    I'm not a Ferret person but this is obviously not how they should be treated..The flies and smell were horrible. The lady with the pinkish hair said she wasn't the one who opened this morning so apparently they only check on the animals in the am (it was 4:45pm). Come to find out from the register guy she's the Animal Manager. This looked like days of feces in their food bowl and corner of enclosure. Instead of cleaning it they just added more food bowls. Sad!!!

    My 9 year old Golden was brought in at 8:30am and was not ready until 1:10 pm. No where was it stated that the animals are not taken to the bathroom and they must hold it or go in the kennel. My dog is trained and will not potty in a kennel, due to her training. My dog barely walked through the store and peed all over the ground. She was very stressed. Her body temperature was high and she was extremely thirsty. One associate said they do not get water due to it ruining their grooming, and the manager says they do get water. All.i know is she drank a ton of water when we pulled over at a gas station to help her. Also, her nails were half assed and she has a cut on her stomach. I had to cut the extra nails myself. I've spent so much money and time here and it's all down the drain. I would advise against it if you love your animals.

    We’ve bought 4 hermit crabs now from this exact location, because we’ve noticed their set up to be at least decent compared to other places. Today, we found their temp and humidity to be way too low, and 2 dead crabs in the tank likely because of it along with other factors. Now, I already know pet stores know nothing about the proper care of hermit crabs and even relay incorrect information, but it was just sad to see what we saw today. This isn’t okay. Humidity and temp must be at 80/80 for their general health and survival. And their fresh and salt water didn’t look to be changed at all since we last time we came. We know they’ll just buy more crabs in bulk to make profit, but at least take care of them in the process. Luckily, 4 of their hermit crabs are now happier than ever, but I’m sad for the other’s who couldn’t be saved.

    Red groomed my 7 month old poor matted up goldendoodle, and she did amazing. He was a completely different dog, in a good way! She was friendly and helpful and I will definitely be using her again!

    Bought our new Hamster from this location and not only did several employees offer assistance but they made sure we had everything we would need. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Helped me sign up for their program and save money instantly

    I brought my dog to your Spring Cypress/249 Petco location because of a potential ear issue. The staff was wonderful and took excellent care of my dog. I was very impressed with the service and would not hesitate to recommend this location or to return to it.

    The price for feeder fish is 3x the cost of the local fiah store. I don't mind paying a little more for the convenience, but they are priced wrong. Other than that, the people who work there were friendly and courteous.

    Staff was very helpful. Mr. Von was the first person to greet us as we came in and also was the last person to send us off. He didn’t complain when my dog pooped on the floor and offered to take the bag so that we wouldn’t be smelling it as we waited in the room. Everyone did a great job but Mr. Von definitely went out his way to make sure we left satisfied.

    My fur baby (Benji) was having a bad day at the groomers today. Thanks to the groomers for being so patient with my baby. He still came out looking great despite of all the troubles. I am grateful.

    Wonderful! The Lady named Red does an outstanding job on our 3 fur-babies! Very thorough and very kind to our girls! They look beautiful when we pick them up.

    Staff is extremely helpful and caring. They take their time to give us advice and suggestions in how to care for our pets. They also informer us if sales that they currently have. I love coming to this location.

    I went into petco the other day and I love the customer service there. Veronica was a great help to me giving me great knowledge about cat products and some great dog treats as well. She treated me and my dog like we was family not just like another customer. I went in for 2 things but walked out with spending more and got 15 different things. She is a great person to have on there team

    I go in for crickets, and the last two times I’ve gone in they are low in stock or don’t have any. Also I just want to go in and out, but I can never do that because the cashier always take a long time to check people out. They sit there and talk to everyone. They do it to me too and I don’t even continue the conversation. They don’t care they continue to talk. They are nice, but I don’t have or want to have a whole conversation when I’m just trying to get food for my pets.

    We had to put one of our beautiful cats down, and it was a very sad day for us. The staff was very professional, and took the time for us to say goodbye. They were patient and didn't rush us. They were also very compassionate with us. I love the staff at that location.

    The customer service is pretty great. My only concern is the shelf stocking. I checked online for nail clippers and showed up today (third trip this week due to learning what all we do and don’t really need for our new pup) to be disappointed. I know someone walks by and notices that this area needs attention.

    I had decent experiences in here most times for my dog. He gets groomed there but my last grooming session for him was not pleasant. There was one groomer and I arrived for my appointment just 5 min late (most of those five minutes was me waiting for her to come out of the back). I was turned away because they said I was late for my appointment. I wanted his hair cut and bath and nail trim and buff. She explained that she is the only person there and everyone else quit and she needs all the time in order to do the whole service. She offered me just the bath and nail buff and trim but what was important to me was the hair cut. She claimed she couldn’t do it. All the time wasted arguing she could have taken my dog. I just don’t think she wanted to do it. She was looking for any excuse. Last time making my appt for grooming there.

    Avoid, avoid, avoid.... Had an appointment with them to clean up dirty dog a week before Christmas. When we showed up, they were apparently overbooked and gave an excuse that our dog was too much work for them to do. Luckily, another groomer was able to work our dog in.

    By far the worst place for grooming. Every time I want to get my dogs nails done is pulling teeth. This is the 3rd time I've gone to another location because they tell me I need an appointment and then that he can't be seen for 3 or 4 days. It takes 5 minutes!!! Do not go here for grooming!!!

    I love Petco far better than PetSmart, don't ask me why, I just do. However, this location has Vetco on their sign out front, but their vet services isn't open yet. Because of this, they don't have a large selection of prescription pet food. I'll visit way more once this all falls into place.

    They have an interesting selection of pets. But I came specifically for live crickets. They are prepackaged and usually dead.

    I scheduled a grooming appointment for Wed Aug 17th at 12:45 with Petco Spring Cypress. I arrived at approximately 12:35. I tired to go I the door that indicated "Grooming Entrance" I pulled the door and it was locked. I entered main entrance and saw the groong reception to the right. I approached and said, "Grooming Entrance locked", to which she replied..."that door had been closed for years". No smile, just looked at me like I was stupid. Tried to get dog checked in. She told me they needed dogs shot records, which I did know before hand. I told her I would have vet send over. I asked what is Fax, Email? She said they don't have a fax or Email. (REALLY?) But she could take verbal. Called vet they gave her info over phone. They she asked if he had any...problems, ailments...(I think but not sure exactly what she asked) but I replied he is Cantankous. She asked what that meant? I explained and told her i had given him composure pill. She asked what is that and why? And proceeded to tell me they couldn't take any pet that was medicated! So frustrated at this point. It was not the questions or protocols, it was her attitude! I finally told her I would take my business elsewhere. She had attitude from the moment I walked in. I left thinking...if this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how they treat pets! WILL NEVER AGAIN BE A PETCO customer for anything!

    Sarah trained our puppy Maki here and is amazing. We regularly get compliments on her behavior when in public now and her lessons gave us the tools we needed to be proud dog owners. Our dog is a doberman as well so even the slightest misbehavior would be viewed harshly.

    I get my 2 pets groomed here! the staff is amazing and helpful, prices are better online! but my pets love to go treat shopping there! So we go :D
