If u want some 3rd class behavior from staffs, it is the very accurate place for shopping for you and your family. But it must have to say that the staffs are very much professional than the staffs of other outlets. They are very well trained how to put things to your baggage but when you come on the next day with any type of issues with any of the existing item, they just don't have any time for you as things are sold are sold and they know points or amount in favour of their name are not increasing with that. This is the 1st time I have to write a review specially on this kind of high reputed organization.

The store provides the worst quality customer service specially the lady at the customer service desk harass customers a lot if you seek some help for any reasons like the material of clothes or if you lost anything at trial room etc....she behave very rudely and roughly like a beast

Trends is a great quality shopping mall located in Sodepur More just beside Peerless Nagar. Store has three floors and lift facility. First floor for women, second for women and kid, third floor for Men. The sales boy are good. Store is neat and clean. Billing service is good. Clothes are not overpriced.

The sales girls here very much rude.specially the hindi speaking store manager lady.misbehaving with the customer.They dont care if you are not purchasing and left shop for their rude behave.

Situated in the prime location of sodepur, BT road.. better to go during daytime to avoid crowd. Staffs are cooperative and good. About collection I would say it's ok type. For beachwear u can find good clothes, otherwise i didn't find anything catchy.

Very worst and unprofessional behviour of gate-keepers. Today I went with my family & suffer with parking space of 4-wheeler. There were no draiange system. After little rain there were almost knee high water stuck infront of the entrence. The gate-keepers just saying "leave the premises no problem but you can't park here". After talking with a manager type person they permit me to park. When I went to go back to home found my car surrounded with bikes from all sides with handle locked. I repeat the gate keepers just don't have any manners to talk to customers and parking maintaining. I was lucky(?) within 1hour two bikes left & I could leave that place. Even bike owners are getting stuck who parked first. very worst experience and staff behaviour I had received ever.

Worst experience. Pls don't buy any particular brands products like Monte Carlo or else otherwise you'll suffer while exchanging. You have to buy same MRP product with same brand otherwise they'll not exchanged. While purchasing they will assure you the exchanging benefits i.e you can exchange at any branches of Trends but it will never happen. So pls clear your all queries before purchasing.

Unprofessional and worst customer service!! They just kept 1 or 2 billing counters open, out of 4, with too slow billing, having customers waiting in queue, presumably just to appear like they are having a massive sale, while there are few customers in the whole shop!! We bought a belt and again had to wait a long to get it punched with couple of more holes, just to realize the buckle was broken. When asked for a replacement, they denied and argued like it got broken by us. How it’s possible to break a metallick buckle while we were still in the premise?? So either the product quality was too poor or already damaged. Such a pathetic experience and worst quality products, making it my first and last visit..

They have limited collection & about the quality, I would say, it was okay but not very catchy.

Quality of product is really very good but nowadays the system won't work properly for a single item purchasing. It really cause inconvenience as I am not able to buy the desired product which I want to. It had happened two times with me for buying a single clothing product and this really cause inconvenience for me. I want this problem to be fixed as early as possible.

Not Much more like the collection. I am visiting two times in trends and both times I am getting the same problem. They show some offer in the product but when I am doing the bill offers r not effective.

Good place to shop all types of garments . Stocks are adequate . Lots of variety for both men and women . Reasonable price and lots of offer all time of the year .

Staff are polite and friendly, although always hovering while you are looking around is a bit awkward and not always helpful. Sometimes they fail to read the room. But that is the case everywhere I guess. Collections were okayish. The prices are too much compared to the brand's they are selling. And the handing out of coupons are good market strategy to make customers come again and again. I would recommend this shop if u HAVE to go to trends. But overall I would not recommend reliance trends altogether due to their collections at the moment and the comparative pricing.

Good for buying branded clothes not only trends but max also is a good. The sales are well behaved and very much cooperative.

I am a consistent customer of Trendz of Diamond plaza but recently I have visited the Trendz Sodepur but it was a worst experience to me which I hv not faced earlier. The billing desk personnel is inexperienced and the manager was seriously misbehaved with me and my family. I hv bought two products from Sodepur Trendz and later after two days my family went to exchange the product but they stated that the system was not working so today is not possible. And after that they again visited the store for the exchange later and in the bill desk personnel asked for the OTP. But it was my phone so my family called me for the OTP but it showed success to their system but it didn't reflect in my system so immediately I talked to them and asked for other way but they clearly stated that it is not possible. So I claimed that if such issue arises then what will I do? Will I not exchange? They clearly stated no and asked me to wait but repeatedly asked them to change the number but they sticked to that point and behaved rudely. Afterwards manager informed my family that I have to wait for two days for the change of the number. Even I asked the manager over phone but he rejected to hear me. So as a customer I am seriously disappointed to such behaviour of staffs and managers and I am not going to visit this store any more rather prefer to visit star mall and diamond plaza. I am also recommending this to other valuable customers of Trendz.

I have purchased 3 t-shirt, but 2 of them are not fit properly that'swhy while i come to the outlet for replacement, the customer service desk's response like zero, he is not entertaining us, the CMS executive goes to the cashier counter for billing, when we are already sitted at CMS desk. So, the post CMS is very bad, you need to improve that.ASAP.....

Good collection for variety of clothes for men, women and children. Different brands are available. Price is quite high but the clothes are good in quality.

Well they have huge collection but i felt that it hella overpriced Compared to the quality they are given. Like you could get the same material at 1000 but they are charging more than 2k for it. And trust me they both have the same quality.

Near Sodepur traffic more. Have a parking lot. The collection is better than other nearby stores.

Stock wise good. Well behaved sales executives. But the floor managers need to be little more professional, as they were screaming at their subordinates like there are no other customers on the floor.

Stock is insufficient. Price is high. In sufficient stuff. Loyalty benefit needs additional purchase of cheap quality cutlery. People can have a different look.

The place offers great variety of collection. However the women collection of ethnic wear is much diverse and the place range is good. Located at the sodepore more.. it's easy to locate. Special mention: wheelchair accessibility via elevator available 👍
