Worst Hospital. If possible I should give 0 star for them. Never admit anybody in this hospital whom you love. They don't take minimum care of the patient. I did a mistake by admitting my mother in this hospital. She was admitted with simple urine problem which could be cured with medicine only as hospital doctor told me after admission. Bur within 36 hours my mother died due to heart attack due to complete negligence of the hospital staffs. They just put aside my mother in isolation ward showing the covid test reason. And my mother died in panic only due to fear of covid test. They never allowed me to talk to my mother for 1 minute so that I could convince about the covid test procedure only. After my mother's death covid report came negative. It is the worst hospital I have seen in my life.

If you are going to admit your patient through Swasta sathi card in here, they will make the process more and more longer than usual. They won't proceed with the discharging process they blam it on the government. Doctors are also casual, don't behave responsibly and ethically. So as far my experience I will suggest to not to think about admitting your patient in this hospital.

They don't care about the patient health they only need money ... And why I am saying this, Because one of relative was admitted here twice in between the time gap of one month under swasthya sathi scheme. And I found my patient health didn't improved . First time when he got admitted they only gives him antibiotics, etc.,and they didn't give him any importance as they were very much concern about the health of an individual who were admitted not under swasthya sathi scheme. And second time we admitted him because his situation has been more critical and again after some days they discharge him by not even cure him properly. And his situation was also critical at the time of discharge. Then we admitted that patient into howrah district hospital and his health gets improved within 24 hrs. So, I want to say that Jain hospital used to fool people if you use to get admitted under the scheme swasthya sathi . So, don't get into such trap as I experienced it . As people's life matters a lot I will suggest you to don't get admitted here under swasthya sathi it's totally fraud. They don't care about these patients under swasthya sathi, they only care about people who admitted on cash basis.

I brought my friend tonight in jain hospital for abdominal pain and vomiting...we askd management to keep my patient under Dr.Seraj Ahmed observation whom we all know is the ace doctor in jain hospital....but in emergency ward Dr.S B Mishra was present who askd to admit patient in CCU but our patient was just facing normal abdominal pain so we refrian from admitting in CCU and took Dr seraj advice under whom we admitted our patient and after giving single injection he was felling much much better but dnt know y what happen to Dr SB Mishra who suddenly came and started shouting lik hell and created unfrndly situation out there no idea on wt state mind he was y he was so much keen to admit my patient in CCU y he was shouting lik hell infront of patient nd patient party ...we al were shocked....didn't expected this from Jain hospital management...

It was 2021 October. I admitted my father in this hospital. I heard from many that Jain Hospital treats with care. That's why I choose this. After long 18 days when my father coming back home , I realised the reputation is not fake. It's really a good hospital with super speciality facilities.

Very good hospital. Transparent billing that is affordable to common people. Wish this hospital will grow up to accommodate more specialities. OPD is good but Doctor's list is difficult to read. From outside it looks like any other govt hospital but service quality is far better.

A 0 star hospital. people having colon cancer they are treating for kidney infection. they did not tried to diagnose the reason of illness and charged 30 injection instead of 15. my mother's stomach was swollen and they release her on that situation. my mother died yesterday. Not good hospital, all nurses are new and getting training from their instuted. NICU for baby are showing to public but in reality they are asking for money. The care taker/Nurse not clean new born baby very effectively. One very serious incident was happened with my wife due to wrong tredement of Nurse, still now she is suffering for this wrong treatment. Very very poor quality of this hospital. Why he was shouting on patient and patient party... We all were shocked ... Didn't expected this from The Jain hospitals... Didn't expected this from The Jain hospitals management...

Worst regulations in this hospital, visiting hours only 9:00 am you9:30am, and after that agr patients ka jo v situation homilne hi dete, only 30 minutes in whloe day of 24 hours how is this possible, never admit any one in this hospital

Worst hospital for child care, they won't let you see the patient file very confidential system, if you ask for any report to be tested from outside they won't allow it. They will keep your baby unnecessarily for long in NICU . Rely on your instinct don't rely too much on Dr of NICU.

Still medicine & syringe stolen from patient bed...10 syringe was purchased by me but one syringe used for 10 injection with same patient(my wife).rest 9 syringe back to medicine shop...Similar thing happen with taximo with the next bed... Very delayed and irresponsible services. Availed their services 3 times and was disappointed every time. Their receptionists are rude as hell, especially that Mr. Deep. We were charged for tests which they did by mistake and even after letting them know the receptionist said might have been a mistake but you'll still have to pay. Not helpful at all. Don't recommend this hospital at all, unless there are some emergencies.

Really a bad experience for this hospital... The full management are looking for only money... The premisies is not so clean as the sitting arrangement for the patients families are waiting,,, there is Ac but they don't switch on the Ac....charges are very high for each and everything....

The hospital is quite good for people who have a golden spoon in their hand. The charges are very high, and even the swasthya sarthi card don't work here. And yes they will try to manipulate you in all possible ways to admit the patient in their hospital.

The patients admitted here are treated very badly. Here the doctor tells the patients that your body parts have deteriorated. Panic enters the mind of patients. Similarly the patient of my house was admitted in this hospital for 27 days. It didn't do him any good. Instead, he panicked.

The hospitality is beautiful to look at from the outside But the only plan here is to steal money . They only understand money and nothing more. Every day they bill for medicine like 10000 rupees.In the end, people from middle class and poor families are forced to sell everything to pay their bills.

I would like to share my story of Shree Jain Hospital & Research Centre. Where I have admitted my wife on 09/08/2021 for Delivery of my baby & 1st I met Mohammad Hasim. He is very helpful and nice person. He helped me alto from beginning to end. Dr. Nuza Bint Kamal who has done the delivery. She is very patient friendly doctor & her behavior is remarkable. Nurses are nice. Medi claim staff and services are superb. Thanks Shree Jain Hospital & Research Centre and Staffs of Shree Jain.

It is very regretfully raise the complain against the Hospital Administration officer and the ITU Doctor S.B.Mishra was not bother to followed the SOP while handle the critical patient admitted with the symptoms of Hiccup and Respiratory treble with WBC count 20,000/- since dated 17/01/23 (ITU- 4, patient name: Jayanta Sen). Due to inefficient Medical Eye of the Doctor the protocol of the treatment is totally not satisfactory at all and no proper investigation were carried out during course of treatment. As a responsible Doctor he doesn't bother to refer the specialist Dr in order to find the source of infraction (WBC) for arrest the same on immediate basis. As a patient party and a lay man hospital administration try to play hide and seek to revel the accurate status of the patient and Dr issued the hypothetical statement regards the syptosysis infection. Hence we compel to advice RMO to refer a GI and Chest specialists for investigation . Dr had the full authority to take the immediate decision for the betterment of the patient.The bill of 2 lakh 50 thousand money totally wasted for this hospital. God will never forgive if you deal the patient like this. I have a question to all Doctors, Do you justify and honesty in your job???
