Nice place with very tight parking. Interior is very good but food and service is not focus . Everything is so fusion that only people would enjoy are the one who are not looking for real food . For spicy 🌶 lovers there is no spice and for Indian food there is no flavor even the vegetables Samosas are not taste like one . Everything was so mixed up but yet nice for beginners who would love it . Prices are high if you consider the size of the plate . Order in a group to enjoy more . If you are only two and order two entrees than you would not going to enjoy. Like Thai curry do not comes with rice . Very big bowl with no real flavor. Staff is very friendly and overall nice place to enjoy with friends if you not not taste centric. Yuppie place .

For a long time I had wanted to try this restaurant. A friend and I went for brunch approx 5 weeks ago. The restaurant is uniquely designed and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor seating options. We sat on the patio. The menu is interesting and diverse. The food presentation is outstanding. Our food however we felt was just so so. Our dessert was stunning in it's artistic presentation. However it had an odd vinegar flavor and we couldn't eat it. So why did I still give a 4!? The service was top notch. When asked how we liked our food we were honest. The waiter and manager were instantly trying to correct this with new recommended dishes. We kindly declined. We were no longer hungry. We weren't looking for a discount and they gave one any way. They also brought the bread pudding dessert to show another dish. It was truly delicious. The effort and sincerity in trying to be sure we had a positive experience was so appreciated and we will go again because of this and try other dishes. Perhaps it was an off day and we ordered the wrong things. All other reviews rave about the food and we hope to have that experience the next time. Service is so important and this place definitely has that nailed!!!

Amazing restaurant in Houston! I have been here twice. The first, we celebrated a friends birthday last year - it was a great experience. I came back with my boyfriend’s family to celebrate his birthday. Food was fantastic and the service was exceptional! Very friendly vibe, answer all of our questions and was very patience with everyone. We order multiple dishes one better than the other. My favorite was the tortellini! Must try!!

My daughter took me here for a late Mother’s Day dinner. The property was beautiful, staff was so hospitable and I could see the chef’s cooking. The food was delicious! We ate Asian, African, and Mediterranean dishes. We had two delicious cocktails. I had a piece of chocolate cake made from a Mexican recipe. Divine! (I forgot to take pictures) I had a delightful time. I will be back to try more dishes in the future.

I’ve never had better service. Our waiter Adrian was on point with every single recommendation. This place in general is just a really cool concept. If your boo doesn’t know what they’re craving, who cares? - plenty of different types of food. Korean, Southern, Vietnamese, Cajun, Southern, you name it. It’s a collective of winning dishes and amazing drinks. A Houston-Must-Try.

So we had a wonderful time celebrating our 7th anniversary here. The food was very delicious, mostly nice sized portions, and not very expensive. The service was great and everything came out picture perfect! It's nice for date night or small groups, we did see a group of about 8, but mostly small parties. The valet is complimentary and our table was ready for us when we showed up for our reservation. No waiting, no hassle, overall a wonderful time. If I had to give a critique it would be the menus, they look a bit run down and torn.

Great first experience at Traveler’s Table. Our waiter was honest and made it a fun experience. The food was unique and delicious, I recommend the crab samosas. The drinks were spectacular. The only issue we had was finding parking.

Had a top notch experience after being recommended to visit the Travelers Table by many Houston locals. The atmosphere and decor are a wonderful complement to the thought and meaning behind the menu and inspiration for the restaurant. The pork belly had an insanely crispy exterior and yet was so tender it fell apart. The watermelon salad was crisp and refreshing. The seafood risotto was creamy and perfect but my favourite was the beef kabob and rice dish! The variety and creativity was unlike any culinary experience I've had and I really got a sense of this restaurants purpose and the love and creativity behind it. Come for an appetizer and cocktails or a large family style meal, you won't be disappointed! 🍹🧳

My dining out club FEAST visited Saturday evening. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful with menu item questions. The food was all delicious and the plating was so inviting. There was nothing I tried that I did not like. The crab samosas were a huge hit! The salmon tartar bites were very good and the pork belly ..yum! The meat was tender with a crunch on the outside, topped with the sauce and veggies..everyone loved it. Noone in our group got something they didn't enjoy. The food came out with appropriate timing, giving you plenty of time to enjoy each course. Parking is a little crazy, so just plan on using their valet parking. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

Such a wonderful experience. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and the ingredients that makes each dish unique. Sadly, we were only able to eat so much, but we will for sure be back to try other items on the menu.

Went here recently for a birthday brunch & I fully enjoyed the food & drinks! We had a group of 10 & tasted an array of foods! To start we had the Crab Samosas, House Smoked Boudin board, Shiitake Edamame Dumplings, Morning Churos, & the Stuffed Pão de Queijo. 10/10!! Our entrees included the Louisiana Fried Chicken, Blue Crab Eggs Benedict, French Truffled Ham, Mushroom & Brie Omelette, Shrimp & Grits, Lamb Shakshuka, & Traveler’s Table Breakfast Board. I had the breakfast board with Indian eggs, bacon, grits, & breakfast bread pudding & also The Plumed Serpent for my cocktail. Everything was amazing! Great flavor & the food looks so well constructed & thought out! The parking is valet, not sure where else to park but, make reservations! It filled up pretty quick! I definitely will be back to try more menu items!

My first time coming here for brunch and you DEFINITELY NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS! This place was packed by the time I arrived at 9:58am! Parking lot is SMALL. They do offer valet parking. Our server was AMAZING his name was Jayvion. Very nice young man. My cocktails were delicious. I had the Sunny but Shady cocktail (I think that's the name of it) rum with hints of coconut. Very delicious. I also had the shrimp and grits. Also very tasty. Not the best shrimp for grits I've had but very yummy nonetheless. Service was quick and the food and drinks were great! They have an extensive cocktail and mimosas menu and they also have flights

This is a great restaurant that’s versatile for many different outings. From date night to business meetings to brunch with your friends you can’t go wrong with this place. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very friendly. Also, I recommend booking reservations if you want to go at night or have brunch to avoid a long wait time on popular days. Also the menu items are delicious and you won’t go wrong with whatever you pick. Everything taste fresh and is uniquely created based on the restaurants concept.

My new favorite restaurant in Texas! Visited during Sunday Brunch. The menu is super fun with a fairly large variety diverse/funky choices and some simple and straightforward preparations as well. The drinks were equally eclectic and fun. I ordered a ton, everything sounded so good that I wanted to try! I was not disappointed, every bite I had was so so good! Crab samosas, oxtail omelette, ube pancakes, and rib fried rice are all phenomenal dishes! I will most definitely be back. Amazing food, vibe, and ambience.

Oh my goodness, this place was above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to celebrate my son’s birthday and opted to check out Traveler’s Table after reading so many positive reviews. I now understand why the reviews were so good. I made a reservation for one (yes, I celebrated my son’s birthday alone) don’t judge me, lol. I gave BIRTH to him and I chose to celebrate alone since he is out of town. I wanted a nice, quiet, and cozy seating area and that’s exactly what I received. I had my laptop so I could get some work done and the accommodation was picture perfect. It’s not a quiet place but that’s okay because I enjoyed the vibe and I can concentrate with the noise. The food was so DELICIOUS and enough to take half home for lunch the next day. My server was amazing! I wish I would’ve written his name down to give him his props here but I forgot 🙄. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He checked on me without being overbearing. I will be going back WITH my son for a proper celebration, lol.

I went here for the first time, Saturday. My date and I wanted a "culinary experience" and that's EXACTLY what we had. Ryan, the general manager, and Brandon, our amazing server, added to our experience. For starters, we shared the pork belly plate. It was DELICIOUS. We ordered drinks. I had the streetcar named Desire and he had the old timer (I think that was the name of the first one) and the last pirate standing. For entrees I ordered the lamb shank and he ordered jerk chicken. Both meals were delicious! The lamb was tender and the pasta was flavorful. I could do without the peas in the dish but, it was still good. The jerk chicken is like any other jerk chicken. Flavorful, a little kick, and tender. For dessert, we tried molten lava cake (I didn't like it but my date did), cheesecake (it was NOT what I expected, but I didn't hate it), and I forgot the name of the vegan dessert, but it was a coconut cream yogurt with mango sauce and fresh fruit (watermelon, papaya, blueberries, strawberries, pineapples, and blackberries). The cheesecake was a Japanese cheesecake, airy with a crunchy base. I didn't hate it, but I was disappointed because I expected the rich New York style cheesecake flavors and consistency. My favorite was the vegan dessert, surprisingly, because I HATE coconut, but I liked that dessert. Try it for yourself. Our bill was a little over $120, but I went for the experience so, I'm NOT complaining. I definitely plan to go again. Ryan shared that they change the menu so, I'm looking forward to trying whatever new things they add. If you're a "foody" like me, you will enjoy this place.

What a fantastic experience. I did not have reservations for brunch, but they could still fit me after a little wait. They offer first come, first serve at the bar. My waitress's name was Lan, and she was terrific. She went over all the top items and even told me her favorites. You can not go wrong by stopping here and enjoying a relaxing moment with excellent food.

OMG! The watermelon avocado salad. I would eat that every day! Food was delicious. Innovative menu. They don’t want you hanging around though. They want you to eat and move. Understandable as it is packed. Will absolutely go back!

Food was really good. Menu is very extensive from all genres of food from around the world. Took about 45 minutes to get our check but besides that service was great! Definitely coming back to enjoy other dishes offered.

I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! First time visiting and will return. Food options were different and very delicious. Everyone enjoyed their unique international prepared meals. Pictured is the jerk chicken and it was deliciously seasoned! Very good food. Can't go wrong with the oxtail. The crab samosas were tasty as well.

Tonight, my wife and I had my birthday dinner at Travelers Table, and it was fantastic. Our waiter Kane was really informed about the menu and offered excellent advice in addition to excellent service. The cuisine was amazing. Everything tasted great. We were limited to trying only a few things being that eat serving was a lot of food. We'll be back so try more entrees. I heartily suggest this place. You will not be disappointed.

I went to this restaurant with a big group. The servers were very attentive, engaging, and friendly. The restaurant was clean and stylish. The food was good, certain dishes had small portions, but my only issue was that the food wasn’t hot. I ordered the jerk chicken, oxtails, and crispy pork.

I recently dined at Travelers Table and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was delightful, the service impeccable, and the diverse menu left me spoiled for choice. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the chef's creativity and commitment to quality ingredients. A truly exceptional dining experience that deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. I can't wait to return and explore more of what Travelers Table has to offer.

First time here and it was great! Made a reservation and was a little late but still got a seat. Great food and service was awesome. The manager came by to provide a drink recommendation, whisky flight, and they were all good. We started with the MOCHIKO CHICKEN and beetroot tartare appetizers and finished with the CARIBBEAN BRAISED OXTAILS and my hubby got the WARM INDIAN-SPICED MANGO SALAD. Every item was delicious and I love that they have lots of vegan options that taste amazing.

DELICIOUS! Good food quality. Nice environment. The waitress was very friendly. Just don't forget to make your RESERVATION in advance. We ordered bread pudding, some mimosas, some coffee, Louisiana Fried Chicken, Duck Chilaquiles and Traveler's Table Breakfast board. Everything was wonderful

First time here, and I loved it! 10/10, I went during brunch time and they various items to choose from. I got the Vietnamese steak & eggs, a mango panna cotta, along with some Brazilian cheese bread with sausage. Would definitely go again! The drink menu is really good too, different cocktails and a vast beer & wine menu.

An exceptional experience with all the food cuisines, the captivating decor and the smooth drinks. Only downside to this dining facility is the limited parking space. Aside from that factor, the ambiance and food will definitely have you talking about it for the days to come, only to find yourself here again, enjoying the craftsmanship of the Traveler's Table.

Tried this place for girls night out. Reservations are highly recommended. They are a very busy establishment. Food, service and atmosphere were great. Definitely recommend. Many options for food and drinks. Parking is a little rough, so we opted for valet. The butter chicken is amazing as well as the Japanese oysters

Absolutely... hands down... one of my most favorite places to eat in Houston. The cuisine is amazing. So many options to choose from that features countries from around the world. And it is all DELICIOUS! the staff are amazing. Quick, attentive, friendly, and always helpful in making menu decisions. The bar is fully stocked and drinks never disappoint. In general, I try and visit atleast once a month. The Christmas eve dinner did not disappoint for the December visit. Always looking forward to exploring the brunch and dinner menu that Travelers Table has.

I had high expectations and this had been on my list for a long time. Everything was good but nothing was over the top. I enjoyed the beef cheek ravioli but it had too much sauce. The chicken curry was too sweet and the sauce was too thick. Overall the ambience is cool and food and drinks are good but not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon. The valet was nice considering it was raining.

  • 5/5 Mark M. 2 years ago on Google
Dinner was exquisite. One of my faves in Houston so far. The old fashioned experience was great, all three very different flavor profiles and each very exciting. The dishes were so flavorful, the chefs are very talented. Can’t wait to go back.
