As soon as we stepped into the store she made us feel like family, not in the fake salesman way but actual genuine care for us. She helped us size our fingers and then helped my wonderful soon to be fiancé find her perfect ring. We can’t be happy enough with the style of the ring and how it fit perfectly on her finger. Nicole was absolutely wonderful!! We had some issues in the beginning of thinking the special order of rose gold was ordered, and she took over and fixed everything. Amazing customer service.... and i wasn't even a customer. Today while on an outing with my family to Baybrook mall, we stopped at the apple store and picked up a new Mac desktop computer. I am 84 years old, and was with another woman who was 78 years old and her daughter who is partially disabled and had her infant son with her. As we stood around and tried to figure out how we were going to get this heavy desktop to the car, An employee from Zales named Nicole Manzella saw us struggling with it out in the walkway and left her store to come see if we needed help taking this out to the car. This sweet lady Nicole, walked the desktop all the way out to our car for us, all while wearing heels and smiling and being friendly. we would have never got it out to the car if she hadn't taken the time to help a bunch of complete strangers. She is what the world needs more of. She is a huge asset to your team and everyone needs to know that.

Mahmuda was so AWESOME, she helped me pick a very nice rose gold, heart shaped earing set. She was very professional, well mannered and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience as a first time customer. Definitely will be coming back.

I took my ring to have my two annual checks on my diamond anniversary platinum ring. Javier, the sales associate was very knowledgeable. Visited this location yesterday. The were busy so I patiently waited my turn only to be ignored. The Pasadena Zales location has polite and friendly staff. I will never visit this location again.

Cindy and Rihanna at this location are both extremely helpful, friendly and overall amazing! I had a ring that I fell on love with but could not find it in store anywhere. Cindy went above and beyond by locating my ring from another state and had it shipped to the store! I want to add that my fiancee called numerous other Zales locations and no one offered this option to us. Thanks to Cindy I have a ring that I'm totally in love with! When my ring came in and I went in to pick it up I was greeted right away by every employee that was in store and by name! Rihanna was also a rock star employee! She made me feel amazing and assured me that I made an excellent choice in my beautiful ring. I definitely recommend this location! Such an amazing experience!

Nicole at Zales in Baybrook is AMAZING!! She is very knowledgeable and personable. I brought my future husband into the store today to give him some ideas about what I like in an engagement ring. We had pictures of ideas and right away, Nicole's wheels started turning. She helped us design a custom ring and was on our same wave-length from beginning to end. Just a wonderful lady!!!
