Most 3rd class clinic I have ever visited. Very rude behaviour. Always asking for cash. They don't accept any online payment. In fact for showing report to your concern doctor they're taking money. As I asked why you guys are taking money for report showing? Then from reception the lady replied you have to come within 7 days..& it's not there duty to inform the patient about the days.Very very bad experience.

Extremely bad behaviour by helpdesk staff and money receiving Counter staff.they behave inhumane with patients, today i faced worsts and rudely behavior by staff and after more than 2 hours waiting i am unable to visit my doctor though i have an early appointment. I come back home with my 69 years mother,who has heart condition. They are extremely causal with patients. This is Shame.

Most 3rd grade service offered, if doctor won't get patient for a particular day, they will not write name for reports. Won't recommend others at all. They even charge 50/- extra service charge. And this is a service.

All most all better doctors of Howrah region are avilable thire. Many options avilable. All kinds of test are done here. Blood test eco esg USG and many important test done . And staff behaviour are very nice and good.

Good one. Bt little improvement needed. 1stly 24hrs power supply to be ensured. 2ndly upi and online payment system to be started. This is a large medical centre. bt lacks these facilities which now even small shops too provide. 3rdly on sunday too special Doctor attendance should be implemented as health sector is an emergency dept. 4thly dentistry dept should be started. Lastly a guy in the medical hall delivery counter doesnt treat the customers well. Sometimes showes little attitude too. Bt Mr. Debu in the billing counter is really skilled and cool too...
