Hello. My name is Herb Warren and my experience at AltMedical was amazing! I walked through the doors of AMC (AltMedical Clinic) in unbearable back pain. My x-ray results were scary to view to say the least. I had no separation between my lower disc. I’m overly proud to say that since my treatment, the post x-ray is night and day! I have beautiful separation and I feel younger. I’m able to walk around with no pain in my back. Dr.Santiago and staff are amazing, excellent people and I would recommend them to all. This chiropractic office is wonderful - bright, spacious, and really clean. Dr. Santiago gives great adjustments. I always feel much better afterwards! The team really cares about actually helping you get better and restore your health. I highly recommend AltMedical Clinic!

I have a long history of spinal issues including 3 neck surgeries, and more chiropractors than I can count. This place is special. Dr. Santiago, Vladimir and Elizabeth are all warm, yet professional, and they create a very positive family type atmosphere. I have gotten a lot of treatment in the past that was wrong - it led to more problems. Even though I am now a very advanced case, "everything" that is being done now is right! Dr. Santiago and Vladimir's knowledge is amazing. Dr. Santiago gives wonderful adjustments, and she is one of very few chiropractors in all of Houston who has a special type of traction device. Vladimir's physical therapy and exercises are wonderful. This is not just maintenance care. This is very specific for your needs, and it is to help you get better. I only wish I had found them sooner.

AltMedical Clinic deserves more than 5 stars! This facility is beyond clean, is beautifully designed, and promotes an atmosphere of peace and well-being. English and Spanish are spoken fluently. When it comes to physical therapy, VLADIMIR is quite skilled and very caring. ELIZABETH at the front desk is very knowledgeable and has a way of making every patient feel special. DR. SANTIAGO, in my opinion, is a brilliant chiropractor. The level of care she provides for new and existing patients is exceptional, as is her dedication to wellness and health. She takes the time to really listen. This enables her to formulate a treatment plan for each patient, which will likely eliminate the reliance on pain medications. Being under her care has been life changing for me. Over the past few years she has treated me for what used to be "chronic" neck and back issues to "occasional." She is presently adjusting my body to relieve the agonizing discomfort of ear tinnitus. I thank God for this amazing doctor.

I went to the office with a back pain unstoppable. The Doctor evaluated me and made her recommendations, and thanks God I listened to her. Now I am able to do all my old activities and the best of everything with no pain.
