This is by far the best place my husband and I have ever lived here in Houston! The front office staff are always kind and so attentive! They return calls and emails in a timely manner and actually care about the residents well being. The few maintenance requests we have had were always completed same day. The apartments are beautiful! We love the Viking gas appliances and hard wood floors. The grounds are beautiful and the building is always very clean. The concierge up front are all so nice! They bring up all packages to your door, let your food delivery up and also guests that may come over. We have always felt safe here thanks to the wonderful management and all of the people that work here. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live with an amazing front office than this is it!

I lived here for almost six years and just recently moved after buying a house. There is no other place in the loop I would live. The facility is as safe and secure as they come in Houston. The concierge group makes you feel like family. The staff and management are second to none; I miss seeing them!! Everyone at The Fairmont knew each of my family members by name. It is the best location and is a totally walkable neighborhood. If my family wasn’t growing we would absolutely still be living there!

I Have been a resident at this property for 2 1/2 years now and I must say that it is one of the best apartment buildings i have ever lived in while in Houston. The concierge and maintenance staff are amazing and really attentive, and the leasing office personal are top notch, my leasing agent Dawn handled my lease like a pro and had me keys in hand and moved in in less than 24hrs.

One of the best apartments in midtown, this is about as safe as it gets in Houston, the units are nice and quiet, and very well equipped, the staff here are awesome and helpful. Also huge thanks to Tracy for finding me the right apartment. 1 year update: love this place, everything is well maintained and very clean, everyone that works here clearly cares, maintenance crew in particular are always on point, you fill in a service request and they’ll take care of things the next morning.

Amazing place to live. Office staff and maintenance crew are the best I’ve ever seen! Leigh P is WRONG about security. I was one of the 2 broken into. Staff was here in minutes of being notified. Maintenance had the door fixed within 30 minutes. Building manager went through multiple videos from the many cameras located throughout the building and had footage of burglar to the police within a couple hours. She also did her own research to figure out who it was. We also each have an alarm system in our unit. I neglected to use mine. Sadly not my first break in and I can say I felt VERY taken care of here! Security at the Fairmont is very good and I have NO concerns about living here. Amenities are wonderful, concierge is top notch, and it’s a very pet friendly place to live. If you want a place to call home, this is it!

The Fairmont was a wonderful place to live! It is in a fantastic location, amenities are solid (pool, gym, etc), the apartments were open and spacious, and there is usually a food truck just out front. The management, staff, and concierge were also very helpful and responsive. If I ever needed a repair / work order it was done quickly. I'm sad to move out and would definitely recommend taking a look here.

In looking for the perfect apartment for us, we wanted luxury decor, great amenities, spectacular views and an upscale neighborhood. The Fairmont ticks all those boxes and more. We are exited to move in! The warmth and professionalism of the management was the icing on the cake. Call Lindsay if you're looking for an upscale place to live.

Luxury apartments, always feel safe, wonderful staff, and friendly neighbors. Location is perfect - across from HEB, close to coffee shops, near a park, etc. Tracy Ross was very helpful in the entire process when I was first looking for an apartment. Concierge staff is 10/10 - always so friendly and helpful!

Beautiful place but for starters, the concierge in the front receiving packages is rude af. Can’t Ask where to leave a package cause you’ll get a smart remark and an attitude. Do better picking these kids. Lazy, feet up layed back, not attentive.

There are some things that would make this place not perfect, That aside, this place is amazing. We’ve been here for 2 and a half years and I don’t want to live anywhere else. It’s centrally located, the amenities are awesome, and the staff, especially Dawn and the guys at the concierge desk make this place feel amazing. We lived in both the south and north buildings, both are awesome. The south building has more of a view but the north building is awesome as well. Really recommend living here if you can.

If you’re considering moving to the Montrose area, this is a fantastic apartment. My wife and I absolutely love the quality of the unit and building’s amenities. Customer service is phenomenal as well. Dawn is amazing and helped alleviate a huge amount of stress from our move. When we were looking at units she was there to answer any questions we had and made the process extremely smooth. My wife and I couldn’t be happier!

I am a current resident and have really enjoyed my last year and half at the Fairmont. The buildings are very well cared for by the maintenance team. I have lived in newer properties that weren’t this well maintained. The concierge service is so convenient and efficient. The management team doesn’t try to nickel and dime you for things that big corporate owned properties would. The neighborhood is amazing for walking, so close to restaurants and bars and a quick walk over the bridge south of the park takes you into Boulevard Oaks for some great historical homes. It feels very safe as well with the park next door which always has people with their dogs or children playing.

We (2 of us and our 3-year-old son) lived at the Fairmont for over 2 years. We never expected to move into an apartment again, but our son was very sick and we needed to be near the hospital. Our 2 years at the Fairmont were amazing.. Aman, Ben (concierge) are now our friends. They took great care us and all of the tenants. The office manager Dawn is the best. Down to earth and professional. She took great care of us as well. The apartment was perfect.. well designed and quiet. All the amenities were great, the gym, etc. Zero complaints.. Absolutely the best experience we’ve ever had in an apartment. We’ll miss it very much- especially the people. Thank you.

This is a lovely apartment complex with excellent amenities. The maintenance personnel are overall responsive and repair things quickly. The building is quiet and the neighbors are respectful. Occasionally there are dogs that howl during the day, making it difficult to sleep if you're on nights. And if you need someone to take care of your pets while you're on vacation or working long hours, there's a tenant here who takes care of many residents' pets and she's awesome!! Something to be mindful of is checking out the HPD crime map since this is an area of the city that can have quite a bit of crime. However, the owners and managers of the Fairmont go above and beyond to minimize the risk here!

I lived at FMD for 4 years and three months. There’s a reason I lived here for 4 years! The rent is very reasonable, the location makes getting around the central houston area very easy, there are many walk-able attractions like the park next door, Menil Art Museum, Pit Room BBQ, and Hermann Park. The amenities are always kept in great shape and clean, the pool and grill were always in operation, the staff is very understandable and are accommodating, and the security of the apartment is top notch. If you do not live there, you will find it very difficult to get in / break in. I would recommend to any young person looking for places to live in the area to think about moving here!

I have lived here for 6 years. Great place. Excellent staff. Gym, Pool, and all common areas are very clean. Neighborhood has everything you need -- dog park, HEB, coffee shop, restaurants... 10/10 would recommend.

Tracy and the leasing staff were so friendly and helpful when we leased an apartment with them. They always responded so quickly and answered all our questions. We can't wait for move-in!

Lived here for a year. I lived in an apartment overlooking the pool and it's beautiful. I had no issues with any management and maintenance (Ray) is wonderful (give that man a raise btw). He came to fix one thing and ended up replacing filters and doing things I didn't even think about. They are constructing a high rise right next to it, it's very loud, and I work from home now, but now they can install noise canceling windows. It's expensive, but for the security, location, amenities, and floor plan, it was worth it.

I am leaving the Fairmont after 3 years living here and absolutely loved my time there. The location cannot be beat and the staff is so friendly. They are always quick to respond to service requests and take great care of your package deliveries. Having one smaller pool and one bigger is nice for when you want options. I met some lifelong friends in the building and will miss the community so much.

The apartment and complex and amenities are great. Lindsay and the Fairmont staff were so nice and always helpful with any requests. If you are looking for a great place in a great location in Houston this is it.
