Appalling I don’t often get offended by the quality of food that comes out of this place because it’s Mc Donald’s after all, you get what you pay for I ordered a quarter pounder combo, didn’t touch the fries because they were cold, hard and stale as per usual ( I honestly give up on getting fries anymore cause it happens every time) The onion in my burger was in massive raw chunks and my patty was dry and tasted like the stove it was cooked on. I will never eat here again, whoever owns this restaurant needs to make some big changes, especially training your staff correctly and making sure the food is fresh. I’d rather drive 10 minutes to botany, that Maccas has never disappointed me in 20 years

Me and my partner went here last night and as soon as we had got home to eat ( 5min drive away) he had realised his burger had Mold on it which is absolutely disgusting! Not only that all the burgers were greasy and cold fries were stale and cold and it was absolutely disgusting! Once i went back and complained They didn’t want to give my money back and remake my food instead they just remade the burgers and chucked extra fries in😡. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS AT ALL!!! All the times we’ve been our fries have been stale and cold and last night just topped it off will never be going back here.

I ordered a frozen Fanta with ice cream on top, and it came in a very poor amount

went through drive thru at 10pm monday night, there was no line but the food was sooo dry and old. the mc spicy i had the driest and crustiest patty i’ve had till the the point where the meat was harden. they put heaps of sauce to try save the burger but honesty was sooo bad. my fries were floppier and soggy than a sausage, i also got 20 nuggets and each of them was as harder than a rock. only the oreo mcflurry was edible and usually they never have ice cream 💀 ormiston maccas is honestly a joke.

the self order machine is always run out of receipt paper , sometimes number not even displayed on the screen. They removed table delivery sign for some reason. very inconvenient. On the brightside, the store was clean and tidy. Baby chair was nice.

Good amount of seating available if you want to catchup regarding work with colleagues. Just that the time taken by them to prepare the order feels too long as compared to other Mcdonald outlets.

I’ve been to this McDonalds twice in as many months for something to eat in the early hours of the morning only to be told “we are not serving” with no explanation why, or if/when they will reopen. It’s frustrating getting almost all the way home to be told nothing about why I’m going to go hungry. I understand staffing can be an issue, and things in the kitchen might need deep cleaning and of course it’s possible they can break. I work shifts and when I finish after 2am the options are scarce. It would be nice to be treated with a modicum of respect, if not as a customer at least as a fellow human being. I previously made a complaint/suggestion through the app to place a cone or something in the drive through to avoid a negative interaction. And it would be nice to turn off the million lights advertising what I can’t have. Manukau McD’s, BK and Wendy’s all use road cones to illustrate their open/closed status. It sucks to get all the way to the restaurant before finding out they’re not open, but they could at least try to communicate clearly and politely when approached by customers. The 2 star rating is because when they are open, they serve the standard McFood I’m after.

Stopped by here for a bite to eat on my way to Ormiston Town Centre. The food was fresh, nice and enjoyable, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the decor reminded me of american movies where prisoners sit in the prison canteen eating. Simply because of a dark, dingy atmosphere, metal screens separating some seats, along with the screwed down seating.
