Very nice and exceptionally fast service. The prices here are very reasonable. When I stopped in for a necklace repair he was able to repair while I waited. Of course while waiting I browsed. Ended up purchasing 2 rings! I hadn't anticipated spending except for the repair but he was having a 50% off sale and they were an excellent price, lol. I'll definitely return to this store for jewelry needs in the future.

Dude, first of all Cot is very sweet and a great jeweler. I have brought several pieces over that needed various repairs. Everything has been completed same day and honestly his pricing was even better. He has a nice brightly lit showroom with several unique pieces. I am so happy that I finally found a great jeweler.

Tried another jewelry service prior to coming by COT. Bad choice. Until I came here, I had no idea what quality and pricing could be had. Quoted 520 for polish and clean and it was done in one hour for 100. We scuffed these rings on concrete. Now look at them!! It looks phenomenal, highly recommend!!!

I just came back from here after my FitBit's clasp bar (which has spring tension) slipped out of the clasp. I showed him the watch and clasp and he went behind the counter to his work desk where he talked about how this is a difficult job and that a special tool would be needed. *Great, he's laying the ground work to ask for more money*. Then, he gets back-up and says, "All done!" Took him like 3 seconds, LOL. I asked how much I owe him and he said, "nothing". I didn't have any cash and he refused taking my card. I said I have some automatic watches that may need some polishing and he said that I could pay him then. Highly recommended.

This guy is awesome! He fixed my watch on the spot and resized and cleaned two rings in 2 hours. Had everything back same day and the rings look super nice :)

I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted to get my mom’s necklace fixed (broken chain link), and was expecting at least a $75 charge like from another jeweler, but was only charged $25 and it was done within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this and will be returning should I need more assistance!

Fast service, excellent craftsmanship and great prices. I had a battery replaced in a special clock and a ring resized. Both done in less than a day. He also cleaned and polished the ring and it looks brand new. Highly recommend.
