    We are one of the first patients with this practice. One day I got call from one of doctors randomly how did it go with my specialist for 1 minute call and I did ask doctor should I pay for this call, he said No itā€™s just courtesy. Next visit to this centre receptionist ask me to pay for earlier consultation $25. I did explain everything said if the doctor ask me to pay I will please check with Doc first. She laid to me Doc is on holiday and she said I canā€™t check and pay $50 immediately and try to embarrass me in front of other patients. I remain said when Doc come back I will check and pay in my next visit then she said the truth that Doc left the practice . I ask her why she laid to me first she was so upset and started yelling. What kind of Medical centre is this. So ashamed my self I have been part of this practice for few years.I have been constantly getting txt every few months ask me to pay $25 . I have to ring and explain again again . I will highly recommend to everyone going to this practice keep all your receipts for few years otherwise they will harass with payment not made. I donā€™t know how to reach this management and I donā€™t wanna place the negative comments but i am getting my txt to pay $ with out any reason. Itā€™s just $25 but I donā€™t want to be bullied . I move with same Doc left from here and explain this. If I owe I will pay but please donā€™t bully me again and again. It was great medical centre but receptionist and accounts needed attention. I am sorry I donā€™t wanna go back again with this kind of embarrassment.

    Had the most awful experience with a doctor at this medical centre about a month ago. The redhead female doctor had disgusting manners and no patient care whatsoever. She quickly dismissed my grandma's health concerns and didn't seem interested in helping her or making her feel better about her health. It was obvious she wanted us out of that room as quickly as possible as she didn't take the time to ask questions or listen, and instead spoke with a rude tone that suggested she didn't care for anything we had to say. This doctor acted distastefully and honestly should not be a doctor if she won't take the time to learn and demonstrate adequate patient care. I left the doctor's office upset and angry as this is by far the worst doctor experience I've ever encountered.

    Disrespectful rude and dishonest, wouldnā€™t compromise with me to cover my body parts while undergoing a blood pressure as I was not expecting it since I never had to take one so either way I was surprised but still willing to take if they had a towel or sheet but instead they made me feel uncomfortable and stressed, I have never felt so discriminated and embarrassed in my life until my visit today, I have been with this doctor for two years and the lady doctor who had seen me had asked me if I was new and declined my medicine because she didnā€™t have any documents from my mental health which I offered her their number and she again declined, she then proceeded to go outside to make a mockery out of me telling other patients that I wonā€™t be long since Iā€™m having attitude which caused me to have a mental break down and I suffer with depression and schizophrenia so she didnā€™t help the situation, she then denied me to everything which I left crying my eyes out while calling my mental health physician which they told me that the doctor had mislead me because my documents were in their system and that she didnā€™t bother to help me. Iā€™m disgusted and hope for nobody to go through what I just encountered. Will never be coming back here again.

    Itā€™s my first time to visit a GP here in New Zealand and since this is the closest, I booked for this Medical Center. I thought the whole process was easy from enrolment to booking an appointment. I was impressed at first! It didnā€™t take that long actually everything was through email. On my appointment day, the receptionist then told me that I do not have file on their system and I have not yet enrolled will take 4 days. I showed her the email for confirmation of enrolment and appointment. She then said, I read it wrong. We had bit of arguments and miss understanding until she finally said I can take a seat and wait. I actually waited for like almost an hour. But good thing, when Dr. Ivy attended me, everything went so well and sheā€™s very professional. All in all, it would have been a great experience if the reception is more organise and welcoming.

    Booked an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours, then finally went in to see the doctor for my son for his foot and 1 minute with the doctor i was told to go get an X-ray for him, i said that wasnā€™t good enough and he said they didnā€™t have the facilities or knowledge about this matter. I was pretty annoyed was just straight pushed away. I also wanted a referral form and he continued to say i didnā€™t need a referral, i then went to the receptionist who tried to help me and i stated to her that it needed to be referred, she tried helping but the doctor only printed a visitation form and then when i got in contact with the X-ray place they said i needed a referral. I called today multiple times throughout the day and no answer also left a voicemail expressing my concern but still havenā€™t heard back. Honestly the most unprofessional practice Iā€™ve EVER come across.

    Very poor communication with clients. Only works on appointments. No willingness to help families at all. Always want to pass on the jobs to other services rather than taking initiatives their part.

    My husband and I visited this surgery while on holiday my husband has Parkinsonā€™s disease, He needed to see a doctor urgently we rung up the surgery I explained my husband situation to the lovely receptionist there who explained to me on what I should do. My husband arrived at the surgery and was greeted by a lovely smile and a wonderful people skilled receptionist she put us in the right direction we saw a lovely doctor and nurse. They gave my husband the attention that he needed. I recommend this surgery to anyone who has the patience to be patient due to COVID 19. Thanks you guys so much my darling husband is feeling much better and back to his normal self again we donā€™t know what we would have done without your guys support

    Booked an appointment, having a lot of symptoms causing me pain then eventually I admitted to depression and suicidal thoughts. They made me fill a form and told me 15 mins is over. I have never heard again from them despite telling them Im suicidal. They dont care about you, they care bout the 15 min session fee theyll receive! Dont come here ever again. Update: I went here months ago and only reviewed it a week ago, I still havent heard from them

    Just an unprofessional medical facility. The centre appears to be more concerned with getting patients through quickly than with actually treating them. It's impossible to reach because theĀ reception rarely answers the phone, and when I asked the doctor to send my prescription to a local pharmacy, he said yes but then sent it to the Medical Centre next doorĀ anyway. If you want proper care, avoid this medical centre.

    I have been registered to this medical centre for 3 years and the receptionists are kind, friendly and communicate excellent the doctors are brilliant workers even tho they change but everyone works brilliant together highly recommend

    Best Doctor. Very accommodating. Reception is fabulous šŸ‘Œ. We also need to understand how busy it could be as a front line worker. There are queries from all directions. Trying to answer them at once is impossible. Please have some patience and respect the work they do. Highly recommend.

    Dr Vandana is great and has helped me so much the two times I have seen her. Also the past doctor who I used to see (Dr Chen), who unfortunately does not work there anymore. However the receptionist is very rude and lacks any customer services skills at all. The people coming into the clinic are obviously feeling sick and poorly but she talked to me without understanding and made it seem like I was stupid when I was just very sick! This is in reply to your comment on my review: yes, though I understand that you guys were only taking precaution and though I am thankful that I was provided with a consultation slot on the same day, that does not take away from the rude way the receptionist spoke to me, which was both dismissive and aggressive instead of explaining everything kindly and clearly. I suggest you guys take on the advice that the rest of the reviews have said about the receptionistā€™s customer service skills, as many have complained about it and this seems to be an ongoing problem. Although I love the service that I have received from your doctors, I unfortunately will have to move due to this disappointing service.

    On 12/12/2023 I was trying to get an appointment for my 11 months old daughter over the phone, but they were not answering the phone then I visited the center in the morning to book an appointment for same day because she was suffering with fever. They advised me if any cancelled time slot becomes available then they can book an appointment otherwise they will book next day. In the evening, I got a Message that appointment is booked at 10:15am next day 13/12/2023. We reached the center 5mins late at 10:20am and then the receptionist did not allow us to see the doctor and asked me to get another appointment. She said that she already sent the next patient to see the doctor whose appointment was scheduled at 10:30am. I requested her to allow us to see doctor at 10:30 but she refused my request and asked me to get another appointment. Now, I am going to cancel our registration with them because they are not even serious about an infant. We have registered here only because of Dr. Vandana, she is a good doctor but unfortunately, front desk is not supportive.

    I went to this place seeking help of getting a scan blood test etc. The doctor continuously asked if I drink and smoke even tho I clearly told him I donā€™t he made comments like ā€œitā€™s not good to drink and smoke in pregnancyā€ he then proceeded to be rude about a mask when absolutely no one in the clinic even the workers were wearing them of consulted me that I had to have one. This is only a couple of the things that happen, I was told doctors donā€™t help with prganancu anymroe only midwives unless Iā€™m bleeding thatā€™s great to hear as Iā€™m making sure my child is safe after previously having a miscarriage

    Worst health centre to visit. They add charges to your account without justified reasons and once questioned patient gets told if you canā€™t pay, go find another health centre. Totally unacceptable service. Seems the only way to respond to your reply is by editing this post. The debate wasnā€™t about paying the charges, it was about lack of information provided by your team. It doesnā€™t look good by making your team look good with lies, yes we all work for money, nothing is free, but that doesnā€™t give you the right to make your patients pay for the service not provided. I strongly suggest you review all the feedbacks provided by numerous patients and work on improving your service rather then making stories.

    Left voice message with nurse to book a telephone consult with GP. Received phone call and confirmed appointment date and time booking with the nurse. Then I received no telephone consult on the day. I called reception, apparently it was not booked at all. Poor service.

    My son was really sick with cough and fever. He was booked for today 6/7/70. When it was his time for appointment, he was advised that he was only booked for 15 mins. He should have been booked for 30 mins. They postponed his booking to Tuesday. So pathetic. Basically they are asking a sick person to wait for another 5 days before they can see him. The worst medical centre I have ever been too. They should start employing staff who can actually book in proper appointments.

    Sitting almost over 40 minutes waiting for the doctor itā€™s ridiculous itā€™s not like itā€™s free we pay definitely also you wait ages for them to answer the phone rude no customer service I will definitely wonā€™t be returning DR Vandana Rasella is such an amazing doctor sad to to change but not going to allow this to happenā€¦
