Quick, easy and efficient. First sick visit for my adult daughter, 9:40 am appointment was in a room by 9:50 was seen by a doctor @ 10:00am. We were in and out by11:40 am but that was due to lab work however the medications will not be ready till after 3pm since we're using their pharmacy. Dr.Johnson was excellent in her assessment and explained everything throughly. And went out of her way, making sure we understood. Thanks, Dr.Johnson.

Had an excellent visit! Wait was very minimal. Staff very friendly, everybody, literally everyone had a positive attitude. I appreciate when people have good energy because you don’t know what others have going on. Doctor P listened to everything I told her & actually set it up to have all my problems checked out! Finally a doctor that listened & reacted instead of guessing & telling me to not worry! It was CLEAN TOO! Keep it up, please. Thank you all.

I do appreciate all the help since I step in the clinic, it was my 1st time and the staff was very respectful, very understanding and very helpful. My appointment was with eye clinic and the nurse was nice the Doctor Michael Breckel was very knowledgeable he educated me about my vision and I really appreciate it. He seems very good I was hearing excellent comments about his work in the clinic with other patients in the waiting room. And having an Store with lenses & frames was more easy. The lady Yadira was very knowledgeable about what I need very affordable prices and good frame selection. My appointment was the latest and I do appreciate the security officer allow me stay inside while I was waiting for my ride. Very respectful and I feel very secured while I was waiting inside the clinic . He was at the lookout for my ride . Overall the staff , cleaning of the clinic. I give 10 stars! Harris County Health Clinics keep doing Good Work !! I appreciate you all !!

I've have my eye appointment at 11:30.and was seen at 1. No body went to tell us that it was a long delay. But since I first got there the nurse told me my diagnosis, supposedly because I was seen 5 months ago in another Clint, she told me if I want to wait or leave. I told her if I was there was because I wasn't feeling good. well I have to wait until the doctor cold and he said that because I was seen recently he won't dilated my eyes 👀🤔 He didn't care about what new problems I have..

Dr. Bracken is undoubtedly is an outstanding doctor who cares for his patients and shows empathy and you're not treated like a number but on one-on-one basis and it makes you feel at ease he removes fear in any doubts and give you the solutions that will help you in the long run for your health thank you Doctor Bracken I am honoured sir

Entire facility is a complete joke! Doctors are lazy just like the staff! The pharmacy workers are totally unprofessional! The african american ball head man that is screening people, as they enter is very rude, disrespectful and just gives a bad experience to visitors. Some of the doctors make patients wait more than 45 minutes after their appointment time to be seen. Some, do not respond to any of their patient's messages that they are sent. (Dr. Ronald S. Winter, Dr. Swarajya Pabbisetty) are very deceitful, the doctors don't respond to the messages the patients send them! Needs to be reevaluated. All five star reviews of this clinic are COMPLETELY FALSE. And, to the owner, BIG JOKE. The complaint line doesn't answer their phones!

I think this is the worst clinic in Harris Health My mom had an eye exam at 10:30 am we were here at 9 am. I know that you have to wait and wait till your appointment . But this clinic makes no sense . All patients coming to the clinic had to wait in the front. I don't Know why they don't pass them to their waiting rooms ..there are some inside and I know there is COVID but not that bad. While we were there NO ONE told us that anything...about running late etc.. NOTHING.. Had to ask information for the update.. and I think we will be still waiting in the front if we didn't ask . Finally in but .. STILL WAITING WiTh MOM TO BE SEEN in another waiting room 11:30 am We Decided To leave .. And no one has come to say anything.. DON'T COME TO THIS CLINIC. RECOMMEND ANOTHER HARRIS HEALTH LOCATION.. I HOPE I NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

THIS PHARMACY IS A 5 PLUS STAR, BEST OF ALL HARRIS HEALTH PHARMACIES. PHARMACISTS AND THEIR ASSISTANTS ALWAYS PERFORM AN EXCELLENT SERVICE TO PATIENTS, AND ALWAYS TREATS US WITH DIGNITY, I WISH I COULD SAY THE SAME ABOUT THE NORTHWEST PHARMACY, WHICH IN MY OPINION IS A 5 STAR CLINIC WITH A 1 STAR PHARMACY.

First time at this location and I can confirm that they provide great care. Information desk employee was kind, Nurse Silvia was phenomenal, and last but not least Dr. King was awesome- clear, attentive, and knowledgeable . Besides that - Not fully 5 stars because restroom necessities were not stocked properly & no check in employee at xray lab despite people in their waiting lobby section

Was able to get my mother's scripts in. Timely manner

All the staff was very nice, facility was very clean, the doctor had a great bedside manner.

At first I really liked it here because Dr. E was actually listening and respectful and even answered all my questions courteously, which is rare of drs now a days sadly. The second time around wasn’t the same, she had really bad attitude with me for some reason and basically had a negative response to all my questions, a total switch up from the first time, she also told me that she wasn’t going to perform the lab work I had requested, so it was just a waste of my time and gas to drive over there when no work was performed on me, so there should be a way for the patients to know wether they’ll be able to get the lab work they request done before they even schedule the appointment. I was going to give this clinic a very good review because of my very good experience the first time but after the second appointment I’m highly disappointed.

Dr Winter and Ms Nikki were very helpful during my appointment. The lady who checked me in was very helpful and kept me informed. A++++++++++++++++++++++++ for everybody.

Never coming back was misdiagnosed for something so simple medication was making me worse for 3 months I was miserable. Had to go to another Harris Health clinic and they were shocked on how a doctor could have missed a diagnosis with labs in his hands. Thank God for that other doctor that help me with the mess I was left in.

The staff were very prompt, courteous and professional. The doctor was compassionate. The phlebotomist was very experienced, and the lab was super fast. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I received excellent care. Thanks.

Settegast Community Health Center is the greatest Clinic of all time. I am feeling , looking, and working better because Settegast Clinic have a super power house to get job done in timely.

This is foremost the worst Harris health location ...All women staff and the doctor want to do is flirt with the patients making them take off all their clothes thinking that's going to bring their blood pressure down the medication that they was giving him did not bring the blood pressure down,they rude and very unprofessional.. coming here was a total disappointment 😔

I am Cuban and I would like to say that there is excellent treatment, from the moment you enter the reception to the one who cleans. The doctors, nurses, assistants, those in the laboratory. Anyway, my best recommendations for everyone and especially my doctor KATHEY
