Totally love this place. Seating capacity is great. Ambience is great as well. Love to have my favourite combo i.e, Aloo Tikki Burger, pizza puff and cold coffee. Apart from that I love to have softy as well. You can definitely check this place out.

I came by for a quick lunch grab and was happy to find a McDonald's. Unlike Delhi which has many McD outlets, Kolkata has only 2-3 left, and this is one of them. I got an excellent discount on my order by using a coupon on my McDonald's app. Overall I loved the place and the staff was very cordial and helpful (so definitely brownie points for them✨). The food was good too. I ordered a McEgg meal (McEgg, fries and cold drinks) and a McAloo tikki. This set my bill at just Rs 165 (including taxes) ❤️. Along with this I got a McAloo tikki meal free (McAloo burger, fries and cold drinks). So overall I gulped down the entire thing (I know it sounds crazy. Even I was surprised!! 😂). Additionally, for environmentally conscious people, this restaurant is green enough and offers paper straws, wraps, bags and cups. 💚 Btw if you're not a big eater like me you can pack the rest for laters by simply asking the staff give you a bag.

It’s been ages that I am going here right now and now it has become more clean and very responsible to deliver your foods to you. After the Corona situation right now they have started the new process for giving your order to them. The scanning process and the online payment is really amazing and now it has got into a very fast order delivery service from the people working there. The people really care for you so you have to give a lot of patience to yourself and to them to get your order. And lot of new Menu‘s are coming up so Must visit place for your evening snacks.

This McDonald's Outlet is amazing. It has a lot of options in both veg and non-veg to choose from. Menu is very much pocket friendly. It has a nice ambience, although it gets packed up during weekends. Their service is fast. And as always, there burgers and fries are delicious.

This outlet in Avani Mall has the worst packing skills. Everytime we order a meal, the coke spills and wets everything in its vicinity in the paper carry-bag. It is like the handlers do not even know the existence of cellotape which can help to keep the drinks cup secure. Today, we ordered a meal and it had to be replaced because of coke spill. Second time, the meal takes an hour to reach and that had the coke spill too. The second delivery guy left before we realized that the same thing has happened. The outlet can choose to sell pet bottles than these flimsy cups and lessen the trouble for themselves and for us. Thanks a ton.

As usual Avani Mall's McDonald's is one of the best, only one issue there is not enough space to accommodate during the peak hours or during some occasions. Else the service is very very good and the staff's over there are very generous and helpful.

I didn’t not like at all. Their menu was all based on Indian Flavor. If I like to eat Indian cuisine I would go for authentic Indian restaurant rather McDonald’s. They should work on their menu. They should introduce original taste.

There is nothing else to say about McDonalds .it has the same best quality as McDonalds food restaurants have in the other locations. The behaviour of the staff members are good as well and there is nothing more to say about the food quality. It is better than awesome.

Situated in the 3rd floor in Aurobindo mall in Salkia. As the name suggests, it serves both Indian and Chinese cuisines. Peaceful ambiance and classy interior.For starters we had taken Drums of chicken in Schezwan sauce and Dahi ke kebab. Dahi k kebab is a must try here. I found the drums of chicken a little too sweet. For the main course, we had taken Lucknowi gosht Biryani , butter naan and kosha mangsho(in Bengali style) and Pan-fried noodles in Hot garlic sauce. Kosha mangsho was very good. Coming to the staff and service, staffs were helpful but service was very slow. There was only one staff handling multiple tables. What was disappointing though was the temperature. The place was not at all cooling. Overall food and ambiance quite good. People from Salkia must definitely give this place a try. One point less for the slow service and AC not working properly.

Ordered online from Zomato on 22/12/2022. The restaurant doesn't give any value to online orders. They are only concerned with floor orders. They kept waiting the order for more than 1 hour. Due to which the order lost it's freshness and became cold. Me and the delivery agent kept on calling the restaurant but there was Zero response. Moreover there were missing items in the order. On finally getting a call connected , the response was like... "Aapko jo karna hai online me complain kar dijiye, yaha call mat kariye" (Do whatever complain you feel like on online mode, do not call on the store). The store staffs are extremely rude to talk to That's a pathetic and humiliating act and service from such "renowned" stores. Never ever order from this store of Mc Donalds. 🙏🏻

There was a party going on we and our family went on a Sunday. Horrible experience, we literally have to force the waiters to take our order and give us our food. As soon as you reach the entrance gate of Mani Square mall, you'll find a yellow-red coloured cute statue sitting over and welcoming you to the mall (and click selfies sitting beside 😋 ) Mind you, it's the only outlet that does this in the ground floor ! 😂 AMBIENCE - is good with a huge space and seating arrangements done so appropriately. Glad to know that mcdonals avani mall have done a collaboration with his neighbor store Panda Junction. I bought 2 mc spicy paneer burger, 1 large, 1 medium fries as a Take away. They handed my order in just a jute bag which got no handle to hold the staff behaviour was very rude i saw they are giving a carrybag i mean a proper carrybag with a handle on it when i ask the manager why you can’t give me this carry bag he said it’s just for zomato and swiggy like why only zomato and swiggy deserve a carrybag and why not us a normal customers?? What’s the difference between both even I’m also paying my full amount included taxes and what not they should provide a carrybag to the takeaway customers cause we don’t carry a huge bag behind our back like a delivery boys we need something compatible. Even i was ready to pay for the carry bag still they won’t gave me one. All thanks to Panda Junction i didn’t bought a single food from them i just go to there counter and ask for help they gave me new plastic bag and didn’t charge me a penny. Place is good, its situated in foid court of avani mall, shibpur,howrah. But not sure why so many mc de is closed now. For going to this place obviously you can take taxi/ola/uber, but for other option you can reserve auto in ₹150(₹150 is fair in Jan 23,from cst bus stand)or if want to go cheaper way, walk 200-300m towards shibpur(from howrah station new complex building, walk in opp direction of howrah bridge) and near rail museum you will find toto stand, which will take you in sharing in ₹30.
