This gym is good in this area for beginners and to some extent for professionals. The area of the gym is quite big which is a very good thing. Even during the busy time you can freely do your exercise. They have good trainers and equipments. Trainers are very helpful. They always guide you and help you to perform the rights exercise. They always perform the maintenance of the equipments. Steam bath they have but not sure whether that works. Also they don't have any message option. Overall for gym purpose this is good choice.

Location: It is situated in a prime location which is extremely safe and clean. Fee: It is moderate and the additional offers are available. Facilities: Yoga Studio, Zumba, Dietitians, Steam Baths and Doctors. My experience: Being healthy right now should be a priority for everyone, I have been searching for a good workout facility for a long time and it was in yhe beginning of this year that I took admission here. The trainers here are well equipped and educated, it benefited me greatly as only after two months I find myself healthier and fit. The crowd here also is extremely decent and that is something I always look forward to in a gym. My trainer takes personal interest in every single person and suggests exercise accordingly. I have been gyming for a long time now but now it actually makes a difference because I am being guided appropriately right from the exercise to the diet.

Great gym with great ambience . parking issue is there but if you are coming by two wheelers it’s manageable.

This Gym by far is the most spacious Gym In Howrah, the staffs are very well behaved and the Trainers are very experienced & helpful. The ambience is also very good, well ventilated & clean.

Worst gym I ever seen in my entire life..waste of 1000rs .they dont change or repair their instruments. Most worst trainer is subhra laha he have so much attitude and is you a girl they tell you everything in 1 sec but if you are a boy he dont even give you attention. Waste of money dont go
