Ordered their drinks via UberEats and the delivery was smooth. Tried their coconut milk tea and Thai milk tea and I recommend both of them! Among toppings, their boba was fresh and great as one would expect, herbal and nata jelly was also good. I recommend this place if you are a fan of boba milk teas.

This place is ok. I have been to better Boba places in Houston. The atmosphere is not the best. The temperature wasn’t on point. They don’t know anything about customer service, since I have been to places that let you replace your tea for free if it doesn’t taste good to you. This place doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

The place itself is nice, but the parking lot is kind of hard to park in, since when you back up, you go into the street. The parking spots are also limited! But the service is nice, the wifi password and the bathroom code are on the receipt. The boba itself was good, and like Kung Fu tea! I will be back :) There is also a ramen vending machine there too! I have not tried it though.

Pleasantly surprised with this location. Unfortunately there was only one guy that was working when I entered and made 6 people drinks rather quickly. I’m used to smoothies with the tapioca but I got a pineapple slushie today. It was delicious, sweet and refreshing. Some of the ice wasn’t completely crushed but I didn’t mind. I think the drink could be perfected if the guy wasn’t the only worker. Over all the store was clean, easy to order, and it tasted great!

The location is in a good spot in Montrose. The flavors are what you would find at other competitors, and I think these are really good. I like the different variations of sinkers, and what is really good, is that they have 2 sizes - regular/large and medium, which is great for a child and if you're not looking to get full, medium is perfect. I got the taro milk tea with boba. It was very good!

I wanted to change the sweetness level to 30%, but the cashier said they already made my drink at 100% when I didn't even pay yet?! They didn't make me a new drink. Only said they could add more ice to water it down. The boba was hard. Drink was way too sweet-- I couldn't drink it.

I love how many options this location has. We were even able to find the Kirby Drink and cup here! The staff is friendly and extremely fast. Even with a crowded shop, we were in and out within 5 minutes. The only issue is parking so you may have to park and on the street and walk over.

I got a taro milk tea with the milk cap and a Thai milk tea with coffee bubbles and both drinks were amazing! The taro milk tea tastes authentic and the milk cap was soo good! The coffee popping boba complemented the tea so well, I would highly recommend both toppings. The workers were also so sweet and made the drinks fast. Great quality boba, highly recommend!

The mango green tea is soo good!! I did get 100% sweet because I do love the extra sweetness!

Best bubble tea ever, I don’t care if you think it’s commercialized or too sweet. It’s amazing, adjust the sugar if you need to, don’t hate on greatness. This locational also always has the friendliest staff ever! I always look out for Pokeng, Bex, or Ben :) Favorite drinks include: 1. Honey Milk Green Tea (jasmine tea base) 2. Taro Milk Green Tea (earl grey base) 3. Wintermelon Milk Tea (jasmine base, not as sweet as the other two but just as creamy and floral)

Boba was amazing, and so was the staff, they also have great vegan options! Establishment was also very lgbt friendly :)

I love to come here to sit and get work done on my day off. The tea is not amazing but it is always good, the macaroons are yummy and the staff is kind. Wifi is fast too!

I come here so often that the staffs know me by my order. It’s a good place to study and I always feel so welcomed here. Drinks are a hit as well. I always get the passion fruit green tea and they get it right every time. Highly recommend!

I like the atmosphere of this place. They really have great options and also the staff were very nice. The Boba they serve are as usual, sweet and tasteful. However, my only take on their boba is sometimes the pearls were a little hard on the center when chewing - if they can take their time a little more to make them soft and sweet, it would been a great drink overall. Overall, great establishment and amazing experience.

OMG! This was my first time going here and the two young ladies (Lexi and Amy) were amazing! So busy and fast but yet still great costumer service. Great job and definitely will be back!

Bad first experience for our first time here. Very rude the dude didn’t not have patience we literally the only one at the store at that time he was smacking his teeth and was very rude when asking him questions. If you were having a bad day doesn’t mean you can be rude and mean to people. Bad customer service 👎🏼

Is a nice place to grab a delicious Boba drink coffee ☕️ 😋 🧋but it's more like grab and go with your friends because the place is a little too small but the menu is great. The parking lot is not great either because there's isn't much room how you can see outside so if the place is full good luck with trying to find a parking spot lol Those are the only two down side but everything else is great. So yes I still recommend the place. 😁👍

Been here on two different occasions. The general takeaway is that they want to nickel and dime you on every change. The tea felt watered down. And even though ordered less ice, in a regular cup they filled up over half the cup with ice, so had to tell them to reduce it again. The final product was so bland and you can tell by the color it barely carried the Thai tea flavor (attached). On another occasion, asked to switch the milk for a non dairy milk and there was an extra charge treated as an add-on. But it's not an add on, rather a substitution. Other Kung Fu Teas have never charged me for it in many different locations. There are also worn, printed paper signs all across the front. Starting to resemble a worn down gas station stop rather than a hip, modern, place to get quality food and service.

Me and my friend visited. We both got Taro milk green teas. I’ve never had Taro with green tea and was pretty surprised! It was really delicious. The reason for the bad rating was the customer service. They just opened at 11:30 and we went in at 11:45. Just 15 minutes after open. There was only 1 person working and he was EXTREMELY impatient and rude. He kept tapping on the register loudly as we looked at the menu, being our first time we needed the few seconds to see what we wanted. Even as we ordered it was very rushed. My friend needed to use the restroom and it needed a code, when asked for it, he basically screamed at her the numbers and when she didn’t understand he screamed it again. Very unprofessional, and very rude man there. As soon as he made our drinks, he went and sat down to get on his phone. Wont visit this location again.

I’m surprised at the great reviews here. I love bubble tea but this place underwhelmed. This place started off enticing with great reviews and lots of options - I ordered a basic milk tea w/pudding and bubbles. The tea flavor was meh. The pudding tasted bland and old (was in very small chunks). The black bubbles were on the smaller side and texture was a bit off.

It's a 50/50 with this place, I must admit. My first experience getting the Cocoa Wow Milk Strike was awesome! It was delicious and the bubbles were soft. This time, it wasn't the same, and just tasted like cold milk and a sad attempt of watered down caramel. My mom couldn't even finish hers, and she wanted to go back home to at least salvage it. I love the store, pretty clean and well kept, with some fun features like the bulletin, but it doesn't make up my disappointing experience for my lunch break. Uncertain, but the drink made my stomach hurt and I'm not lactose intolerant, I drink milk all the time.. I would recommend this place at night, because it's clear if you order during the day they will not put their all into it. I'm talking from experience by coming here countless times and orders. Some things you also try: Taro Slush Taro Milk Tea Refreshing drinks, like their yogurt and orange teas.

This was awesome. They have bursting boboa which was the first time I had it and I loved the little bursts of flavor that came out of chewing them. These people are on Groupon so sign up for your 20% off before you order. every little bit helps. There is hardly no parking so you might have to drive a few blocks down or circle around and hope someone is backing out soon. The receipt has bathroom and wifi codes. They have many flavors and toppings to choose from. Enjoy!
