    I wish the manager, Aaryanna, and other employees could be nicer. They are just ridiculously rude. I ordered 2 espresso shots, adding milk via mobile order. There was hardly any milk in my drink and when I asked to have some more milk, they refused, saying I would have to pay separately to have milk added in there, per their manager. I had ordered this drink multiple times before and every time I received an abundant amount of milk at other Starbucks (needless to say, Starbucks used to have buckets of milk or cream for customers out at the sugars and napkins station). When I expressed that to the manager, Aaryanna ,she gave a terrible attitude as if she didn't care how other stores did, which made me feel as if I was there to beg for coffee. If she could be just kinder and handle more professionally, I would understand and pay, but the way she acted was outrageous. I asked for her last name to escalate to company CSR as there was no one else there that I could talk to but she refused to provide the information. It’ not about the milk, it’s about the customer service. I guess Starbucks has changed their management and their employees are not happy working there anymore? I heard Aaryanna said something about me and laughed with the other crews when I walked away that I wanted to go back and confront her but I’d rather save myself sometimes and spend that to report to the corporate. They should care what the customers are dealing with if they still want a good image of the company. Congratulations Starbucks, your branch manager saved you FEW OUNCES of milk. What an accomplishment! I am a part time tv and radio host for a Vietnamese TV&Radio Station in Houston, I’ll make sure to spread this story to my group of friends and coworkers, so we can anticipate how we will be treated.

    The location of this store is great, almost right at 610 and Westheimer. But the last two or three times I've happened to have gone here, the waits have been horrendous! Today I had to wait for 25 mins from the online order to it's receipt. The drive through line had at least 12 cars in the line. Granted the holiday traffic, this is not acceptable customer service. I'd go there again only if I had plenty of time at hand and just absolutely had to get a drink from this location; otherwise driving an extra few miles will probably save me time.

    So dirty , Floor and tables are sticky and gross. I informed the staff that table is dirty and asked for towels to clean it by myself, he said he will send someone to do it and NEVER DID.

    Came to Starbucks for breakfast and to answer a few emails while in this area of town. No wifi - said they turned it off because people stay too long. Used the restroom (there's a code - ask the barista for it) - no toilet paper in any stall.

    I usually get my coffee at this store, but I unfortunately experienced ridiculous service today as I wanted a cup regular iced coffee with 3 pumps white chocolate so they served hot one and I would’ve replaced with cold one the manager argued that they have not ice coffee than few minutes letter guys took iced coffee.. so whata nice service is it !!

    Terrible service. The staff kept the store closed after 5 am. They refused to communicate with us to tell us at least what time they would open . The manager, a girl who looks Hispanic kept ignoring me a threatened to call the police for no reason. On top of that they called the security because I was waiting outside by the door, waiting for them to open the store. Very incompetent and disrespectful staff. Would not recommend to go there.

    I really want to love this location, and I understand they have a lot more business than anywhere else, but they can't get it right even when I return it and they try twice. They are so panicked and rushed that they can't even listen to my order twice when they make a mistake. Slow the F down and you won't have to double your work. Person taking orders did it wrong and argued with me that I didn't get a discount for having my own cup. 2nd visit they tried to refuse to use my cup at all, stating "company policy".

    This has to be the worst Starbucks as far as customer service. I just got a iced tea in a dirty cup with leftover seeds / fruits + raspberries in it. FYI I’m allergic to raspberries so of course I have to go to ER … I went back to the window and they tried to ignore me, so I started knocking on the window and trying to get there attention but still nothing … one of them started filming me … I will be back tomorrow bright and early for a refund …. I’ve never understood why this Starbucks always has to hire the sassy / lack people skills employee… everyone is always bothered 😕… is it really that bad ?????

    It's a good spot to come and read or study, the drinks are always good but it can be a little difficult to get a table sometimes.

    I ALWAYS come to this location on the way to work, never had any problems until today. Why is my cup not filled all the way? $6 for THIS? No ma’am, highly disappointed.

    OMG !!! This STARBUCKS has FABULOUS customer service !!! I am ALL about customer service and I am very , very HARD to please. I was greeted at the front door, by the Manager on duty, Michael. Michael was very PROFESSIONAL, Welcoming, and super congenial. Michael also walked to every table and checked on each customer that was in the lobby to make sure that we were having a Good experience. The store was very quiet and well coordinated. Michael was very sweet, nice with a great personality and smile. Michael really, really made my day. I am a Nurse and I work very LONG hours that are Thankless hours. It was really nice to feel appreciated for my visit. I LOVE this location and this Manager, Michael's management style. He is very hands - on. He is an asset to this establishment. THANK YOU MICHAEL for making my day !!!

    This is a busy location but they need to hire employees who can handle a high volume store! The girl who makes the drinks (she looked Hispanic or Filipino, had no name tag) was extremely impatient. I saw multiple customers go up and be ignored, or dismissed with her poor attitude. She truly makes the experience at this location miserable. The rest of the employees were nice but noticeably not capable of how busy it was. Food was going out super late. My drink was made improperly. I worked in the restaurant industry for several years so I understand being busy, but this is beyond that. Just unprofessional and moody making customers feel like a burden. Hopefully they can chat with her to bring awareness or even clean house. I used to love this location. Now I find myself avoiding it.

    You pull up to the drive thru exhausted and needing that 6 shots of espresso to jumpstart your soul and get your day going. But what you didn’t expect is the lady in the drive-thru with her smile, her positivity, her affirmations… boosting you up to have the most amazing day ever!

    Admitted coffee addict here, so I have solid experience to back up this statement… This Starbucks is fantastic. Convenient drive through and mobile call ahead option. It gets very busy a times, but they tell you wait-time when you order and the staff is consistently helpful and friendly

    I come here often and never have been disappointed like this. Today when I ordered through the drive thru the lady got a little rude when I had to repeat my order because she got it wrong. I got to work and took a couple sips and it tasted off but I took another sip and this black foam piece came out of my drink!!! So I open it up and look inside and this is what the inside looks like only about 30 mins or less after ordering.. I ordered this today (08/01) at about 9:20am and this is a picture of it at 9:40am. It is very frustrating because I did not have the almost $8 to spend on this but I decided I needed a good strong coffee for the long day.. and this is what I got. I'm not sure if the lady made it bad on purpose angry about our order over the intercom orrrrr if this is just what they are dishing out today.. but I won't be going back. I let everyone here in my office know too as we use this place daily and they won't be risking it either. Very disappointed. Try to add the pictures but I'll def post them !!

    This location has become the worst in Houston. The g*y guys that wear the beanies have the absolute worst attitudes with every customer for every little inconvenience that they experience. I have witnessed them call people names, argue back and forth with customers, ignore customers (including myself), tell customers they’re not allowed to come in to get their order at 11:55 pm because they close at 12 am, and that’s just to name a few. They have made my drink wrong at this location numerous times and when I ask them to correct it they throw a tantrum every time. When I get my drink a lot of times I’m scared to drink it because the baristas seem so evil I feel like they might have put something harmful in it. They should go find other jobs if they’re not happy working there. These employees need to be trained on how to provide proper customer service.

    The service was terrible. They were highly staffed but didn't communicate or listen to our requests. They also didn't label the drinks so there was some confusion and a guessing game as to which drink was yours. None of our party enjoyed our drinks and the cake pop my son ordered was awful.

    Always a nice vibe in there. It’s one of the busiest locations that is open late which I love. Being that it is heavily trafficked, some of the associates are not friendly. I know they’re busy but at least smile. My drink was great as usual. I did ask for light ice which I wasn’t given but it’s a hit or miss with that. Overall it’s nice and cozy.

    The first issue I have with them is they don't keep the receipts in order so people who walk in after you are leaving before you you stand there waiting for 15/20 minutes while other people are getting their order that walked in after you. Another issue I saw is the guy handing a woman a dirty cup with coffee dripping down it and he asked her if it was OK it got a little messy, and she had to ask him to wipe it off, very strange that's common sense. Finally, when you pay six dollars for coffee it should at least be close to the top knot halfway full!!

    I prefer the s rice location but most days this location is on the way to work so it’s convenient more than anything. The customer service has seemingly gone down over the past 6 months. Also, homeless people and panhandlers steal orders causing them to be remade making me late. That was about two weeks ago. I’m making the review today because the barista was super rude. Also, she got nasty with my when I asked for cookie crumbles for the topping I paid for. She said chocolate was all they had right now. So if you were all out of oatmilk would she have just given me whole or almond?? I don’t get it. What is I have an allergy ?? I spend way too much money at this shop every day to not get what I paid for, not even asked if I wanted this alternative, and most importantly to be made feel as if I’m bothering her when that’s her job. I may start leaving home slightly earlier so I can start my mornings at my preferred location. The morning coffee morning is supposed to start your day right not put a damper on it. I would love for management to reach out to me in hopes of making this right.

    It was my first time at this location and just like any other Starbucks, it was busy. There is plenty of room to sit and the area was clean, including the restrooms. I must mention that in two occasions two homeless men entered and approached us. The staff was fast and responsive in asking them to leave. In addition, while we were there my friend decided to order through the app, after a few minutes waiting, she realized that she accidentally ordered at a different location. The barista was nice enough to honor her order and provide it to her. Lastly, upon making my order and receiving it, I was not too pleased with the taste. I went over to the counter and Adrian was courteous to assure my coffee was remade just as I wanted it. Adrian was very kind, attentive and exceptional.

    Ok, two visits in a row and you are out of marble pound cake both visits. That's bad. However it is completely unacceptable to display "sold out" items in the display case. I have a difficult to feed crew. No lie, they may sometimes struggle over the menu or display case for half an hour before deciding on an item. Arguing, changing minds, weighing pros and cons, asking questions. Then after all that, we make the order and you inform us you're out of marble pound cake. The we have to do the entire thing all over again. It's beyond frustrating. I understand you may have several reasons for not removing items from the display case, but all of those are putting your own concerns ahead of the well-being of your customers. On the last two visits to this Starbucks you have been out of the marble pound cake, yet it remains displayed in the case. Remove it or at least put up a "sold out" sign on it. Starbucks policy has gone back and forth on this, and I have complained before. In the past employees were not allowed to remove items from the case when they sold out. Then policy changed and they were allowed. now they are not again. The only reasonable way to handle this issue is to put the needs of your customers first, and remove items from the case or put a "sold out" sign on them. That's just common sense and courtesy.

    Terrible and apathetic service here. I'm sure this is in part due to management's decisions to under-staff them, but it almost feels like the employees are captive there and are blinking Morse Code to get help. I have also been accosted by panhandlers asking for money in the parking lot or even while being on the Starbucks property. I am giving them 2 stars instead of one because the location is great and they stay open late. That is all.

    I like Starbucks coffee. I ordered online by app and picked up it through 10 mins. It’s very convenient! I always know the result that I will get. This cafe is nice, clean, big. Many people work here at computers.

    First time visit. I came the day of new year and it was quite busy as expected for a holiday. I made an online order while my family went in line. It did take quite a while for us to receive our drinks. Even for me when I ordered it online. Can’t be mad because it was only 4 workers working that shop at the time. There’s lots of space to sit inside and out. The bathroom was quite dirty and you do need a code to enter the bathroom. I’d come back on a regular day to see if it’s still the same or if it was just because it was January 1st.

    I love this place! It is my go to and has late hours to get some studying done! It really helped me get through college. I still go here to study for board exams. Although the restrooms are always a bit dirty, keep in mind this is a really busy location! Be patient, staff is great!

    I visit this location every morning to buy coffee and 1-3 food items. The people here are great but the fact that you do not give a bag and napkins with food items is ridiculous. At the rate we are paying for coffee and microwaved food, I would expect to get a bag and napkins. Even the fast food locations do this and the items are cooked or freshly assembled and not microwaved. Starbucks seriously needs to revisit this policy. The policy is to give someone a bag if they order 3+ items. They literally hand me all of my food with nothing to carry it in and no napkins. It makes zero sense. And this is in Uptown? Do better.

    I frequently come to this branch since 2014, it is nice environment to work and study, however, in my last 3 visits, i started to feel that the customer service is much lower than before and you do not get what you exactly request and they come with excuses about you order! When you want your drink to be customized as you want it you can’t get it exactly in this branch! I like my refresher without being diluted with water and they started to pre-dilute their containers in advance to save some money! I left 2 stars review to be fair with the place and the work environment.

    Club Starbucks, oh- the memories. We had good days and bad days. I wish the security was better and there were more bathrooms per sq foot. The drinks were always on point and the service was great even when the patrons were drunks or D-bags. The team always put up with our late night B.S. attitudes. The drive-thru was always fast even though lines were long, but truth be told which Starbucks insist. The parking lot is big enough, but once again this is like a club. I haven't been back here in a long time due to the traffic and I have no business in the galleria, but if your in Houston check this place out to people watch or just hang out, you never know what famous person you might run into.

    I came in for my order and it supposed to be have a milk base with tea but literally put on tea only with no milk at all , and it just taste bad without it and my barista was something else she do my bf order which have tea and lemonade in 15sec and mine which have milk and tea and some whipping cream take the whole 5-6 mins at least and literally everything premade + me and my bf order in the same order time in the same order and take all these time to have a wrong formula for what , i guess somebody forgot their formula for drink 😭 . Btw mine order was royal tea latte and she make tea without milk gurl what ??

    The experience at this place is always more than expected! Prompt staff and great customer service! My favorite Starbucks location in all of Houston! Another advantage that this location has is that it's open till late in the night and hence, we can go anytime we want and satisfy our coffee cravings! Signature hot chocolate and white hot chocolate are our go to drinks!
