Very bad experience I have faced. I brought a Split AC from AC world Howrah in 2018 and they given the offer lifetime service which is mentioned in my bill. But I requested them for last one year for service, they are not sending any one. I sent a complain letter too. I Lodge a complain in consumer forum recently. According to them first I sent a complain letter.

An electronic home appliance shop focusing mainly air conditiner sector. Their main USP is that they claimed to provide life long standard free service for any air conditioning unit bought from their shop. Though the prices are not the best but it's OK to go go with them

Very very bad experience with ac World carry road showroom. Never buy anything from here. They promised me to give two free service for AC after warranty period is over. Following up with them for last one and half months to get it done. They are very unprofessional in terms of sales and service.

Very fraud nd cheating with customers.... rude behaviour using slung with customers.. dont buy any products from this shop.... they told at purchase time delivery date but they dont give your product at that time.. and very rude behaviour owner and manager very bad using slung.. dont buy any products they give.. use products

You will get a good margin on any electronics good and if you buy Toshiba A C you will get life time servicing for free.behaviour of the stuff is good deliver the goods within stipulated time according the them they always give more consession then great eastern kazi para and santra gachi.

Nice shop..... All stuff are good co-operative....resonable product rate....but yahh I must say Soumen sen is a very good sales executive in this shop.....
