Zero respect for other peoples time, just like everywhere else lately it seems and if you ask or bring it up they tell you it’s because of the virus. Honestly goes further over here though; I had to remind the doctor to take my vital signs. I have a bruise and some swelling and redness on my shin that I decided to go get checked out and he tried to tell me that I needed to go to the emergency room or to a walk-in. I don’t understand what these places are for. I also don’t understand why they take appointments whenever they know they can’t stick to them. So sic of CVS

Completely inept medical care. The PA that just saw my daughter for a strep test 1st had her erroneously take a COVID test (not sure when COVID symptoms included blisters and pustules on the throat but I'll let insurance hash it out with this goofball). After her COVID swab in BOTH nostrils (overkill) she developed a significant nose bleed and had to run to the bathroom with her nose dripping blood like a faucet. The PA then had her LAY FLAT ON HER BACK with a nose bleed and elevate her legs (did he think she was hypotensive??? Who does this!?!), he then proceeded to swab her for strep while on her back with blood running down her throat. Needless to say the swabs were soaked in blood and useless, so he sent her on her way with a recommendation for a salt water gargle... thanks Doogie Howser. I'll be filing a formal complaint with CVS and Insurance. This guy should not be practicing medicine when he can't handle the basics.

What a scam!! Charged me $139.00 and did absolutely nothing. Can’t even write a prescription . The so called Doctor was asking me the name of the prescription. Website said between 99.00 to 139.00 to tell you go to a specialist. They did nothing at all. What a joke!!!!!

Took my kids here for a physical. Had to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment. Plus the PA that handled us was unprofessional, and not understanding to my kids nervousness. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC

I had the worst unprofessional approach by Israel Martinez who works at minute clinic. He threatened me to send the bill anyway even though he did not do anything. I came here to learn my Covid test and it was negative. I thanked him and wanted to leave. He started threatening me right away, I will send you a bill if you leave. I sat down and listened to his questions again and he was trying to lead me to take flu medicine to which I said I do not need. He told me I can leave and he said I am not allowed to be there again. Wow. What an unprofessional approach that is!! I am sorry for everyone who has to deal with this guy for any health problems.

I made an appointment for a time but it did not matter. After one hour of waiting past my appointed time and the doctor taking two patients that were there at the same time as me with out appointments I left. It did not matter that I had an appointment at all and I wasted an hour of my day.

This is the rudest, laziest bunch of medical professionals. No one in the “office” and still can’t get it together to be on time for appointments. Sat for 30 min for the 1st scheduled appointment of the day while doctor and nurse was in their office. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ended up canceling and leaving to make appointment with primary physician. Won’t ever go back.

This doctor was so rude, they claim they take walk-ins and when we showed up he told me he couldn’t take walk in bc he had 3 patients. This was at 5:30pm and they close at 7:30pm. I was able to go on and complete a virtual visit with an amazing doctor via cvs virtual care. If you can I would avoid this location and drive the extra miles to the spring cypress location.

This clinic and it’s employees are good at what they do. No.. not a hospital emergency room but they had both my Covid shots and reminded me I needed the second. Plus shingles pneumonia and the 4 way flu. We have good insurance and plenty of choices. We choose this CVS for our health care

I went in without an appointment. I waited about 20 minutes, which is beyond reasonable, especially without an appointment. I saw Dr. Joe Perez. He was very kind and personable. He never rushed me, even if there were other people waiting. He made sure to answer all my questions without feeling rushed in any way. I will definitely be back to this location, especially if Dr. Perez is here.

The team did an amazing job with getting you in and out of their office. They were thorough with their questions and quickly collected lab samples for testing. Very happy with their customer service.

All I have to say is that RN is the worst and rudest didn’t acknowledge me at all couldn’t check in because all my information was wrong she took me in at 12:50 exactly at the time of my appt and then told me she couldn’t find my member Id I ask if she could look for it or give me time to call for it and she said at this point you are late the only person that acknowledge me was the Dr oh yeah and I did go off on her she had no other patients waiting but me worst service ever . Dr should definitely get a new RN he was definitely helpful he just has a very poor RN .
