Very clumsy, dirty toilets, Indian style pot for patients! What nonsense! No maintenance. Very dirty.

Very rude behaviour of the manager. Worst management ever. Staffs are impolite to patients. Especially young female staffs have no manners.

I am giving zero star to this diagnostic center because of one rude staff name chandan near blood center counter ... Pls i request the management to keep some customer friendly staff in counter to deal and look after the behaviour of that particular staff...thank you

The worst kind of service from this centre. They charge deluxe amount for services but provide worst kind of service

Probably a renowned testing lab in HOWRAH. BUT WHEEL CHAIR IS NOT MAINTAINED. LEG REST THING SEEMS TO BE BROKEN. A RENOWNED LAB LIKE THIS SHOULD CONSIDER THIS AS A BASIC PATIENT REQUIREMENT. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT TO THE AVAILABLE REPRESENTATIVE, THEY HAVE NO RESPONSE TO IT. A PATIENT NEEDS TO WALK UP THE STAIRS TO SIT ON A WHEEL CHAIR. GENERALLY WHEEL CHAIR NEEDS TO BE TAKEN TO A NEEDY PATIENT. HOPE THIS SUGGESTIONS ARE TAKEN SERIOUSLY FOR FUTURE.

They don't te the cost of the tests and directly say that we don't know... Horrible service and horrible staff

This is the third class diagnostic center with rude and arrogant staff. Being a professional, I really feel pity on them. They even don't know the value and dignity of their profession. Very bad experience.

Some of the staffs are extremely rude and disrespectful. There is no sense of customer satisfaction in the premises. Being a private organization they treat customers very poorly. The middleaged lady on the cash counter and the one in the report counter are the worse.

Very pathetic experience, with empty stomach & with holding toilet pressure waiting for 2 hrs they postponed the ultrasonography due to unavailability of Dr. This is a bad experience & suggesting others to avoid this place
