This jeweler earned 1 star. I bought 2 earrings for $50 black screw back studs. Not even 24 hours from purchase, I was taking them on and the stud separated from the back. Consider I had literally just been there yesterday I tried exchange them and he tried to charge me $30 to get it soldered. Instead of allowing me to exchange the cheap piece of merchandise. If you want quality and a good price do not buy from Precious Image Jewelry. It's a overpriced cheap silver and fake gold, the least they could do is provide good customer service

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! I DROPPED OFF A 20 2.5mm ROPE AND RECEIVED BACK A 1.5mm after repairs. IM KIND OF THE FAULT TO BLAME…. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECIVE A CALL , NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHEN I ARRIVE, THE FOURTH TIME ; I WAS REALLY CONCERNED SEEING THAT THE GUY THAT USUALLY SELLS REPLICA JEWLRY ON A SMALLER KIOSK THERE AT THIS TOTALLY DIFFERENT PLACE . I INFORMED ABOUT THE LAST GUY TAKING THE RECEIPT AND NOT RETURNING IT. So HAD TO SHOW MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MY CHAIN, BUT IN THE BAG WAS NOT MY CHAIN IT WAS A SMALLER CHAIN VERY DAINTY LIKE. I EXPRESSED THIS TO THE SALESMAN THAT AS WORKING. BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ME. It about a $75 DIFFERENCE IN THE COST . AND IM ACCURATE THIS PLACE COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE. IF YOU VALUE YOUR JEWLRY AND MONEY PLEASE DO MOT COME HERE 03/2023
