I visited there on Diwali, and it was a really bad experience. No sales guy was ready to help me out while choosing for clothes despite Asking them to do so no one was turning up readily. Earlier I had a good experience, prices were high but quite reasonable than other brands.... Wish to see more varieties next time...

Eleventh hour shopping @closing time in Pantaloons, Sodepur give me a lessons of life.To serve pressure they team up in billing counter.They altogether did everything hands on for the fastest billing and delivery.Manager is also accompanied with them.In every Inch they are calm,polite and informative in the most rush hour.Manager'r touch... matters the most.

Amazing as Always, with items at reasonable prices. But still there's something missing I feel whenever I visit there . Need to get more nice quality items, as other branches of Pantaloons are having better items .

In the end of September I Bought a Kurta from the brand Byford which is marked as 100% cotton but believe me they are lying and the material has very much % of polyester ...It is so uncomfortable in Kolkata's summer ... Hope it May be utilised in the upcoming winter.. It is my humble request to the pantaloons kindly check the clothing material thoroughly before marking the product is 100% cotton or not and also to the consumers to be conscious about choosing the right product , don't believe them blindly just because of they are a reputed brand in India.

One of the best outlet of Pantaloons. Located just at the Sodepur traffic more, beside Arsalan restaurant. We visited this place on mid of December and found good updated stock out there. 👍

It is placed at nice location on the B T Road, near Sodpur Traffic More. It is in ground floor. Ample free parking area in front of the showroom. One can shop here for a long time for kids, men , women. Washroom facility also available in the floor.

Nice place to buy your favorite once. Though the collections were less compared to other stores

Collection is less compared to the one I visit in kankurgachi but nevertheless whenever I need any new kurti or top I can quickly come here and shop.

One of the best , lots of varieties , smooth experiences. Enough changing rooms and very fast buying counters. One of the staff gave us a wrong information about the sale. But we confirmed later on from counters.

Ambience and space utilized are excellent. Staffs are helpful too. Prices are alsp affordable. So, inspite of not having collection like MAX, it's a good place to shop.

Good for shopping, but there should be more cash/billing counters when it's festival time, bcz for one piece of purchase we have to stand in a long que for more then 30-45 minutes........

The store should be more spacious and with much more stocks to justify brand Pantaloons. The front entrance should undergo face-lift.

First of all they don't have sufficient staff to attend everybody. 👍 The location is very good. 🥼🧥Stocks are very limited. You can avoid this place and instead going there other Pantaloons stores are also there within 5km.

Insanely overpriced. If you are located in Sodepur I suggest buying good items from local shops. 3 stars only because they provide employment to local youth

good ... Present winter collection for children section is good. Though in gents section there is not much variety. Ladies section is average.

Good store.They have variety of clothes. The only thing is there was no social distancing maintained inside the store.

Most 3rd class place in West Bengal. During Durga Puja, the Store open at 12 Noon. Billing section very slow.

This outlet of Pantaloons is just a average cloth shop with higher price stuffs. Although, Shop is overstaffed in comparison to other Pantaloons, but standard of service is pathetic. Staff don't have the urge to go extra mile and provide customers with required search. Even after requesting, staff simply states that they don't have required size other than displayed one; and simply refuse to search in its storage. They constantly try to push you to buy clothes of in house brand such as SF jeans. The range of available clothes is very limited in this shop. Ironically, the have a funny policy that one can not click any photos inside the shop or its merchandise. There is no parking in and around the shop, so forget about coming here on your own vehicle. Also, after purchasing, shop don't give any cash memo or receipt of purchase by stating that bill will be sent through a link on sms and customer has to pay data charges from own pocket to see the bill. Overall, this shop is not worth visiting.

Very good collection and prices are fair. Being a reputed fashion chain it maintains good quality of apparel. Located at Sodepur traffic crossing…just beside the Panihati Municipality building on BT road. The whole store in the ground floor only.

Good store..... But the amount of stocks need to be increased specially at this Sodepur Branch of Pantaloons. Anyways, no issues..

No proper stock available for kids. Specially for boys. No maintenance in washroom, it's too darty. 👎worst experience with sales person. This is the worst store of Pantaloons I ever visit.

It was a good choice few years back but store needs better stock in and more upgrades brands to allure more walk-ins. Location is good and happening locality outside the store , footfall will definitely high during festive time and shopping spree .

I don't know why they have this store still running... there's no variety and yet the pricing is so overwhelming..

This outlet needs more updates and more collections, sometimes it feels like the same old collection.Otherwise a great place for shopping .

Cloth collection is decent enough. Just need to add more brands & few things like shoes and handbags.

Very nice collection for this year puja specially at the kids section . All the sizes are available and variety of designs and colours and mostly the styles r newest of the trend

Really long queue for billing, this store is really crowdy at times, still they don't open all the counters for billing. Other than that, service is good and good variety of options are also available.
