Recent trainer is very bad...and his behaviour for woman is much poor...change the trainer as soon as possible

if you can train yourself then go to this gym and i assure you,it will be beneficial for you.They charge 500 per month and advance about 1k . Charges are reasonable than other local gyms in that location.But space is short and too much crowded.But equipments are very good

Spacious. Lack of professional trainer. Only two trademill is available, so it creates dusturbance while doing cardio as you are only allowed for 10 minutes.

Only the plus point is cheap and only ladies time is there from 4pm to 6pm..

They think if you are doing a workout means you are here to get slim and if you are slim then you should not be in gym. They dont understand the concept of fitness and trainer asks you why you are in the gym.So had to quit and find other gym.

The current trainer is very bad and he does not know how to train new members. His behavior is not very good for all members.lack of personal training knowledge. Not certified. OTHERWISE GYM IS BEST IN HOWRAH KADAMTALA AREA.BEST BUDGET FRIENDLY AC UNISEX GYM.ALSO LADIES HOUR AVAILABLE.

Most popular gym in kadamtala area. Yes this is why it is a bit crowded. But if you adjust with others routine there is enough time for you. They take 1000 in advance and 500 monthly.

I think, it is one of the best fitness centres in Howrah at very descent monthly remuneration. Trainer is also very good and cooperative. Overall environment is also very good and if you think to join gym then you should come here....
