Hotel was good and clean for hotel cleanness 5 star, but there is two thing which irritated me. 1. Door man was asking for the tip like he is asking for hafta wasooli. 2. For the food you have to pay at the time of food delivery which really irritated, hotel should manage to take all the bill due cleared during the checkout.

WARNING Do not stay in this hotel. Staff will always ask you for tips, if you do not give them tips then the Manager charged you double price for a room at the time of check out. This is my sincere request to all visitors to stay away from this hotel. If possible do not rent any hotel near this place.

I had the worst staying experience at Hotel Natraj.The room services were extremely poor and the cot was broken, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The rooms were untidy and the bedsheets were dusty, which made it even more uncomfortable. To top it all off, the bathroom was unhygienic and not well-maintained. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise them to stay somewhere else. It was a terrible experience and I would never stay at this hotel again. Waste of money. Top of it all, the room service men are shouting for tips- 🤯🤯😡

Really Bad hotel. Rooms have broken walls and ceiling , their intercomm were not working , it had not been cleaned from the previous visitors, the bathroom was slippery. When I contacted hotel management for cleaning, they didn't even sent anyone . Although the food was good but it was way overpriced. I would not recommend anyone to stay here at all.

Very poor service. When we checked in, staff told us that uh will get unlimited hot water in the morning for shower. But we did not get hot water even after requesting many of times.there was no towel in my room. I requested for 3 time for the towel. On next day when I ask for towel 4th time they placed a dirty towel with ugly stain..... And during the check out when I told these issues to the receptionist ,he didn't even felt sorry about that . There is no curtsy ,so unprofessional staff.

It was very bad experience with Natraj hotel. I have requested for a towel three time but the staff was ignoring . Next day when i fequested 4th time, they gave a towel with very ugly stain. There was no hot water for shower .at the time of checkin they said uh will get unlimited hot water during morning time but even after requesing many times they did not resolved the issue. When i told these complaints to the reception, receptionist didnt even felt sorry about it. So unprofessional. And for this disgusting stay, they have charged rs 1800 per night

Never go to Nataraj hotel. Very bad service provided by hotel management. Their is no transpirancy on charges and they are accepting only cash. They are doing the fraud business in name of hotel. Behaviour of reciptnent and hotels staff is rude and unethical. Very poor management system.

Bed quality ka worst. Lift was to small to accommodate 3 person. Represention and formality was good. Very dirty washroom.

Not good not bad.Price are so high. Sechutited near Hwahra railway station & near Ganga river and Hwahra bridge.

Worst Hotel.. The place was not hygienic at all, from the roads leading to the hotel, the staircase, the bed, the bathroom. Servicing was bad too.. Looks more like a drugging station rather than a hotel..

Not good eventhough it's nearby howrah station.Not even lights are working properly.Even there is no water and Tv is also not working.The service staff yelled at asked for tips . That was a horrible experience.But only good thing is safety is absolutely fine here.

This minimum necessities Marwadi Hotel is located just a stone's throw away from Howrah Railway Station. Prime location but no complimentary meals or Room Service as such. A solid 3 Stars.

Every thing is so weird here. The rooms are spooky, unorganized, smelled when I checked in. The guy at the reception is very obnoxious. The bathroom/Toilet have never been cleaned.

Not good experience was very bad...and the most important thing... manager was not allowed to drop his/her member to room... they people are saying double price room is also not clean room look like jaise ki kitta time baad open hua h they are only change bedsheet maybe and I recommend not good
