Great place for coffee and studying. More like a student friendly cafe

Beautiful big café with a lot of nice spaces to sit - you can choose a comfortable armchair or a working table. The interior is very nice for a chain café. The coffee is as good as in other CrossCafés, so do not expect any barista miracles, but big cup of coffee as in Starbucks or Costa. For delicious coffee I got to more “hipster” cafés at Švehlova street, but I give 5* for a nice space to hang out.

The fast food taste of the coffee, the obnoxious pop music, it all adds to the feeling that the coffee shop was designed by businessmen trying to sell to the most common denominator. It is a cooperate machine with no heart or soul.

Good quality of coffee and amazing deserts. Reasonable prices too. However, there is a limited selection of coffees.

A nice place for friends gathering or even revising for exams. The music can be loud and it can be crowded at times.

Very busy place, its disappointing how they raise the price every year. Soon it will be the same like Costa coffee or Starbucks, but with less quality coffee.

(I am going to use characteristics because I don’t know the names) but that chubby woman getting orders always behaves in a very rude way. And when I tried to give a recommendation to them saying: I think it’s better to add English names as well (with a big smile) Instead of saying noted or we will take it into consideration, she started saying that’s called noky in English (trying to question my knowledge in English as well) and just imagine someone trying something for their first time, you have no right to behave in a aggressive way or make fun of them or act very reluctant to just listen to a suggestion given in a kind way. (If you were a little bit smart you would have known that I’m giving suggestions for u to get better !!! ( it’s always better to tell the person themselves when something is wrong for instance not having English names when you have sooooo many international student in the city) but when they act in this aggressive way for no reason(most probably being racist) I have no patience with that. Like I’m not spending thousands of euros in your country as an international student to be treated like this! Get it together!! You have no right to disrespect any costumer! Hopefully you will learn someday what you should have learned at school!
