The experience here was fine until my recent order where I was given a Triple Cheeseburger that was all entirely hard, I'm speaking as hard as it is for them to make a proper burger. Top and bottom buns are hard as a rock and stale, and even the patty is hard to bite into. Cheese also looks really old. Update: Called them up asap and explained my situation, they immediately hung up and cut the line so I wasn't able to call back again.

Do NOT come at night. I came at 10.45 and waited 1 hour for 2 fizzy drinks and only at 11.45 I finally got the drinks. Unbelievable the way they manage this drive through. Would not recommend to go here at night.

Very bad experience recently. Last night, I ordered double cheese burger combo by drive through. However, upon receiving the order, I was dismayed to discover that I had been given a fish burger combo instead. Furthermore, the accompanying chips were noticeably cold. Regrettably, my dissatisfaction continued when I ordered quarter pounder burger tonight, when I returned home and unwrapped the burger, I found that it contained only the patty and cheese. All other ingredients, which are integral to a quarter pounder burger, were absent. Also the patty is cold. This oversight was both frustrating and unacceptable.

Don’t know if supervisor/manager is Indian or similar ethnicity, her mouth is faster than her hand. Orders takes longer, work with your hands and not with your mouth. Being bossy won’t accomplish anything in business term, you will loose customers. She needs more training from her staff that is working really hard.

Good Mc to bring family and kids, it has a small playground and satisfies the small ones. Parking is large and shared with other restaurants. Plenty of seats, clean and in order. Went there at 21:15 and the drive thru was too full and ordered inside instead. Service was reasonable slow due to the car’s ordering first.

Aweful service at night. Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes just to get a big mac. Not recommending at all.

I went on a very cold Monday morning and I ordered the regular. It was going good. I took a few fries and i heard someone walk in but i didn't care. I was about to grab my burger to eat it when they PUKED ON MY BURGER. WHAT ARE YOU FEEDING THEM?!!!!!!!!??!?!?!?! Then I asked for a refund and then they said I couldn't so i just ate my burger and it was kinda delicious so 2 stars

Been here approx. 7 times over the last couple months, all through the drive-thru. The best part is the staff are super friendly with a good vibe. If the line is long it still goes quick. Orders have almost been instant which is how fast food should be. Only mild issue is sometimes the burgers are just warm and depending what burger it is, it isnt made fresh.
