Store stuffs are good.. Bt the store space is small for that you don't have more options for clothes...

Good quality clothes available for all age groups at a reasonable price range. The behaviour of the employees of the shop is also good.

Very bad behaviour of staff i went there today they won’t let me enter inside the outlet cause i was not wearing the mask a lady on the entrance stopped me and said sir no mask no entry i was fine with it but then i saw this staff doing his job just in front of the entrance and even he’s not wearing his mask. Is the rules of no mask no entry are different for customers and staff?? If yes then why? Take a action on this issue or else you fail serving your customers.

Max has nice big place at avni mall , howrah with fresh collection of clothes for durga puja and surprisingly fresh woolens are available too .

Good stocks. Specially children section is well packed with fabulous variances. Don't miss it, if you are visiting this store. While men section doesn't attracted me much. Women's one stood well as per my expectations. Quality is good if compared to the price. As puja is around, they are running offer of trolley bag and stroller depending on purchasing amount. Stroller is ok.

Liked Max always, but this is little congested. Also, there are not much offers running. All offers for Family people like get dinner set, trolley bag, mixer grinders etc. No discounts on purchase even over 12K.

Jogindar Pashi at Avani howrah wb 711102 was too rude at me. He was behaving like he is the owner of max & i am his servant. These type of behaviour is not expected from a renowned brand. He was less bothered to show us any product. Just go & learn from any TATA’s retail brand that how to behave with customers. Being TATA employee felt huge insult
