They are a bunch of thieves, who will destroy your lens and will blame it on you. I had given my glasses for minor repair, and they gave me back a cracked lens and blaming me for the same. They started misbehaving with me, and the behaviour of the staff is very rude. This us unlike any Lenskart store I have visited, which are generally nice.

At first everything was going decently. But their true money extorting intentions started coming out. They will scam you for money, and will even damage your lens and frame and they will show like it was damaged beforehand. They will start behaving rudely with you and one person even shouted. I had to pay heavy fee as I had no other option. I wouldn't recommend you to visit this Lenskart outlet, which is damaging the brand reputation.

I had extremely horrible experience at this store. The people here don't have any manners to talk properly. They were very rude to me. They broke my glasses and then blamed it on me that I have given them broken lens. The lens was very costly, and then I had to face such losses that had no fault of mine.

Awful and terrible behaviour by the staff here. They look out on every possible way to cheat you and extort money from you. I haven't witnessed such horrible behaviour from any other Lenskart store in my life. I cannot believe the company allow such people to run the store. Absolutely shocking.

The boys here really don't have manners to talk with customers. First of all they gave me a damaged product which I had given them for repairs. Secondly they were behaving as if I had given them an already damaged product. Thirdly, the boys here were shouting and behaving rudely. Disgusting experience. This is a big blot on the brand reputation of Lenskart. The boys here are big time frauds. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS. They will break your own stuff and charge money from you through scams, and they behave very rudely. They are highly unprofessional and don't have manners to talk to people.

I'm not sure why people are hating on this store. I have a fantastic experience with the staff , products & service at the Avani Mall store! All the other reviews are copy pasted you shouldn't believe in them. There obviously are more customers than employees but that's what the mall is for you can request them and they'll try their best to give you good service. I had my eyes tested for free and walked out with 2 Spectacles for ₹3000 total! It's a steal of a deal! It comes with a one year replacement warranty as advertised. I don't they stock any other brands other than their own , Fossil & New Balance.

Visited today itself and my experience is just awful!!! I bought a frame for my sister, the sale persons are utterly unprofessional they don’t know how to talk with clients. They neither have a smile on their face, nor a polite humble attitude towards customers. Careless unprofessional staff. Moreover they don’t feel to apologise for their behaviour. A Muslim girl working there caught my eye too, her pitch while customer handling sounds like she is shouting on her family member only and just doing favour talking to them.

Today I visited this store for the 2nd time , 1st time I had visited nearly 3 years back at that their staff were very polite and humble very supportive but today's staff were very rude and mean they were behaving like we can't afford lenskart they were demeaning us by words , after selecting frames we had to wait for long because none of them wanted to check eyes power during billing it was like you can't afford just leave. Many times in my mind came like we should leave but we had to purchase so just ignored at that time.

3rd class service, everyone is very rude, said offensive words to me also, Lenskart team please take action on them

Felt like they judge customer's because I found all staffs were engaged with two families (croud) I was alone and a fixed mindset to buy a power glass with frame. One girl staff was not engaged but still willingly not attended me. While browsing I called her for help, I told her my requirement she simply directed with the wall of collection s mentioning #price to make me understand clearly if you can afford then brouse or else don't waste time. Let me tell u I can be a middle class but I was carrying 3 credit cards of more than lac value. I believe bangs gave me because I have that credibility who are they to judge. Customer came to shop either will buy today or will buy tomorrow should not judge anybody. If you opened a shop should keep in mind money has no colour, either coming from begger or from rich. At the end it's filling your bank locker only..... Forgot to mention I came empty handed just due to lack of guidance

I went here for shopping.There I was assisted by Ms Sk Suhana Khatun and I must say she's a wonderful assistant.Her behaviour and approach towards a customer is indeed praiseworthy.She is a polite spoken lady. She knows very well how to deal with customer's choice and she helps me lot to find out what was perfect for me.I'm overwhelmed by her behaviour and in near future if i need anything else i would like to prefer come here again. Thanku❤️
