Do not go here, I arrived at 9:30 am because I suspected I had strep throat and was in severe pain and also didn’t get any sleep, the workers a nice but when I first arrived they told me 2 hours and I was okay with that but then I started to see people who checked in later than me being seen first. It is currently 2:02 pm and I have still not seen a doctor. My advice is pay a little extra and go somewhere else because it’s not worth a 5 hour wait. I sincerely wished I had. Why accept walk ins when you know you can’t accommodate for it Update!!!: today is 4-16 the next day, I woke up in severe pain and decided to give this clinic another chance but first I called and explained my frustration with yesterday’s care, they told me to come in again no pay and I did. Today was significantly better, the wait was only about 1 1/2 hours which is understandable but everyone was much nicer and the doctor I had today was better. She actually listened to my concerns and gave many solutions for me to try . Complete 180 I will be going here in the future and only asking to see her and make sure you come first thing in the morning or call to see how busy they are

i have been coming here since 2years .. i have anxiety and i often come to pyschiatrist dr. amina abdullah ! recently , she prescribed me my regular medicine and the scribe mr.ali i assume was suppose to send it to my nearby pharmacy ! its been 4days now and they did not send anything to the pharmacy .. i have called multiple times and the staff is not even bothering to call back .. the reception staff is great but the scribe is horrible ! do they even understand how badly anxiety patient need their medicine ? its been 4days and i am really in a bad health out here .. i wish they understood how sensitive some patients are ! i am not contacting this clinic anymore and i wont recommend this clinic to anyone as well This is really sad .. there is something called responsibillity

The first and last time that I visit this clinic, let me tell you about my bad experience. I went to that clinic with my mother-in-law. Esperanza Hurtado, She was really sick with a cough and flu that almost gave her pneumonia to begin with. We waited more than 5 hours, but that's the least of it. Dr. Phatel was the one who took care of her, she recommended x-rays, and some medicines Doctor Pathel sent to the HEB pharmacy for the medicines, a week passed and nothing happened, second week and nothing happened , I called more than six times, I talked to Miss Sophia, also with the assistant manager, according to what they passed on to Dr. Pathel and her answers were that she had many prescriptions to fill, and I think that was not my problem. My mother-in-law was cured with over-the-counter medicine from the pharmacy. She stayed at home waiting for the medicine. No one ever called her. We went to the pharmacy five times and there was nothing until Today, July 15, I decided to go to the clinic to ask for the prescriptions on paper. If something more serious had happened to my mother-in-law, Dr. Pathel would have been responsible because they couldn't play with people's health. My mother-in-law is over 70 years old, that's why think before to arrive at that clinic with elderly people... I will give them a star for the worst service and irresponsible they are.

Worse place I ever seen If I could put -1star Would be their rate . This clinic is dirty, they’re Racist , unprofessional with Bad Management . lack of knowledge in the medical field their is absolutely no community empathy they only want $ They charge your credit card 5 to more times in one visit my credit card got locked because too many charges They make it obvious they only care for the money . Specialists are rude and disrespectful Not worth to wait 2-3 hours for them to talk about no sense in your visit Gynecologist lady rude she rushes the conversation with you. Don’t waste your time in this place

Took my dad here to get some blood work and x-rays. After spending 3 hours and spending $320 we were out of there with an additional $82 in prescriptions for a total of $402 spent. Fast forward to two days later and his lab results are in but we have to pay another $15 to talk to the doctor about the results that we already paid for. And on top of that, they weren't happy with x-rays so they want us to pay another $40 to retake the x-rays that they didn't do right the first time. My dad says he comes here a lot but this is the last time I will be bringing him here. We will find a clinic that actually cares about their patients and doesn't nickel and dime people that already can't afford these services.

Isn’t it weird how almost every review is negative? And you want me to share my information to contact me? For what!?? That clearly is not making a difference for your business and numerous people have similar experiences to mine. So again what good does it do to contact me if you are not implementing changes to improve the experiences for future visitors. TERRIBLE CLINIC!! If you are thinking about going here please read this before going, it’ll save you your time and money. If I could leave zero stars I would. If you need any kind of medical or dentist services, I would HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else. I tried contacting them for over two weeks for just a simple medical appointment and every single time I called I received wrong information, a voicemail that said “we’re closed” even though I knew they were open, or they put me on hold and NEVER connected me with someone. Their phone staff is just terrible and completely unhelpful. And they have the audacity to say they “care about the patients” they care more about their paycheck than providing quality service.

Please DO NOT Go here. I scheduled an appointment with the psychiatrist and I was never told that the appointment was over the phone. Then, Dr. Abdulla kept me waiting for almost one hour. I called the office twice to express my frustrations but it was speaking to the wall. During the 17 minute session, Dr. Abdulla had no empathy for my symptoms and it was definitely hard to understand. In fact, I was even able to express all my symptoms. Don’t waist your money and time. They are not there to help you, just take your money.

They supposed to send my prescription to my pharmacy on Tuesday August 9 but the didn’t. I called the next day 2 times and every time the apologized and said wi will send it right the way but they didn’t. Today is Thursday I called them twice and they sent only one of the two medications that I need. ONLY ONE AND I SUPPOSE TO GET TWO DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS. Some one is not doing his job. How you can be so unprofessional. How can I be waiting for 3 days so you can do your job right. Why i have to be begging you for may medication. Now tomorrow Friday I don’t have enough time to go to the clinic to keep begging you to give me my prescription because I work. You are so incompetent.

I would not EVER recommend going to this Clinic to anybody these people are not professional and it comes off as if they do NOT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND what they're doing!!!! I had the most horrible experience of visiting this clinic. The staff at this Clinic is not professional. I had a situation that was extremely painful and they gave me little to nothing to assist me in the situation. Basically they sent me home with something that was completely unnecessary and I did not need it at all. While I was speaking to one of the doctors in the facility who basically told me to come back in 30 days. Knowing that if I came back in 30 days they were recharge me for the exact same thing. I had no knowledge of this. I went back to the facility after I had spoke to them over the phone. No one mentioned anything about paying them basically they said to me it would be a follow-up. As I stood in the lobby at the window basically begging for help, because they said it was a follow up appointment. So I didn't bring any form. payment. They refuse to see me without paying, AFTER THEY SAID FOLLOW-UP!!! Over the phone they never said, since it's be over 30 days I would be charged again for the very same thing that I came the first time. This facility is not professional. They are unorganized. They morally come off as if they don't care about their level of care that they offer to their patients. However the main issue that I was dealing with was never resolved. In fact the doctor was sitting in my room looking on Google for answers to assist her with what was going on with my body . Which clearly the states to me that she did not know what she was doing and could not handle the level of care that which I needed. I asked if she'd seen this before and how she handled it. She brushed it off as though it was minor. Instead of admitting at that time she didn't know how to treat me. Better sending me further, instead she just gave me something that was not needed just to say she saw a patient. So I ended up having to go to an urgent care. After going to the Urgent Care the issue that had should have been resolved or discussed more in detail when I went to this clinic. WAS SERIOUS!!! Now I'm dealing with the issue that is going to need further extensive care. This Clinic is not somewhere I will ever offer to anyone and ever go back again they are HORRIBLE and all they care about is getting their $49 to say they seen you!! EVEN SEEING PEOPLE IS POOR QUALITY!! NO WARM GREETKNGS JUST STANDARD AND IN A RUSH!! (A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE)

Do not come here. The minute you walk in, staff is extremely rude and make it unpleasant to even wait for your turn to be called. This is a professional field, therefore you expect staff to behave PROFESSIONAL. The front lady was very demanding and rude to both me and my husband. You can tell there is a lot of bias in this establishment. We are paying money to receive good service. I do not understand why their behavior was the way it was. You all need to hire new staff or get ready for your business to fail because nobody should put up with disrespectful behavior when we are seeking your help and services and paying to receive them in an emergency.

I went to the clinic because my filling came off. They took some X-rays and the doctor examined my tooth and he also performed Cold Test in order to determine if I need a Root Canal. After that the doctor suggest me to have a crown to protect my tooth. Which cost $700 .So I decided to go with his professional advice. After two days I went for pre-crown and paid half,during the process some new doctor jumped in saying No he needs to have root canal before crown. Which will cost me $700 more. So I ask her why did the first doctor didn’t tell me about that? She said I don’t know who is he maybe he doesn’t know about the procedure. I was so confused that I decided to leave. When I was leaving, the billing lady asked me what happened I told her the whole story. She went to look in the situation and came back and told me that the doctor was not experienced who checked me at first. I Was Shocked and thinking why did they allowed him to see patients? Are you guys doing experiments on people ?

The clinic on Galveston Rd was ok the NP Dr.Webster was very kind and helpful she was the best. On the other hand the employees? It’s ridiculous how I call for an appointment or to ask a question and I get transferred three different times to somebody new, then I’m told to call this clinic Wilcrest for a specialist appointment but I call and I’m on hold for more than 30 mins so I call again on a different time still no answer it’s very unprofessional. Do better there’s people who actually need to be seen by somebody for an emergency.

Service had declined, most of the staff that answers phone are rude and do not speak English well. I called in for a prescription refill and I was told that I need to come in to see a doctor so I did. The doctor never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. When I called to ask about it, I was hung up on twice. I'm currently searching for a new provider

If I could, I’d give negative stars since that’s what they deserve. I called at 9am, when they open to find out if I can get an X-ray done here. They have an X-ray machine and said about the technician; “we don’t have any update when they’ll come in.” I called at 10:30 and asked again, he came in. When I went in at 11, they said it’s an hour wait. I waited from 11 to 5 where they said the technician left at 12 but I should be grateful that a uncertified person did the X-ray and an unqualified person read it for me where they “think” the X-ray looks good. Save your time, money & sanity. You’re already troubled enough seeing that you’re waiting to get an X-ray. as a valued patient, you shouldn’t have to go through something like this.

I went in for a full yearly check up and they gave me a package. I told the doctor all of my concerns and she executed every single one. Cleaned my ears, pap smear, monogram, blood test, piss test, ordered me some medicine. Every one answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. Lady's from the front desk were really nice too. Not too expensive pretty economic compared to other places. They did take a while maybe a couple hrs but it was worth it. They took their time with me. I am very happy with the treatment and experience. Thank you!

This place is terrible, they’re no longer a foundation cause they’re all about making money, they make you pay for everything. I had physicals done and needed my physical form, they made me pay $39 to get that form. They made an excuse that i needed to see a doctor to get that form but the doctor didn’t do anything and i had to argue with them to give me the form, the doctor had no idea about a physical form and refused to sign my work physical attestation. Terrible place!!!!!!!! It is better to get insurance than come here cause it won’t be worth it in the long run

I needed an X-ray. I had a provider order from the Shepherd clinic. I made an appointment on the phone. The waiting area was comfortable. When it was my turn, I was in and out quickly. The Technician was very professional with a great bedside manner.

$50 to be seen. 1 hour wait time to be seen. 1 hour wait time after being seen to be relieved. Leave with no medicine prescription. They want to charge you for blood work to check your sugar levels and over all health. They want your money but don’t want to treat you with medication. I went in for a sore throat. Doctor asked me if I smoked weed I said no and she said come on everybody smokes weed these days. I know I’m Mexican and she’s a Pakistan but I’m not a drug user. She then told me I have to take over the counter medication for relief after I told her I’d been suffering of a sore throat for over 5 days. Then I waited an hour to be tested for strep throat. Then I waited 30 minutes for the results. I was negative. But this is not the first time this place has treated me this way

When I arrived at this location there was no one in the lobby but me and my daughter. I had to wait over an hour just to get a vaccine for my daughter. The receptionist was constantly on the phone the entire time. She had two other receptionist with her just chatting it up not helping her at all. If I could give this place a zero or negative star I would. If you plan on getting one or two vaccines for your child and don’t mind waiting for almost 2 hrs then this is the place for you.

FOR FUTURE POSSIBLE PATIENTS: BEWARE OF ANDREA. Nice staff, very courteous. However, we had an issue with a woman from the staff. I took my mom here to get an Immigration physical. This was her second visit. The first visit was nice and quick. Today we arrived at 9:30 am and left at almost 4:00 pm. We could have been out so much earlier if it wasn't for the person in charge of the Immigration physical patients. Her name was Andrea. While my mom waited (2hrs 1/2) she noticed Andrea just walking around with nothing much to do. She didn't know then she was the person she was supposed to see. Anyways a nice gentleman noticed my frustrated mom (he could have been the manager) and if he wasn't for him my mom would have waited even more because after that Andrea came right away to get my mom. She asked my mom and I some questions and told us to come back in 1 hr or less and the paperwork would be done. It was 1:30 pm when we left and came back before 2:30. We waited a little and we signed some documents. She told us she only needed to make copies of the form and we were all set. By then it was 2:40 or so. She walked away and dissappear for some time, came back, got some other patients and did other stuff. At 3:05 or so I asked her how much time she needed sp i could make the necessary arrangements to pick up my son from school to which she said only 10 more min and that she will rush for me. LIES!!!! 10 Min passed and she took some patients to the back clinic to get their physical. She came back 20 min later and enter through another door, straight to the copy machine to make our copies. She was done in 2 min and we ended up leaving at 3:45 or so. If she would have called my mom early when she was just walking around playing dumb we could have gotten out so much earlier but what pissed me off the most is that she could have made the copies right after we signed the papers and would have finished a couple of minutes after. But no she made us wait all that time. I don't know what her problem was but she enjoyed it I could tell. She enjoyed being in control and making us wait. I am not going back to this location. because of her I couldn't pick up my son from school and he missed his tae kwon do class. Thanks for that Andrea. The only thing positive from this visit was that the paperwork was done the same day.

They are scammers, they only steal your money, they don't even explain things well, I just called to ask about the results of my ultrasound and a very rude Indian helped me, he didn't even want to pass me on to someone else, but they take the money well.

These people are liars! Low cost? They made me get all these tests, then require blood work all the time(to charge more money) they don’t want to refill my prescription not even for a month! I have to keep calling and going to their office for a whole month and they still haven’t refill my prescription, they keep lying saying “we’ll send it to the pharmacy in one hour” “no need to call us back” it’s been 4 days again after 3 weeks and nothing. My problem has no cure, I hate having to call for this, I shouldn’t be dealing with them not giving me my prescription. I went to their clinic because I can’t have the luxury of seeing more specialist. I’m so tired and I can’t keep suffering from an excruciating pain that can only be less painful if I take the medication I’m asking, I already tried everything they told me to! Nothing works! Why is so hard to get my medication? Why should I be explaining the whole staff what I’m suffering from? This clinic has doctors that act like they care about you, but they only want you to go back so that they can keep charging a lot on money. Not everyone has health insurance! Not everyone can pay specialists every month, not everyone feels like going to 10-20 different explaining everything already when they already have all your health information in there, why should I call every day and explain why I’m suffering? what the specialist told me was to keep taking that medication and take pain killers, pain killers won’t fix the whole problem! Why it’s so hard to get my prescription? Probably in this clinic the doctors enjoy seeing their patients in pain and doing nothing about as long as they are changing for every visit, every test “they want to make” going to this clinic is betting for your health knowing no one cares about you. You just another way to mane more money. I thought this clinic was actually good, the things they have on their walls saying they care, you are important for them it’s just another lie like many other doctors in this country. It’s so sad knowing doctors only became that to get rich, but never to help people. No one wants to spend a lot of money on seeing many doctors and specialists and clinic visit fees. If we go to a low cost clinic it’s because we can’t afford to go to a normal one, so don’t just get our money like the rest, help us! You only need to treat us ok. People will keep coming if they get the help they actually need. Otherwise you’ll only get the money a few times. I’m so disappointed of these clinics, I thought there was a good place where doctors actually care about you and actually wanted do what they were prepared for. I never expected this to be the place where you just loose your money and then have to keep going to other clinics hoping someone will help you with your health problems.

Very disappointed with this clinic. The staff is unprofessional. They refused to assist me with no reason. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone. Yes it looks cheap but if you go to another place even if the price is little bit higher, you will be satisfied. Very bad service. This clinic is just a business to make money. I won't come back again, never.

This is a very thorough and detailed facility. My big thumbs up 👍 goes to Andrea. She is patient and diligent. I love her personality and how she pays attention to her job. she creates ease and she is relatable. Thank you Andrea for taking care of us! This is a well detailed Clinic. Fast service. Very Clean. All staffs are so nice and accommodating. I will be coming back for future medical needs. Thanks to everyone, most especially Andrea. I’ve been going here for years and I think it’s a great clinic but the doctor needs to be more mindful about patient privacy and not ask private questions in the waiting room/public.

Once again Dr. Roopani and the staff exceeded my expectations. Words can not express my gratitude. Where else can you get this type of Service at these price$.

I visited this place for my flu symptoms Front lady whos sitting there and write ur name 1st , dont know why shes there? She s kinda rude. I dont like the doctor who treated me. She was not listening to me from begining to end her focus was test test test test. I told her i ll go other place for test but she wanted me to do all tests there. If u wanna pay the money , we can go anywhere else where we can get better and satisfactory treatment. Very unprofessional. Its all about Money money money money only Beaware of this place

This clinic is simply amazing! It is clean, every person who works there is professional and friendly, it is affordable, and I get exactly the services that I need. I have been going to the clinic for over four months, and have always been greeted so wonderfully from their receptionists in the mental health clinic. Mind you, sometimes it’s a little daunting to check into a mental health clinic! However, the two receptionists are so friendly and put you at ease immediately. I appreciate their professionalism as well as their genuine helpfulness. I have been seeing Dr. Neelam, hypnotherapist, and have found it to be transformative in my life. From having severe depression and anxiety, to feeling like I can function in a healthy way in my life, that’s a huge change. I so appreciate this clinic and what it offers to every person that walks through its doors!

I only reason I am giving a 1 to them is because of the amount of times they put me on hold for a very long time, and not come back on the phone to give you an update. They are always busy but not so busy to a point that you cannot give your attention to the patient on the phone. The receptionist at the medical center does not have the decency to even apologise. Ive called them 6 times and all those times I was put on hold. Really bad bad service

The lady in the front ( who should not ve called lady ) SHAMSHA is very rude and believes in treating people like dirt , I was not looking for free service and can pay whatever is the price so dont treat me like you are superior to me This place lacks good doctors and front reception Shamsha is busy talking to Shoaib and ignore paying customers

Explain to me why my sibling and I waited 5 hours to just get a blood draw, something that shouldn't take more than 20 minutes. The hospital is the definition of umprofressional, sluggish, and overall a horrible experience. We waited for an hour to get checked in because they forgot to sign us in, and extra 1.5 hour for a them to just filp some document and transfer info to the computer, got moved to the waiting area and waited an extra 2.5 hours to actual do the blood draw after badgering them constantly. Some customers that came after us left before us. This clinic is bad. DO NOT COME HERE even if it's your last option.

This clinic was very nice. Especially Aadeel Khawaja and Shamsa Jiwali who really helped me out with everything at the clinic. They made my visit very comfortable and they were so helpful!
