My experience with Wolf Diamonds was amazing. I had almost 0 experience or knowledge regarding diamonds or engagement rings, and Tim essentially helped me turn into a diamond expert by the end of it! Tim did an amazing job catering to different requests and was extremely knowledgeable on the various questions that I had. I've had multiple friends who referred me to go to Wolf, and I'm so glad that they did. The opportunity to get a special ring specifically customized to your liking was perfect, and at no point did I feel like I was being deceived/lied to. Tim focused heavily on getting what my fiancé and I wanted, and his opinions on everything were truly valued. I appreciate everything he did for us, and I wouldn't have gone through this process with anyone else but with Wolf Diamonds!

Working with Tim at Wolf Diamonds was an amazing experience. I did a lot of shopping around prior to going to Wolf Diamonds and their prices are second to none. Wolf Diamonds has a great selection of loose diamonds as well as ready-made rings. Tim was very knowledgeable about the gems and helped to design a beautiful anniversary ring to replace my 40 year old wedding set. I enjoyed the process from start to finish.

After weeks of looking and speaking with other jewelers, it only took one call with Tim to convince me that I would work with Wolf. Although I am in Austin, the process from beginning to end was the best I experienced among everyone I spoke with. Wolf Diamonds is everything you could ask for and more when it comes to engagement rings. I came in with out a real clue what I wanted and what my price range should be. Tim did an absolutely amazing job of walking us through what kind of diamond, shape, and band we were seeking while not trying to pressure a decision. He then sat down with me and found the perfect diamond, had it flown in, and then discussed what setting would be right. From there, we got drawings that perfectly matched what we wanted. The ring came in right on time and looked exactly how I asked for it to be designed. If you need a place to stay within your stated budget, rely on honesty, and only deliver excellent product, then shop here and no where else. You don’t need another store. You can trust these guys.

While all Wolf staff were professional, Tim was the one who helped me find the right loose stone and couple it with exactly what I had in mind when it came time to build the engagement ring. I purchased my ring from out-of-state and communicated exclusively over the phone with Tim. From ideation and design to shipping, I had a great experience with Wolf. Tim always made himself available and had great insights into the different characteristics of each diamond and really helped narrow things down when going through the selection process. Wolf diamonds is a great alternative to some of the bigger, flashier custom jewelry outfits in Houston. It is a smaller, more accessible shop that still boasts a quality selection of both natural and lab grown stones. If they don’t have the exact cut or clarity stone you want at that moment they will find it, quickly! Tim L. did a great job of walking my fiancé and I through each step of the custom ring designing process and thoroughly and patiently answering any of our questions. From the first visit we knew we were in good hands with their team, and the final product spoke for itself. Will def be back for future projects in the near future.

I, like plenty of men, knew nothing about engagement rings or jewelry in general. And getting engaged can be a stressful process. First, you need to find the right person. Then, decide on a good time and location. Finally, get the perfect ring. I was able to manage steps 1 and 2, and Tim knocked step 3 out of the park. Amazing service, great price, and beautiful ring.
