Amazing food. Friendly atmosphere and staff are always attentive and polite. Such a pleasant place to relax and eat. Always impressed. Highly recommended.

‘Tis a Hove classic. For as long as I remember they’ve had the pizza oven and the pizzas are simple and effective. Even to this day they are well priced too and come with a small option too and chilli oil and black pepper can also be called upon. The drinks are from the Greene King stable and have always been a touch more expensive than they should be. That said, the range is quite big and there’s always some cask to choose from. They also show most sports too and the bar staff are always quite welcoming. A solid pub and great option for near the station.

I cover 45- 50 Pubs / restaurants a week in my job as a Surveyor. Recently visited the station. This is an excellent pub . Great location next to main railway station. A large spacious vibrant pub. The food is excellent. As a large brick clay pizza oven. Pizzas made fresh to order. As pizza should be. Fresh hot tasty on a thin crispy base. The Staff are professional & friendly. Especially the management team. Keith & Maz. Who treat you with kindness & a personal touch. I would highly recommend this public house. Bring back pubs like this. Fantastic.

Such a nice place to go for a pint and a game of pool, lovely atmosphere and the staff are so friendly. Really made my day. There's a spacious covered smoking area WITH HEATERS! Lovely. Ten pound for a pint and a pizza and loads of beer choice, what more can you want?

I used to come here regularly about 4/5 years ago, and then visited last month for the first time in agesssss. It was still just as nice. Good atmosphere, nice staff, you don't feel like everyone is on top of each other or over crowded. Also pizzas are still 👌👌

They have a ramp!!! I am a wheelchair user and we had to pass on 2 pubs nearby because I could not get in, we went in the station and saw a big set of steps and just as we thought we could not get to the bar and a table a lovely member of staff brought out a ramp. Another of the bar staff took our order, we have a child and they were so nice and friendly. Pizza ice cream and beer all were great! We were helped out again and next time we are in the area we will come back A great visit thanks!!!

We live locally and love coming in for a pizza deal in the week, if we’re working from home. The staff are all really friendly, it is spacious and not too loud, and dog friendly (our dog LOVES it in there as everyone makes a real fuss of her!)

Excellent pub. Really nice chatty friendly staff. We ordered 2 pizzas and the lasagna. Excellent. Pizzas were the best we have had. The chef cooked to order, top quality. Definitely go back. Really good wine.

My work friends and I occasionally pop in after work. We are always greeted with a warm smile and friendly banter. Definitely the kind of place you would feel comfortable going in alone for a drink. Wine is a little pricey but that's my only grumble. Would definitely recommend.

Huzzah what a delightfully enchanting venue. Me and my husband Constantinople were served by the charming and ever so handsome Thomas. His sharp humour and even sharper G&Ts had me congenially befuddled. So glad to hear he has moved on from KFC, and that he has proposed to his longtime partner Erin. I highly recommend this venue and am enormously grateful to Thomas and the team for a wonderful evening of tomfoolery.

Regularly visit this pub and always have the best time. Very friendly staff, very inclusive environment. Great for watching sports too. Excellent food and a pool table, what more could you want?

Used to go to the station a lot but haven't been for a few years. Visited again on Tuesday after maybe 5-6 years and will be coming back. Still a great pub managed by good people with really good novel pub pizzas

Large pleasant pub. Had two nice pints of Long Man bitter. Very good pizza, deal, pizza, and pint, £8.50. Unfortunately, the pint had to be Amstel.

Large and airy pub. Perfectly good food and service with reasonable prices. Very extensive outside area.

Visited on many occasions. A very likeable Greene King pub. Nice decor, good selection of drinks, friendly welcoming staff. Food is good. Particularly like the Peking duck pizza. Lovely and close to Hove Station

I visited on two consecutive days. One evening this week to watch the football showing on multiple screens which was great, good positive atmosphere too. Amazing service when re-ordering drinks given it was so busy. Credit to the guys working that night! The next day at lunchtime I took advantage of the pizza and beer offer - again great service, a really positive vibe, and the pizza was superb!

Good Pub, well situated next to Hove Station. It was a little on the loud side when we visited, and the toilets could do with a little more regular cleaning. Can understand how busy it is, but things like this should be of high priority. Pizza's looked fab and they serve Aspall Cider, which is always a bonus.👍

It’s local to me and I don’t go there as much as I should, because it’s a great place. Pool table, great staff, good pizzas. If you’re around the area it’s worth a pint (or 3).

Great atmosphere for the Football during the World Cup, food time and quality was on point too! Quick drink service there is no complaints here. Eric and Lou are amazing too!

I liked this pub. Friendly staff. Decent Pizza. Good selection of beer/lager. Brighton and Hove drew against Chelsea on the TVs so that was a good result.

Fantastic pub - the staff are friendly and efficient, no one works harder providing an excellent environment and service. Sport tv is excellent, pizzas are best we’ve had and the menu vast. Can’t recommend enough for a relaxed yet lively pub. Go!

Booked a table here for Thursday 21st July 6pm...although I knew Michael Buble was star act at the Cricket Ground...never entered my head how many people would b in Hove or the pub lol Wow our table was reserved...prosecco £18.99 a bottle...a bargain. Originally we were told that unfortunately food was sold out and kitchen closed however we were more than welcome to purchase fish and chips from shop 2 doors down and bring it back to pub...a result....however best result was that at 7pm the manager said kitchen open in half an hour get your order in now...the best pizzas ever...hoisin duck and vegeterian...portion of garlic bread...the 3 of us were beyond happy...thank u...fantastic value fir money and staff went above and beyond what must have been a challenging although not unexpected eve then bless them they hosted their weekly Thursday quiz night

Nice place, good choice of beers but £6.30 for a pint of Peroni is a bit on the expensive side
