The majority (not all) of front desk clerks are rude. The equipment is embarrassingly unkept. Many leverage machines don't have the pins to secure the weights. The bench presses usually don't have the weight bars making them useless. Picture posted below is a reflection of a normal day, three benches without weight bars. Other machines with broken cables. This gym is cheap to join and there isn't another gym nearby so they have a lot of customers, but it's a horribly managed business. If you can afford it go somewhere else.

Gym is good but the charges when canceling is a hassle and then you always owe money to them. I talked to other people that go there and same problem with them. I canceled and I have proof that I canceled and still wanna charge me 80 dollars.

FIX YOUR MACHINES, especially the stair masters. Stop enrolling if you don’t have enough machines for the members. All this money you guys get and can’t invest into the business 👎👎

Be aware they been towing cars 24/7 ... the parking lines are really bad, can barely see them.. no way to tell if you parked on a "no parking space"...so be careful. Also manager seems to not care about it.( i brought the issue to him, but towing cars still happening.) ... ......................... . UPDATE JULY 7/2022: Lines were painted again and management took action, finally.

Just the messiest and unorganized gym every. YOu have to hunt for weights to workout and no one walks around enforcing rules. It's trash. I go because it's close and don't want to drive across town. But the staff could care less about a good gym experience. I may give it one more month and I'm out if they don't get better. People will just sit on the equipment and talk on the phone. It's horrible.

This gym is atrocious!! I visited this location for the first time, and I will not be returning. There was no landscaping whatsoever, and the outside looked abandon with the overgrowth on the building and pot holes in the parking lot. Once inside, there was hardly any working AC and I was instantly sweating. No fans above the cardio area doesn't help either. The machines were raggedy rusty, dirty, outdated, and had no fans attached to them. Most machines had no numbers on them so I had no clue what I was lifting half the time. The machines either had unavailable signs taped to them, or marker written on them. Stuffing is busting out of most of the machines also. No Puedo!!!

Pretty solid gym, nice people up front, equipment isn't old, but sometimes the machines break due to people being reckless, but they get repaired eventually. I've been going for a little over 2 years and I really do enjoy it!

Gym is actually pretty good for the price. Only downfall is the parking lot. Its not well lit and that makes it perfect for thieves. My vehicle was broken into as well as many others. I didnt leave any valuables inside and yet...my driver window was smashed. Careful out there!

Lately some kids have been closing the gym, literally 1 hour early they start to play with the microphone, start to play sounds from their phones, and they even disrespect the gym members, such as saying “get your feet’s up and start walking towards the exit, if not you are going to have problems with the boss” in Spanish. Is this professional? If the gym wants to increase the price, please increase it but don’t put these kids to work here. As members we reserve respect, if they want to stay until 10 pm or not, that’s not our job. I get it that they want to go home, but that’s why they agree to work until 10 pm.

I give it 3 stars because I have been going there for many years and the people are very friendly but they should pay more attention to cleanliness! In the last time, in each machine that I use, there are always papers; bottles and also on the floor especially in the women's room!! I know that this is the fault of people who are dirty but for that reason they should be more aware

It would be great if this gym was 24 hrs or at least stayed open later especially on weekends, given the demographic they serve. Also, their calf extension machine has been broken for a while now and no one seems to care. This gym is very unorganized because people DO NOT RE-RACK THEIR WEIGHTS and the staff doesn’t seem to care either.

Well guys this location is going down the hole. So apart from the cars getting broken into super dim parking lights at night. They also will tow your vehicles if parked in the wrong spot what I'm going to publish is that if it gets towed is a real bad moment that you will face the storage facility will charge 260 something bucks minimum to get it out.Space City Towing will not help out much.

Omg!! Definitely going downhill. Equipment is being stolen or lost--the hand straps for the pull-down weights. Leg extension machine was very loose and is in dire need of maintenance, in particular screw-tightening 🪛. Staff getting more lackadaisical. Definitely loosing its luster & appeal.

I feel that the staff should be more organized instead of just walking around re-rack plus i feel the gym should be open more hrs Monday throw Friday at 11 or 12pm and on Fridays at ten 10pm especially cus ppl come late from work

The 4 stars is really because the daycare staff is always friendly and welcoming. The gym isn’t terrible, but a lot of their machines are always broken.

Very upset, I signed up because of the convenience of this location and the hours were opened until 12am. Due to Covid-19 things had to change. Now everything is back to normal except the original hours that I signed up for. I feel like this is a breach of my contract. I get it they get to keep the same amount of money and close early, but what about doing the right thing? I sent emails to cooperate (no reply) and spoke to staff was advised they are unsure if they are returning to regular hours. Very unprofessional and unethical. other gripes bathrooms are always dirty. not enough weights (plates) no one returns anything, weights are being stashed in woman's only section. The good is staff is cool, location is better than appears for being Greenpoint, and people workout and leave and dont just hang around too much.

This is the worst gym I've ever been to in regards to other members re-racking their weights. Dumbbell racks were almost completely empty. Not because they were all being used but because they were strewn all over the club. Even the sauna. Your mother doesn't work here.....put your weights away.

The front staff does not care, they checking out the people but don't clean nor sanitized the countertops. You walk in and it smells terrible. One day I had to tell them look open the doors or I'm calling the cdc 911 these people are smelling this? It was terrible I just walked out. I told the lady turn the ac on and call corporate office. It was 2pm in November 2021. I cancel my membership and my family more than 5 members gone. Machines dirty and no dare to care from staff.

The gym is too crowded, it took forever to check in due to the number of members trying to check-in. All dumbells and equipment were taken due to the excessive amount of people working out. The place is too dirty and smells bad.

Why do they close so early? They also lied about Kids Club being included to the membership 😒. The only time I can work out is at 9:30pm and they close at 10:00pm while other gyms close at 2:00Am or some of them are open 24/7 Not worth it!!

This is still actually a good place but I would like to see Amazon adopt this whole shopping center green's point mall for a overhauling

One of my biggest problems with the gym is the new manager I've never seen the guy.I've also heard rumors that the new manager sniffs the seats. The old manager was way better he was a young handsome fella who would often bring me cookies and sing to me while i worked out. he would also call me his little pog champ when i would complete my sets. Im from Atlantis so these little compliments mean alot to me im a 7 foot sharkgirl whose also streams on YouTube yall should subscribe just saying. I remember one time seeing a group of buff people doing some freaky stuff in the bathroom they were all in animals costumes I've never been there sense. PS FREE THE HOMIE ANDREW TATE

Been going here for the past 8 years gonna hate it when I leave here, awesome gym great people, does get really packed during the evenings though, almost impossible to find a machine at those times

Well I been like 7 years going to the gym and I said pretty much of the time it's been good. Just occasionally some people taking 2 or 3 machines like the owne the gym.

Spoke to a representative in December and cancelled my membership. Agent said it would go into effect January 31st. Today I noticed money was drafted out of my account February 1st and March 1st. After waiting on hold for over an hour agent said they only cancelled my membership, but not my husbands although we signed up together under one profile and payment is taken from the same card. The agent in December never said that had to be done or I would have cancelled that day! Agent today said I wasnt entitled to a refund because I didn't have a confirmation email. When I told her I did indeed have a cancellation email she said not for my husband's account so it didn't matter. Will never use this gym again or refer anyone. Cancellation policy is a joke!

No hot water to shower. First time was early in the morning and the lady said it takes a minute to heat up. 2nd time on the afternoon water has been running for 15 minutes and it’s still cold.

Love this gym! The class instructors are the best and they push you to the limit!

I wouldn’t recommend. Signed up for a 5 day fast. I came in and they claimed the one day pass is $16. Money hungry and called me 15 times to solicit their memberships.

I joined this gym mostly for the daycare but the day I went to check the daycare with my son they told me that the daycare only works from 4pm to 8pm and now I don’t know if I should cancel because the mornings are the only time I can go to the gym but now I don’t have where to leave my son

All the gym equipment is always 98% running. Hardly any equipment down, ever. The guys and the girl who work there are always so lovely. Mondays are usually the busiest so be warned. Other than that, large facility with a lot of equipment. The sauna is fantastic. Good experience overall!! Love the gym and the price! Down 9lbs! 💪🏻
