ways with me, however, the woman who took our order, was either having a bad day, or didn’t want to be there. She also got my order wrong, but the young lady who brought our food corrected the mistake quickly and apologized for the mistake. The food was tasty, hot and fresh.

I've been frequently dropping by Panera Bread recently and it's been a consistently good experience. The store is clean and well-arranged, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful, adding to the overall positive feel of the place. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. One of my favorite items to order is the toasted steak and cheese sandwich. The bread is nicely toasted, the steak is flavorful, and the cheese is just right - altogether, a satisfying bite. A good stop for a quick and enjoyable meal.

Fast service and good food! I stopped here between meetings for work and had a great experience. Dining room was clean and the food came quickly, even during the mid day lunch rush.

I typically go to the Panera off Pin Oak Road in Katy and I have to say that one is by absolute favorite! Their service is always amazing, and they always have smiles and warm greetings even on cold days. I've gone to the one in La Centerra Plaza before but it wasn't as pleasant though they are accommodating still. Since I don't know which location this review will be for, I'll give Panera an overall great review :-) also, I think their basic coffee is better than Starbucks because it doesn't leave that nasty aftertaste in your mouth. They also have something called a sip Club where you can have unlimited coffees, teas, or lemonade every 2 hours for around $12 a month. That's amazing and I get it every day while running errands.

This is the best location I've been to so far. 🔥 The customer service is outstanding. I'm an avid coffee enthusiast and their coffee is better than Starbucks. I forgot the guys name when I visit yesterday, he was doing a fantastic job checking on customers and servng food with a smile. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to get the experience that is needed.

I ordered a bagel, muffin, and coffee for pickup from the app. It said the order was ready but when I went inside, it hadn’t been started. The muffin I ordered was in stock on the app but they told me it was out of stock when I got there so I had to pick a different muffin. They tried toasting the bagel but the entire thing caught on fire in the toaster. The cashier offered to give me something free but a different employee told them not to do that. They proceeded to use their backup toaster to give me another bagel. I finally had my order after 20 minutes. As I was leaving, they literally said, “Please don’t mention this.” I have had multiple issues with Panera (this location and others) but this is by far the worst. I would not recommend this Panera or any other Panera for that matter.

Had the half & half sandwich & soup if your hungry don't get this you'll wake away very hungry. Food great, employee super friendly & helpful BUT portion sizes extremely small for prices 😂

I had a nice spinach souffle, for breakfast. Nice that they open at 7am to dine in. They want you to join their "unlimited sips" program that has to be done on line, but it costs 10.99 to get free coffee or lemonade

I am a fan of Panera Bread in general, but this location has given me several issues. I order Panera all the time given that I plan big meetings and events for work, and I've given this location a few chances only to be disappointed. Last week I placed an order for delivery, but didn't receive part of the order because "they ran out" of fruit ... I gave them almost 2 weeks notice for the order so I'm not sure how that would happen. Now today, I placed another order for delivery and it was delivered CLEARLY to the wrong address. Wrong business name (even sent me a picture with the WRONG name), wrong person and everything - the only way I knew about the wrong delivery was the person at the other business called to ask me what to do with the order. I then called the store MULTIPLE times (probably 20+) and no one would answer the phone. Finally got in touch with corporate office and all they would do was refund my money - no offer to help make the delivery right or anything. So I had to order from another restaurant and lunch was delivered more than an hour after it was intended. No more chances for Panera.
