    I would like to leave a review about the gynecologist Stanko N.V. I have never encountered such a boorish, disrespectful, unprofessional attitude towards a patient. I visited her three times and never said hello in return. She asked a number of tactless questions not related to the disease. She took a cervical biopsy without consent, without specifying her readiness for the procedure. (The nurse gave the consent document for signature TWO MONTHS!!! after the procedure). After the manipulation there was no explanation about the possible consequences. She prescribed treatment and could not (or did not want) to explain why. She refused to give me an extract of the test results, allegedly I didn’t pay for them! (What was that? A subtle hint of a bribe?) She said that she would only give back paid ones. I had to threaten the manager. After that, she began to snap and asked the nurse to turn on the recorder. She started threatening to sue, supposedly she is a highly qualified and irreplaceable specialist, but I insulted her, and I’m just CAPRIZOUS. After three appointments, I did not receive any information about the state of my health, they did not give me a card, and I did not receive an extract from the tests that I spent six months taking. I have no words! After visiting this “doctor,” all that was left was negativity (and that’s putting it mildly) and wasted time. You also need to take into account that appointments are scheduled a month in advance, you still need to try to get there. I was forced to go to a paid clinic, I really regret that I didn’t do it right away. I advise you to think carefully before going to this “specialist”.

    This is the most disgusting clinic in the city!!!!!! Rudeness, rudeness, queues and negativity - that's what you can find there at any time of your visit or call!!!! I have not seen such bestial attitude towards people and indifference for a long time!!!! The doctor is worried that she won’t catch the bus at 6:30 p.m., and not how the person found out about his infection with COVID-19 and what treatment to prescribe for him!!! (and by directly saying this over the phone) Where has this been seen???? In which office to pick up sick leave for a first-level contact is a completely separate conversation!!!!! Nurses, therapists and department heads are sitting in neighboring, or even in the same office, unable to agree on who issues sick leave and from whom to take it!!!!! And you also tell your loved ones, children and relatives that 38 is a normal temperature???? You took the Hippocratic oath, and, as far as I know, there is not a word in it about the above-mentioned attitude towards people!!! You can count the number of adequate, sensitive and attentive doctors there on your fingers!!!! Think about it! You are people too, and God forbid you end up with such personnel in a difficult moment!!!!

    There is a biased attitude at appointments, and doctors in heels and sandals are actually some kind of circus! Artificially created queues, extremely slow service, the receptionist constantly sends you to the wrong rooms where you need them, and in the midst of an epidemic you sit in line for 2 hours, and then some more You listen to the doctors asking why you came to another office!! The administration’s attitude is boorish!! It’s basically impossible to get through to the clinic, and finding out the result of a Covid test is completely unrealistic!! I wish all employees of this clinic to be treated by equally biased colleagues!!

    I give this almshouse 2 stars only because they employ, I would say, one of the best otolaryngologists: NADEZHDA VALERIEVNA LISKOVICH!!! This is truly a Doctor and a Person with a big heart, a kind soul and golden hands. He always listens to all complaints, conducts an examination, gives more than detailed advice on all issues, and does not immediately stuff him with antibiotics, like some. I recently opened a boil in my nose - I did everything perfectly, even better than in the regional hospital. Therefore, I recommend everyone to go to Nadezhda Valerievna, if God forbid they need it. But the rest is hell and not a clinic. The 10th circle of hell is the registry, the 11th is the medical examination department, so it’s better to take care of your health than to be treated in this place

    The management cannot properly organize appointment times, there are never coupons to see the doctor, and if there are, it’s on the wrong day, but if it’s on the wrong day, then if the coupon is for 12:00, at best you’ll get an appointment by 1:00 pm. There is nothing to even say about the electronic registry; it is not clear why it is needed if it does not function normally. Horrible attitude towards foreign citizens. A sick person must run around the entire clinic, first to the economists, then to the accountants, and then to the cash desk, and only then to an appointment with the doctor. And so every technique, if there are 4 techniques, then you have to run every time. Is it really impossible to organize this normally? Why can’t payment for treatment be included in the final check? What kind of attitude towards people????

    Большие очереди, долгое ожидание в регистратуре, очень долго ищут карточку, возможно не хватает персонала. Для того, чтобы сделать платную флюорографию нужно: - подняться на 6 этаж в рентген-кабинет - спуститься на 1 этаж, заключить договор, при этом самому заполнить бумаги (это при том, что услуга платная, хоть и недорогая - 3.38р. на август'18) - подняться на 2 этаж и оплатить в кассе - подняться на 6 этаж, где, наконец, тебе окажут услугу (паспорт обязательно!) - на следующий! день забрать результат (с паспортом!) Одним словом - СССР ЖИВ!

    Во-первых, научитесь поднимать трубку когда люди вам звонят по единому номеру. А то говорите звонить в 7 утра, а как только начинаешь звонить - никто даже не думает взять телефон или хотя бы в очередь к оператору поставить. Во-вторых, с чего санитарки отделения лабораторной диагностики решили, что у них есть право бестактно указывать на чужое воспитание и культуру поведения? Или же всем людям, написавшим здесь отзывы и мне в том числе стоит обратиться в Минздрав, чтобы прекратился этот беспорядок и хамство?

    Со всеми, выше перечисленными отзывами согласен целиком и полностью. За невозможность попасть к врачу, за невозможность лежачему больному уже как полтора года сделать инвалидность, за проблемы вызвать врача на дом, за хамство и грубость в регистратуре, да и в гардеробе, за очереди, за кумовство "...без очереди" и за то что ихнему начальству начихать на наши отзывы ненавижу всех работников вашей, очень плохой поликлиники. Приходиться проходить рабочею комиссию в 6 - ой поликлинике. Различия - земля и небо. Что с вами тут не так ???

    Увольте человека, отвечающего на звонки. Отправил больного не в тот кабинет, заставив перед этим бесполезно отстоять очередь на улице, чтобы потом получить от медсестры "вам нужно идти к терапевту, не к нам". Причем судя по разговорам - он не единственный пришел сюда по такой же ошибке

    Уже целый месяц не могу записаться в кабинет по невынашиванию в женской консультации. Дозвониться в регистратуру буквально невозможно. В общей регистратуре хамят и не хотят закреплять по месту жительства на съёмной квартире, требуют договор, ссылаясь на "такие порядки"... Врач-уролог на осмотре даже не удосужилась уточнить, были ли какие-то заболевания мочевой системы ранее, только спросила, как я сейчас себя чувствую. Итог: в обходном листке для ЖК я полностью здорова по урологии. Но, минуточку, у меня хронический пиелонефрит в стадии ремиссии, регулярные циститы, кальцинаты в почках, а при прошлой беременности из-за почек я вообще с отеками дважды лежала в больнице. Да, на данный момент я действительно хорошо себя чувствую, отвечая на поставленный врачом вопрос. Но не должен ли врач проявлять чуточку большую внимательность к пациенту?Или самое важное - это поставить галочку на бумажке?

A week ago I could make an appointment by phone, but Today I can’t anymore, how is that? And yes, additional tolons, as the rude woman at the reception told me, are given only if you have a sick leave, although the doctor’s sick leave itself can be opened with difficulty, and even then, you will need to go to the clinic every other day for an appointment, so when should I be treated if Will I always be in the clinic?? No matter how you come, at the reception and in the offices there is an eternal hee-hee ha-ha, I don’t mind, have fun, sit on TikTok, Instagram and other social networks, but please do your job. Where do I need to write a review or complaint so that the administration of this institution begins to do something? You proudly call yourself GCGP, but this establishment doesn’t even get a 2 rating and there are only negative reviews.

    I am on my tenth day on sick leave. During this time, doctors “on call” visited me twice for examination. The first time there was a doctor on duty who muttered and grumbled at me. The second doctor was much friendlier and carefully wrote out a referral for testing. When the test turned out positive, no one visited me again, not even once. Although in other clinics, I know, special teams come to examine such patients. I can’t get through to the registrar; after an hour of trying, I gave up on this “venture.” There is probably no worse clinic! Eternal torment! And if you are seriously ill, no one will help, they will only be rude.
