Don’t answer their phones BUT the customer service was on point when I made it in! The lady with the glasses at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. The tech in the back was kind and moved fairly quickly to get me in and out. Overall, I waited an hour for a urinalysis..

There for a multi-part work physical. I was forgotten in the exam room for a good 45 minutes. When I went out to the desk and asked when I would be seen the nurse and doctor looked at the patient board, then each other, and then I was seen. Ended up being there for 3 hours.

Dr Brock was very attentive and explained the process and x-rays thoroughly. I appreciate it when a medical professional is clear in explanations. She was friendly but I would prefer the volume in her voice at a level 3. She is very energetic and I appreciated the expedient flow with my schedule.

This location at Greens Road has an awesome physical therapy team. My therapist didn’t just give me exercises to do, she educated me. She gave me tools that I can use daily to ensure I stay safe while working and performing daily life activities!

The staff were extremely helpful and their helpfulness enabled me to complete my physical without any problems. The entire staff deserves a pat on the back!!

The facility was clean for starters. I arrived a few minutes early that my appointment and the staff got me signed in. They were very nice including the Doctor. I recommend this facility for all of your Urgent Care needs .

This office was clean, professional and the staff was friendly. The drug screening process was very thorough but not time consuming at all. My wait time in the lobby was minimal and I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. Thank you!

Although the location was far from my home and slightly difficult to find, once I arrived Security was visible and upon entering facility I was greeted by staff immediately in spite of the high volume of people there for services. My only complaint was the restroom in the waiting room had no soap or paper towels and was unkept. Otherwise the staff were great, professional and prompt!! Hats off to the team 😊🤗

This place is a joke If you trying to get your DOT physical here don't this Dr is JOKE. IT A MONEY scheme. I've been getting healthier every time I get here and still won't pass me. I've been driving a truck for 18 years no problems like i said I would not even give one star for this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I would give 0 stars If I could. Arriving the receptionist was at least 10 minutes on the phone while cracking jokes. Inside after the nurse left I had to wait another 40 minutes before the doctor walk in. I had all the symptoms of flu or covid, had been feeling terrible for the past 3 days. Inside they tell me that they don't do covid tests. The only word that the doctor would say is "anything else?" And after all that wasted time they didn't even prescribe any medication for this unwellness than I'm feeling, I got nothing from there! They said they gonna send the charge to the insurance but anything else I might receive a mail so they're likely to charge me later too. I'm never coming back to this place. This was a ridiculous waste of time! Update almost 4 weeks later: LOOK AT THIS! THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A PROPER MEDICINE, SENT ME TO A PHARMACY OR VACINATION, NOT EVEN A DIAGNOSTIC OR ANY USEFUL COMMENTARY, THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAD COVID TEST WHEN I HAD COVID AND EVEN WITH WORK INSURANCE THEY BILLING ME 230$??! THIS PLACE IS SCUM

I’ve been a traveling Rn for the past two years, my agency sends me to concentra for physicals, lab work and drug testing prior to each assignment. I always have a pleasant experience; the staff is extremely friendly and professional. I have no complaints and would recommend them to friends and family.

10/10 service. Went in for a mask fitting test. Cannot complain about the wait. Quick. Clean office. Friendly front desk. The tech that took care of me was extremely nice and thorough and explained everything to be before each test, which I appreciate. I don’t remember his name to put into the review. But he was great. I highly recommend this place. And the mask fitting is cheaper here than at other Concentras ! Thank you Concentra.

The reason I visit urgent care is so I don't have to deal with the wait times and poor service at the hospital. However a short visit here can easily take 2 hours. 30 minutes wait to be seen, a 10 minute flu test that takes 30 minutes, and then another 10minute covid test that took another 40minutes. And waiting to see the doctor for almost an hour.

Very well organized. Everyone was polite and timely. No one in the waiting room seemed upset and the process was seamless. From the staff to the doctor, everyone cared about me each step of the way

My check-in went very smooth because everything I needed to fill out was texted to me which made it a lot easier. The wait time was minimal and I would say the whole experience was only 30 minutes which was a major plus.

Doors opened I was the first one to the back! The nurse was extremely nice! She got me finished with the whole DOT exam in 30 min! If you have ever been to a concentra they are busy! This location was amazing!

I went in for an employment UA. The set up was fast, easy and the receptionist had a great sense of humor! I was in and out in like 15 minutes too. The young lady who took my UA was also very polite and courteous… it was a very nice feel despite, well going to give a UA… but if you have to this place was nice and clean, fast and professional

The facility was conveniently located to where I live, the staff was somewhat friendly and the wait wasn't long. My MAJOR concern was there were many people without mask, apparently sick and alot of them coughing. Most not attempting to cover their mouth. Covid is not gone, we're still in a pandemic and it's flu season. I don't want to pick out a new disease while trying to take a simple test.

It took me three hours to get a physical. I arrived early before they open was one of the first people. I sat in a office for a whole hour plus just for a doctor to come check me for five minutes! Literally five minutes.

I've called about 5 times and have either Not reached anyone or have been hung up on after being transferred. I need information yall aren't providing me. I'm trying to work. This is taking weeks for test results that should take 24 to 48 hours.

This was my first time visiting Concentra and it was a great experience. Waiting time’s weren’t long at all max 15min. Once I got to the back I was in and out in no time at all. The staff were very helpful and kind.

I signed in at 10am. Didn’t get called to the back for 3 hours. I went up around the 2nd hour and they misplaced my folder and told me I was behind one more person. They called 2 people who were sitting for an hour back before I was called back there. Good staff but they are way under staffed over there. I hate going to this concentra but it’s the closest one to my work. I do like the paperwork was filled out via phone messages. That was about the only positive.

I think my experience would have been a lot better if their communication was a lot better I arrived at 10:10 a.m. and I checked in they gave me the link they sent me a text message I fell out the demographics and then they sent an email to the employer at about 11:45 stating that I wasn't there I have been sitting there since 10:00 am. The only positive thing that came out of that was I had called my employer at 11:00 and then let them know that this place was packed and that I was sitting here and I've been sitting here for almost an hour. Outside of that I would have had to come back and do a drug screen again at a different date because their communication system stated that I wasn't there. So I do believe that they start working better on their communications it would be a lot better pleasant place to go but as far as anything else that would be my last place to visit for any urgent medical care.

OMG! This Clinic was amazing! Let me start by saying that the staff was amazing from beginning to the end. When I walked in the clinic, it was a bit busy but the two ladies up front greeted me with such a smile, they were engaging and respectful which I have to be honest and say, I was so surprised because that's not always the case. Then my name was called and I went into the back and had another awesome nurse. Best visit in a very long time! Thank you ladies up front and staff
