I had a very special one-of-kind Thai Buddhist Monk brass ring cleaned and polished. I had only seen the ring given to me dull and tranished. After the procedure, the ring looks amazing. I can now see the intricate details of the monk on the face of the ring along with the inscription. Great job🙏🙏🙏

Over charging for a G Shock battery change. $40 it should not cost more than $20. It's a five minute change on your own. I just decided to buy the small screwdriver $5 (same you would use on eye glasses) and the battery $5. There is no technical skill needed for this just a few minutes of your time and youtube. I decided to give them a shot since they were down the street from my house but waste of time. They offer a 5 year warranty as an up sell the battery's last year's. I'm sure they are the go to for expensive watches but should not be charging $40+tax for a battery.

I went here to have the pearl in my ring reset. The guy said he'd call me when it was ready but didn't and after I called and found out it was ready I arrived to find it had been set crooked. That required another day to have it done again. Disappointing but I didn't make a deal about it (even though I would have examined my work prior and found it lacking and corrected before the customer came for pickup) I guess these things happen. The next day I come back and there's a black smudge on the white gold. I scratch at it thinking it minor... it's not and I asked about having it removed. The jeweler comes from the back and is very confrontational starts telling me about all the things he did free of charge and that the smudge was there already. It truly wasn't, it wasn't even there the day before... I never lost my cool nor raised my voice, nothing that would make that an equal or appropriate response. I didn't show up looking for free things or trying to pawn off damages. I came there for a service I was paying for and was met with a subpar level of craftsmanship and a less than cooperative attitude when I mentioned as much. Luckily, there was a lady Landra working there that overheard the exchange and intervened. She got the smudge removed and taught me a bit about the gold and maintenance for the ring. She even went as far as letting me see my diamonds under the scope... It was a 180 in demeanor and is the only reason I would even consider coming back to this store. Maybe the incident with my ring is an anomaly and your experience will be pleasant from start til end.

Absolutely Customer Oriented by each floor person. Highly competent yet overwhelmingly friendly. The very epitome of Customer Service. SPECIFICALLY: asked to have a watch fitted and a quick overview had the completed job done in less than 3 minutes. Less than $20 for immediate service. The BEST of The Best, truly. Decent place. A bit pricey. Cost a little over 80 bucks to put a battery in one of my MOVADO BOLD watches, but they got it done and appeared they cleaned it a little, but not really sure. As long as a watch repair shop knows what they are doing it shouldn't be hard to maintain a high rating. They seemed okay enough to leave a 5 star.

They did a variety of things for me including jewelry appraisals, replacing a diamond in my watch, redesign a jewelry piece and reset the stones, resize rings, repair bracelet clasps, make a new earring back for my diamond earrings, and bought all my old broken and unused gold which helped tremendously to reduce the cost of everything. All their work was EXCELLENT quality. I highly recommend them for any and all jewelry needs.

I had my grandfather's old rope chain break on me one day. They had me in and out in an hour and a half with other customers in front of me. The folks working there were very polite and I'm happy to have my chain back in one piece. If you need jewelry fixed at a reasonable price for your time I'd stop by the mall and give them a shot.

I took my father in laws "25 years of service" watch that he received working at Coors in Golden, Colorado. He left it to my son. So this watch is very important to us. It was not working when we received it. Fast Fix repaired it and cleaned it for a reasonable price. The folks there are very helpful and knowledgeable at what they do and understood the importance of this watch to our family. They treated my father in laws watch as it was their own. I’ve been using Fast-fix for years. They are very nice and knowledgeable. The lady even tried to fix my chain herself in lieu of having it soldered, but it didn’t work so I had to pay to have it soldered. They are fast, but they are also pretty pricey but still less expensive than going to an actual jewelry store.

Went in to get a new battery for my Michelle watch. Battery seemed a little on the pricey side. $89.00 but guaranteed for 5 years. I thought you could get a watch battery for like $10-15. Also inquired about taking one link out to make it a little smaller and the price for that was $29.99. I passed and will try to do it myself. People were nice that worked in the Baybrook location.

I walked in one day and decided I wanted a custom ring made … gave Sarah an idea and told her to make it happen. Few days later , I got a call from her . I got sent pics and I was shocked. I gave them the approval to make it . Few weeks later, got another call to come get the masterpiece. By far the best service and quality I have ever received at any jeweler. Took in my daughter’s watch for a band. They had one in stock. While checking, I asked about a replacement crystal for my watch. To my surprise, no 2 week wait to send it off. The rep said to leave it with him for 1-1/2 hours and check back. I came back early and both watches were ready. Fast, convenient, and customer friendly. I would recommend them.

I dropped off a watch to replace the battery and a ring to be resized, and was very impressed with a professionalism of the attendant. When returning to pick it up the next day, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my watch was under a lifetime warranty, which I completely forgotten about. Did a great job resizing my engagement and wedding rings! Super fast. I was quoted 1.5 hr, but they get it done in 45 mins and the price I paid was reasonable. I would recommend.

Absolute perfection! My husband recently got me a new ring and unfortunately it didn't fit too well. But I was terrified about taking it somewhere to get resized. I looked around and saw the reviews for this place and it looked promising. The gentleman on the phone was very professional and informative. Once we walked into the actual store the staff was so friendly and courteous. My ring was done within 2 hours. And it was STUNNING! The jeweler even polished it for us. You will not be disappointed with this place.

I can't say enough about the wonderful job that Fast Fix did on my eyeglasses. Visionworks couldn't repair it, but recommended that I take it to them. The staff was friendly and took time to explain what was needed, and the cost. It was a bit pricey, but it didn't matter because I didn't have a backup pair. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Overall, it was totally worth it. I am very pleased with the quality of service, and will use them again in the future if needed.

I went there for an engraving and left with a beautiful chain and a full heart. Rarely in retail do you find a place so considerate of a customer’s needs. They did not try to oversell me when I said I also needed a chain for the cross pendant I brought in to have engraved, and even though I was a bit emotional about my small budget, the salesman treated me with respect and grace. I was still on the fence about getting a silver chain for a white gold pendant, but I decided to think about it and look around the mall at my other options. While I was looking around and waiting on the engraving, I received a phone call from the store to check on the scripture I said I wanted engraved. Thank goodness for the woman who works there! I wish I would have caught her name, but she had caught my mistake…I wrote the wrong scripture on the post it they gave me and she helped me fix it. When I went back to pick up the pendant, I knew I had to buy the chain from them. Sure I could pay 3x as much at a pawn shop for one in white gold, but quite frankly I shouldn’t spend that kind of money right now and the store clerks at Fast Fix were so kind and thoughtful, not to mention a great attention to detail, that I couldn’t justify spending my money anywhere else. I am so thankful I went there to have my pendant engraved and it looks great on the chain they helped me pick…I would highly recommend Fast Fix to anyone in search of the perfect jewelry for a loved one or any repairs or engravings. PS- They also told me it would take two hours for my engraving but it only took one.

Stopped wearing my 45 year old wedding ring a few years ago because it became too small. I had them resize it and it's like new (only bigger 😁). I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. Malvern was terrific! She made sure I got just what I wanted. I am thrilled!!

They were really very professional and friendly. I brought 5 clocks for a service and in 30 minutes they were ready. They gave me the service information ahead of time and I decided what was best for me. 5 year battery life for all the watches. This is a place to come back to every time.

I have utilized the services of Fast-Fix many times over the past 10+ years. Today, I brought my Raymond Veil wrist watch in to replace the battery within. I had Fast-Fix install the "old" battery in 2019 with a 5-year warranty; Therefore, there was no charge for the replacement battery or the service. I also purchased a new 20" silver rounded box chain for my Thor's Hammer. Assistance with selection and fitting of the chain was personal and professional. Like all other visits to Fast-Fix, this one resulted in prompt, professional, skilled, neat and courteous service. I would generously recommend Fast-Fix for new jewelry and the repair of all jewelry and watches.

Service was great and fast. I dropped my 3 pieces of jewelry to be fixed and in less than 1hr it was ready to be picked up. They took the time to explain what they saw needed and fixed the problems we had. Everything was flawless and looked brand new. They even gave back the little 1" piece of gold they removed back so they are very trustworthy. I would go back if I need to get anything fixed. Price was a bit hi but was very pleased with the service/work. They also buy gold and give you market value for your broken pieces of gold or do trade ins. I highly recommend this place. I went to different places to get my ring Re size and everywhere I went wanted 600$ and up, I came to fast fix and they we’re able to fix it that same day for a reasonable price ! The staff is really friendly as well
