    Can't go in with my girlfriend for her appointment and then the lady at the door was rude. How do you question someone why they are there. Hippa laws are real. So I have been outside in my car waiting for 2 hours going on 3. This is crazy me and my girlfriend first child and I couldn't go in with her. Not coming back to this place at all.

    I had appointment for my son. 3 months old. They don’t let both parents let in to the clinic. Ok I understand protocol. But front desk lady was super rude. She doesn’t have manners to talk.

    I loved my visits at the Montrose location. However I moved and switched to this one. I saw the doctor pretty quickly but she even seemed like she was in a rush to get me outta there. Don’t get me started on waiting to get labs done. I had to wait for over an hour and a half in a crowded waiting room. Idk if they’re understaffed or what but maybe they should cut down on booking so many people at one time for labs. I’ll gladly go back to Montrose location before I cone back here.

    Be aware, that for for any type of pre natal care and tests, ONLY the patient is allowed in the building as 09/10/22. The waiting area is outside the building, and there are only 8 chairs. Need to use the restroom? Your not allowed in the building. Too bad. I Recommend to get your pregnancy test done and RUN from this place.

    If i could give 0 stars, I would. Firstly we were told to come at 5:30 am for a shot and that the nurse will usually be here at that time. My aged dad and I were here at that time, but this place was still closed. Other people were in line too and we had to stand outside for almost 3 hours, with bugs biting us. Some kids were standing too! I felt so bad for them. So tell me why when it finally opened, we were still standing outside? Why can’t they make us stay inside the clinic while they give out numbers or verify info? This is absolutely ridiculous and the managers of this place needs to do something about it. It is not even safe for people to be standing out there that early, I mean 5:30 am! Really? Needless to say, I won’t come bk here

    My money was stolen from your hospital. I was there with my son who was sick. I had $200 in my wallet in the morning when I left my apartment with my son. once in legacy, we waited more than an hour for the doctor to see us and during all this time I did not once leave my handbag in which I had all my belongings and my money. Once in the room with the doctor, after the consultation, the doctor let me know that she would need a pee sample for testing. What we did my son and I. I asked the doctor if I could leave my bag to go to the toilet with my son. She replied that there was no problem. so I left everything in the room to go to the bathroom with my son. In short, once at home, there was no more money. I haven't been anywhere except legacy. that was all i had. you had no pity for a pregnant woman and her two children. I was at legacy to explain the situation but no one cared about me and my children. that's really mean of you. I leave it to God.

    Definitely do not waste your time unless you speak Spanish because there is a clear divide in how you are treated. They clearly cater more to Spanish speakers and will take their word over anyone else’s. Got there at 5:30 and waited OUTSIDE sitting on the ground with about 10 others only for 10 more people to casually walk up at 6:45 and jump in front of everyone in line. I tried to explain this to those who came and everyone pretending to not understand me, even the security guard! When the workers came out there were only 10 people taken to receive vaccines and one woman who pretended to not understand as well even though she spoke perfectly good English claimed that you can basically have a friend or stranger hold 10 SPOTS for adults taking them from others who were also waiting outside with their children. From the security guard to the skippers not one person acknowledge me at all. Only one young woman seemed to even care about the unfairness of myself and others being skipped. No order. No organization and clearly no honor system when it comes to having a spot in line. I’ve seen people complain about the same thing in these reviews and at this point it cannot be that hard to simply print out a sign in sheet that clearly states who got there and when.

    I was told they do not accept adults at this location but at the Montrose location parents with kids are swarming in. There has to be a better way to triage care at these facilities. The person who told me this has no sense of customer service or patient care.

    Sunday Morning I made a walk in appointment for my 1 year old he woke up up that morning with really bad cough they attended me right away but the doc didn’t prescribed me any medicine, he said it would go away on its own I asked him a few questions and he didn’t know what to answer me he said he didn’t know what to tell me since I didn’t gave medicine to my 1 year old that Sunday night my baby woke up with really bad fever and couldn’t breathe good enough so he went to the er and they did have him medicine and he is feeling better now. For that reason I am no longer a patient for Legacy and poor babies who get checked with that doctor probably telling them that is not nothing and not prescribing any medicine.

    I came here on the 10/19/2022 at 4:15pm, and my Appointment is 4:20pm and I called them already that I’m running late, and I got there exactly 4:15pm, and the queue was free no one is there at check-in, all those staffs at the checking-in are quack ’YES’ they are just there gossiping and laughing for almost 20 minutes no one attend to me, without doing nothing, and that is not there first time doing that, they have to renew their brains instead of renewing their facility, after wasting my time they are now told that doctor don’t wanna see me, I have to reschedule my appointment, is that not stupid? Driving almost 40 minutes to get there, those staff that are there on the 10/19/2022 at 4:15pm to 4 :40pm they are all incompetent, if they are tired of their job, they can resigned, instead of wasting members time.

    Actually I always have a appointment for my Daughter when we arrived here at the clinic I have to translate for my wife check them in at registration but the registration employees are have a very bad attitude here in this site thy was saying that only one person allowed with a Patient which I know that for sure I was asking question that which section thy should go and she was keep saying only one of you should go inside very rude I am trying to transfer my baby’s documents some where else i never recommend any one to visit this place.

    They just literally refused to take my child bc I was there with my wife, and two girls literally came in and took one of us out and as soon I wanted to speak to a manager they nurse told me to waited outside just bc I asked that question. Never happen to me before and today is a whole problem with this people.

    Would have given this a 0 if I could. The first time I called to make an appointment the lady on the phone said I don't need an appt I can just walk in for vaccine, so I came in the next day and they said they couldn't take me because I didn't make an appointment. I told them what I was told on the phone, and they just said the girl on the phone doesn't work there anymore. I made an appointment and came in for my meningitis vaccine and they said I can't take it because I already took two doses. The doses I had taken were 7 years ago and for my regular immunization. the MCV4 vaccine is allowed to be taken every 3 years for traveling and every 5 years for doctors. But they insisted that I couldn't take it even though I had told them about my traveling and the immunization requirements. I think the staff and the nurse are incompetent and do not understand what is going on. I went to a Walgreens and they had no problem in giving me the vaccine nor did any other clinic that I called, it was just Legacy doing a disservice.

    I have had my prenatal control at this clinic and I must say that personally it has been a good experience, my medical assistants are very kind, they are always available to ask how you feel and know if you have any concerns, Dr. Monthy is also very friendly, explains everything you need to know, I am very grateful since my pregnancy has been high risk, they always call to know how I have felt with any symptom that I have told them, I really recommend it. It is a clinic with a lot of people flow so it is normal that they take a while to attend you, just be patient.

    This place is not good if you wanna check on your baby or have ultrasounds , I was told I couldn’t have my first ultrasound till 11 weeks because I’m still small , didn’t even get to hear my baby heart beat but every other places I know of let you get one earlier on , which is crazy because I had an transvaginal ultrasound at 7 weeks and 6 days at the ER. I’m disappointed and felt like they were rushing me out because they have too many people there so not a good experience . I mention that I have Hypermesis Gravidum and they still didn’t really seem to care or help me out . Still upset my midwife here couldn’t even let me atleast get to hear my baby heart beat . IM TEN WEEKS !!!! I should have been able too . I will be changing doctors and location and making a more complaint about this place . I am a first time mom and they made me not excited anymore just took the fun out of it . Didn’t even tell me if my baby is good or Ok how was I post to know , wasn’t fair , I cried the whole day about it . By the way my midwife name is Stork CNM , Meghan .

    I have brought my friend here for her prenatal appointments 3 times. Twice they have had her wait for two hours or more for her appointment. Others who were here after her have been called back and seen by the doctor. Appears to be a very poor system.

    WORST clinic to go for your pregnancy check ups! They don’t know how to fill the right paper work for you to be approved for the CHIP & the process took longer than a month for me to not be approved! I had to go to UTMB & they asked for all the documents that legacy did not asked ! I was approved with UTMB in less than 2 weeks! I only went to UTMB once because it was more than 30 mins away from my home so once I goth my CHIP I had to start going to legacy since it’s 5 mins from my home. The people at the front desks including the pharmacy be just playing around jiggling, acting dumb & slow, leaving people on line for longer than 15 minutes instead of doing their job! The city needs to shut down this place ! At first I was only seen one MD afterwards they kept changing me however they please! Then it’s hard for pregnant women to change clinics when they are more than 30 weeks You can have an appointment at 4pm but they’ll make you wait more than an hour!! Many pregnant women were upset ! Don’t go there if you are pregnant! I can’t wait to give birth & switch clinic!!!

    I wish i can give anything less than one star. Second time coming for my appointment spent 30mins on the line and being told my appointment was canceled. At first I was called to cancel, then it changed to i called to cancel, third the doctor is no longer in the location the last was that the nurse said they spoke to me about it. What type of lies are all this? Then the supervisor is telling me they are trying to accommodate me on another date. Do you guys even think of how people leave everything to meet up appointments? Do you think of how the patients have been feeling prior to that appointment but no, what do i know. If I had come late for the appointment you won't answer but you can sound as if there is nothing wrong canceling me appointment without prior notice and giving attitude like they don't care.

    The 5 stars are only for Dr Rivera ! She is the sweetest doctor my child has ever had she explains everything you are concerned about,she gives you options to make your child’s health even better, she is so professional you can tell she loves what she does! I hope this clinic realizes how professional and valuable she is !!

    I had an appointment today and was late to my appointment because of parking. So many people in their cars waiting when they have no appointments. If it wasn’t for parking I would have been on time to my appointment. Unfortunately it took me almost 20 mins to find a spot. And once I tried checking in she said the doctor will no longer see me and now I have to wait another 2 months just for a check up ? People should be advised whether Or not there is a grace period for after your appointment time….

    If can give a 0 to customer service front desk and also supervisor because is just the same how do get this people?? But this is a supervisor fault and incompetent in his job why? Because this is a clinic not a To go restaurants or your house that you can treat as you wish..every year they ask you to fill a new form for updates which you has to get in in to your file , but you ask a simple task to get this important document to a nurse of your doctor but there she is from desk fill all wrong with my last tree years # . But this person is just getting upset because telling her to fill it right but she is so sad to the World for a simple task that is her job Wich she got paid ..she just thereto get her paid don't care about her responsibility and when I told her about not only the supervisor "" bla bla if I keep coming to this clinic IS BECAUSE MY DOCTOR FOR MY CHILD IS AMAZING!

    My experience here was terrible and I’m glad I don’t have to return. They put me in one line to check in for maternity/ultrasound then after standing in that line for almost 20 minutes a lady announced she was opening a new line for maternity/ultrasound but she only said it in Spanish. If it weren’t for me asking what she said I would’ve never known to go to the new designated line. Then once checked in and made it to my appt the tech made it clear we couldn’t record but she would give us pictures, okay cool, at the end of the ultrasound she gave us ONE picture of my sons foot. Who does that? This clinic is disgusting and discriminatory

    About vaccines I had the same issue😞 Worst clinic EVER! using my last 1% battery to write this review. No organization for walk in vaccines. Came here at 6:55 AM and it’s currently 1:30PM, and i have not received even 1 of the 2 vaccines needed. Some people get here at 4-5 AM and have to wait all day to be treated. Also, this morning, people were arguing about who got to go in first for vaccines, because of how uncoordinated the process is. They had to pull up the cameras to determine the order in which people would get their vaccines. Never coming back here EVER!

    Regarding the patient or whatever that person is “Nancy”. She is straight up lying, I was close to next in line, that lady made a big deal over a simple mistake. Yes the receptionist lady messed up WHICH SHE APOLOGIZED. I understand it was an important document that person had to drop off, but in no way was the receptionist rude to this woman complaining. The supervisor stepped in because the patient decided to raise her voice. This is unbelievable that this lady lied on that young lady’s name. We don’t know what other people go through, the clinic was already busy, but we didn’t need this hold up from this person. I hope that front desk lady doesn’t get in trouble from straight up LIES from other people. I give this girl 5 stars she was quick with me but nice.

    I was a little hesitant since most reviews are really bad but honestly I havent had a bad experience. Everyone has been great my pregnancy has been high risk and I'm very thankful they see me when needed and listen to my concerns. The only thing is I haven't had the same doctor but the ones I have seen have been very attentive. Parking does kinda suck honestly especially when packed. But just remember how you get treated is on you this place is always busy yes and they are overwhelmed but they do listen to you just be patient and courteous.

    The doctor was very dismissive to my care and what I was going through following COVID two weeks prior. I had been going to this doctor since 2018. She acted as if she had no clue who I was even with all of my information in front of her on the computer.

    Genuinely only go here because it is all I can afford, but i’ve had terrible experiences with doctors, i’ve had some underlying condition that I have yet to figure out in forever. Mostly because they believe every thing I have wrong with me is due to anxiety, they send you off for weeks with no blood tests evaluation or anything. If you have any worries just know you’ll be sent home with your symptoms blamed on anxiety, not a single check unless you’re persistent on the way you feel, they’ll try and get you out of their office as soon as possible and not allow you to speak on everything bothering you to insure a good evaluation.

    I'm sorry to say this. But, this location is the worst ever. Waiting time is long due to unprofessionalism of staffs. Especially in their pharmacy. No proper communication with the patient 😪, information is kept like a secret and later you find out that they should inform you in advance. Pifff I mean that was my experience.

    I would not recommend this clinic at all for children or for pregnant women . You could wait for hours just for a checkup , everyone is on top of each other waiting , and the service is not as nice as it could be from nurses.

    They gave me appointment for my sick son for 8:30.But on arrival they told me to go upstairs because the appointment is canceled and I have to wait in urgent care.After waiting 2 hours I had to call the appointment centre to ask why they canceled the appointment without telling me. I always had a bad experience at this location with longest wait times.And the doctor and staff waS rude.
